    It is a great accommodation.

    I was able to fall asleep as soon as I got into bed. I felt the Room had a comfortable environment for sleeping. Also, having a smoking Room was greatly appreciated. It would be even better if there were Rooms with a view of airplanes.

    Ideal for an overnight stay before your trip.

    I checked in at 8:00 PM. Thank you for upgrading my Room; it was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax and rest well, so I felt refreshed for my flight the next day. I would like to stay again.

    The access to the airport was very convenient.

    I stayed here the night before using Haneda Airport. I arrived around 10:00 PM and left around 6:00 AM the next morning, but even in that short time I was able to stay comfortably. The bus to the airport departed every 20 minutes, which was convenient.

    A new, clean, and best-value Hotel

    I stayed here for a live show at Zepp Haneda. The room rate was affordable, which was a big help. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the space was barrier-free, spacious, and comfortable. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and coffee. From the window, I could see airplanes and the monorail, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would like to stay here again next time.

    Third stay

    This was my third stay. The Room on the 9th floor was very clean and quiet, which I appreciated. It is a very convenient Hotel for airport access. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    A Convenient Hotel Near Haneda Airport

    After returning from a four-day trip, we arrived at Haneda late at night, so I made a Reservation at this Hotel. I had stayed here before on an overseas trip and had a great impression, so I chose it again this time. My sister, brother, and I booked one Room for three through IKYU.com, and the rate was very reasonable, which was a big help. Compared to my previous stay, the building and Room were much cleaner and more modern, and I would like to stay here again. Whenever I Reserve through IKYU.com, I feel that the Hotel places trust in guests who book that way.

    Delicious breakfast

    We had a great view and could see the airplanes. Breakfast was listed as a free light meal, but it was a well-balanced set you could choose in either Japanese or Western style. The female staff at the breakfast venue were also pleasant and welcoming.

    It was very comfortable!

    I stayed here after a live concert. Check-in was easy, and the amenities were good. Breakfast was served hot with a choice of Japanese or Western options, and I appreciated the newspaper service. The free Shuttle Service to the airport was also convenient. I would stay here again.

    Zepp Haneda

    I stayed for one night to attend a live show at Zepp Haneda. From the Hotel, I could see the Facility where Zepp Haneda is located, and it was an easy 10-minute walk with no chance of getting lost. The Room was clean, and I was satisfied with the complimentary set breakfast where you can choose either Japanese or Western style. I also appreciated that there was free hot coffee, black tea, and green tea available in the front lobby. There is no convenience store inside the Hotel, but there was a FamilyMart very close by, so I had no trouble finding something to eat at night. In the morning, there was also a free shuttle bus to Haneda Airport, which made getting around smooth, and this has become a Hotel I would definitely like to use again when going to Zepp Haneda.

    Great value for daytime use

    I had trouble finding a Hotel near Haneda for daytime use, but this one is just one stop from the airport and offers great value, so I was satisfied.

    It was as clean as ever.

    This was my first stay since shortly after the opening. The front desk has been replaced by an automated check-in machine. It was easy to use, so I had no trouble with it. The Room was as clean as it was when the Hotel first opened, but the pillow was low and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on (I noticed late at night and gave up on requesting a loaner pillow, so I used it as is). The view from the Room faced Tenkubashi Station rather than the airport, which was a little disappointing. When traveling from Haneda to the Hotel, I planned to take the shuttle bus, but I had some time and wanted to arrive sooner, so I took the train instead. As soon as you exit from the nearest exit at Tenkubashi Station you can see the Hotel, but after 10 p.m. there were hardly any people around, and crossing Tenkubashi Bridge alone as a woman with no cars passing by felt a bit scary (and even passing someone made me tense). If using it late at night, I think it’s better to take the shuttle bus. It was a short stay, but thank you for taking care of me. Thank you very much.

    Convenient access from the airport.

    I stayed one night before an early flight the next morning, as I needed to be near Haneda. The Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not a buffet; you could choose either a Japanese or Western set meal, so I didn’t have to spend time deciding in the morning, and it was served quickly, which was very helpful. I would be happy to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    I stayed the night before an early-morning flight the next day. Since it’s close to the airport, all I needed was a place to sleep—but it was far better than I expected. Check-in is done via a machine, but the staff guide you through it. They also showed me the amenities bar afterward. The amenities bar had everything I needed, and I was also able to get cleansing products at the front desk. When I tried to take just one set for my one-night stay, they kindly said, “Please feel free to take some for tomorrow as well,” so I gratefully took an extra set for the next morning. The Room is listed as 14 m², but it felt larger than that. The walkway from the door to the bed felt wider than in other Hotels—almost as if it was designed with large suitcases in mind. The TV wasn’t limited to local channels; I could also watch YouTube and more, which was great. There were outlets exactly where I wanted them, which was very helpful. I could see airplanes from my Room, yet it was very quiet and I slept soundly. Breakfast seems to get mixed Reviews, but I enjoyed it. It might feel like a small portion for some men, but since it’s free—and considering you’ll be getting on a flight afterward—I thought it was just right. I also appreciated the shuttle bus to the airport. On the day of my stay, everyone at both reception and in the breakfast area was Japanese, which made me feel at ease right away. Everyone smiled throughout and provided pleasant service, so I would definitely like to stay here again.

    It was absolutely wonderful.

    The airport was visible from the room window, and we could clearly see the planes taking off. We had been told breakfast would be light, but it was a proper meal with a choice of Japanese or Western options. I’d love to stay again at a more relaxed pace. It was a wonderful trip.

    We understand this may be difficult.

    I stayed at your Accommodation the other day. Overall, I was satisfied, but I was disappointed that there were only two chairs in the triple Room (I assume this is to save space, but some guests may not want to sit on the bed) and that the toilet bidet nozzle was dirty.

    Sufficient and appropriate.

    Please forgive this rating, as there is no Onsen. Since I had an early-morning flight the next day, I was able to have breakfast at an early hour (and it was delicious), and the shuttle bus made everything smooth—most importantly. The Room was comfortable, and if you love airplanes, you’ll be thrilled with the location! I’d love to stay here again.

    Close to the station

    My flight arrived late at Haneda Airport, so I made a Reservation at a nearby Hotel. It’s two stops on the Keikyu Line. Even when I was tired, the crowded train ride was only about 10 minutes, so it was manageable. It really helped that it was just 260 m from the station to the Hotel. I could see lots of planes from my Room! There was no noise, either. I’ll stay here again when I have another late-night flight.

    Stay the night before a snowy day

    I stayed here the night before an overseas business trip. This was my third stay, and it’s truly convenient when arriving early in the morning or late at night. This time, heavy snow was forecast, so having a bus take me to the terminal the next day was a huge help. Check-in is automated and contact with staff is minimal, but it never feels like anything is lacking in terms of service. I’m very satisfied.

    It’s a good Hotel. The Room is clean, and the breakfast is delicious. Side dishes were limited to one per person, but I could have eaten more. The pajamas were well made, which left a good impression. The shower holder in the bathroom was loose, making it difficult to use the shower.

    Perfect for early or...

    Perfect for early or late flights. Conveniently located at Tenkubashi Station near Haneda Airport, with easy access via the Tokyo Monorail or Keikyu Line. The rooms feel newly renovated and are very clean. You can even watch planes from the hotel. My top choice near Haneda Airport.

    Breakfast

    The breakfast was disappointing and the portions were small. They advertise free breakfast, but I think it is already factored into the room rate. I would prefer them to set a fair price without cutting corners on breakfast, even if that means a higher room rate. The Room was clean for a smoking floor.

    Keikyu, not Tokyu.

    I meant to make a Reservation for a day stay at the Tokyu Hotel inside Haneda Airport, but I mistakenly booked Keikyu instead. There was no shuttle bus from the airport during my day-stay hours, so I took a taxi. It cost a bit more, but I was able to rest comfortably until late at night, and everything was pleasant except that the Room heating didn’t work at first. I also thought it was very eco-friendly and nice that you can pick up only the amenities you need yourself. When I tried to ask the front desk to call a taxi back to the airport, no one was there, so I downloaded the GO app and booked a taxi online, which got me back safely. It was only a short stay, but it was a very good day stay.

    Stayed for an early morning departure. The Room was spacious and allowed for a relaxing rest. The breakfast made me appreciate how delicious Japanese cuisine is. I would love to stay again.

    I reserved a non-smoking room, but...

    I reserved a non-smoking room, but upon check-in, there were two ashtrays in the room, and it was filled with the smell of cigarettes, making it impossible to sleep. I am very dissatisfied. I considered changing the room, but there was no one at the front desk. Despite it being year-end, this was a very disappointing accommodation experience.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed here the night before using the airport. It was very convenient as it was close to the station and had a free shuttle bus to the airport. The included breakfast was also a big plus. I would like to stay here again for another pre-airport stay.
