    I always stay here when I’m in town for a concert—it’s incredibly convenient.

    I always stay here when attending live shows at Kurara Hall, a music venue in Higashihiroshima. From a Hotel in Hiroshima City, it takes about 40 minutes on the JR Sanyo Main Line, so it gets very late after the show ends. But from this Hotel, it’s just a 3-minute walk from the hall. Since there aren’t many Hotels nearby, I make my Reservation early. I often use Route Inn Hotels, and this time I was able to enjoy the large public bath at a good time—it was quiet and I could relax luxuriously on my own. Breakfast is free (I believe), and the quality is exceptionally good, which is another reason I like this place. I don’t eat a wide variety of items, so it’s more than enough for me. And when dishes are running low, the staff quickly refill them, which I really appreciate. Check-out is also quick—if there are no extras to pay, you just drop your key card into the box and you can leave smoothly. At check-in my card didn’t work because two cards were stuck together by chance, but a staff member helped right away—thank you very much. I’d like to keep using this hotel group when staying elsewhere as well. The room rate is also easy on the wallet.

    Once again, I stayed...

    Once again, I stayed here to attend Takako Okamura’s concert at Clara Hall. The location is excellent, so I’ve been staying here for the past few years whenever there’s a concert. If there is another concert next year, I would love to stay here again.

    I use it every time.

    I always stay here whenever I visit this area. This time was just as comfortable! I look forward to relaxing in the large public bath to ease the fatigue from long travels. The breakfast is also delicious, with heartfelt dishes. I will continue to use this place in the future.

    I always stay here whenever I have plans in the area. Even during a short stay, I can relax and refresh in the large public bath and enjoy a delightful breakfast. The breakfast is consistently delicious, and I can feel the care of those preparing the meals. I look forward to staying here again.

    As I was visiting an unfamiliar area, I had several inquiries beforehand, and each time I received kind and helpful guidance. Thanks to this, I was able to spend my stay without any worries, for which I am truly grateful. The front desk service was excellent, the Room was clean and well-prepared, and there were no complaints about the amenities, sofa, or tea provided. The breakfast menu was abundant, and the dining area allowed for a relaxed meal without concern for neighboring tables. The food was also delicious. Route Inn is highly recommended! I would definitely like to stay again in the future. Even after check-out, my requests were met with kindness and understanding. Thank you very much for taking care of me during my stay!

    I use it every year for events and more.

    I stay at this accommodation every year when attending an event at a hall in Saijo, Higashihiroshima. It's very convenient as it's less than a 5-minute walk from both the station and the venue. Check-in is strictly from 3 PM, but you can wait in the lobby, which is helpful especially on hot days. The large public bath is a great feature, and having separate floors for smokers and non-smokers is considerate for everyone. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the staff promptly restock items when they run out—very impressive service! For check-out, if there are no additional charges, you simply drop your card into a box—quick and efficient. I’d love to visit during the famous "Saijo Sake Festival" someday as well. The room was clean, and I look forward to staying here every year. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work! It was a pleasant stay for one night!

    Every year during this season, I stay for one night and two days to attend a concert. The accommodation is close to the concert venue and the station, allowing me to relax. If there is a similar concert next year, I plan to stay here again. The meals were very delicious. Perhaps due to many guests attending the previous day's concert, there was a long line starting around 6:30 AM, which took some time. I used the large public bath available at the business hotel, and it was very nice.

    The Room is clean, efficient, and user-friendly. The staff are kind. Breakfast requires lining up in a single queue, which can result in long waits despite the number of guests. Mineral water is not provided. The public bath is compact but relaxing.

    This was my second stay. The Business Hotel near Saijo Station is slightly farther compared to other business hotel chains, but overall, Route Inn stands out. Especially, while other hotels offer a poor breakfast selection, Route Inn provides a sufficient menu for business travelers with acceptable taste. The only drawback is the bath; it could be improved with more space, Onsen-like features, and better amenities. Additionally, there is a notice in the dressing room of the bath area about being cautious of card key theft. However, I only noticed this after undressing inside the bath area and found it inconvenient to have to leave my card key at the front desk beforehand. A system where guests cannot enter without their card key would be preferable before entering the bath area. It would also be helpful to have maps or recommendations for restaurants around Saijo Station. When I went out for dinner, there were few places unique to Hiroshima or Saijo available; even those were fully booked in advance, which was disappointing. Despite these requests for improvement, I was generally satisfied with my stay overall.
