    Thank you for your support.

    The building is old, but it was a good Hotel. There was construction in front of the Hotel, so I wasn’t sure how to get there at first, but once you know the way, you won’t find a better location. I had some trouble adjusting the bath water temperature, but all the staff were very kind, so I felt at ease and could stay comfortably. If I have another chance, I would definitely like to stay here again. And I’d like to try the breakfast buffet as well. Thank you again in advance for next time.

    The Wi‑Fi is slow, and the air conditioner cannot be adjusted in practice.

    As the title says. This is about Rooms 712–714. The air conditioner technically has temperature controls, but changing the setting didn’t make any difference. Even when set to the minimum of 20°C, it still felt a bit warm (late July stay). Also, perhaps because the window couldn’t be opened, the glass was very dirty, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, I had no complaints, but since the Wi‑Fi and air conditioning were not great, my stay was slightly more disappointing than satisfactory. If these issues don’t bother you, I think you can have a comfortable stay.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed here when visiting Kobe for a concert at GLION Arena. It was very convenient and close to Sannomiya. The Hotel staff were very welcoming and left a great impression. I was able to refill drinking water for free, which helped me avoid heatstroke in the scorching Kobe heat.

    The closest Hotel to Sannomiya.

    It’s great to be able to stay out late and still have the Hotel nearby. There was also complimentary water in the hallway, which was a thoughtful touch. I’d love to stay again next time.

    Great location. You can walk to the Hotel from the station along a main street, so it feels safe even when returning alone late at night. The Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful compared with other Hotels in the same price range (at cheaper Hotels, staff chatting among themselves or looking unhappy is not uncommon, but here the service was better than expected for the price). I would like to stay again. Overall, it was excellent value for money except that one of the two elevators smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

    The hospitality is excellent.

    It’s conveniently located near the station, with plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I had a comfortable stay. The coffee in the Room was also delicious. However, the showerhead in the bathroom seemed broken—it came off while I was using it, which startled me. I think it should be fixed. Other than that, everything was excellent! I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Extremely convenient.

    Conveniently located near Sannomiya Station, making it extremely easy to get around. The bus terminal is also nearby. The Room is comfortable as well.

    Because of nearby construction, I had to pass through a very narrow area, which made me feel uneasy for a moment. Since it was a women-only floor, it was nice to have amenities such as a foot massager and a facial steamer.

    Excellent access, conveniently located near the station.

    I think this is the Accommodation closest to Sannomiya Station, right in front of the highway bus terminal. I stayed here the night before an early flight from Itami Airport, and it was convenient and reassuring. The Room was compact but functional and easy to use. I had to wait before the self check-in, so I would appreciate it if you could consider making the process a bit smoother. I will stay again.

    Perfect for a simple stay.

    This was my first stay, and although the Room was simple, it had everything I needed and was very comfortable.<br>It’s also close to Sannomiya Station, making it convenient for getting anywhere, and I’d like to stay here again the next time I visit Kobe.

    The women-only floor was excellent!

    The foot massager (with disposable nonwoven fabric covers), steamer, Panasonic hair dryer, T-fal steam iron, coffee maker, electric kettle, and more were very well equipped! The Room was clean, and all the staff were kind. I’d love to stay here again.

    Excellent access.

    Whenever I stay in Sannomiya, I always choose this place. It’s just a short walk from the JR Sannomiya East Exit, and I love the convenient access—you can reach the private railway lines with hardly getting wet even on rainy days. This time, due to redevelopment construction around Sannomiya, it felt a little harder to enter the entrance area, but otherwise everything was comfortable. I will stay here again. Thank you very much.

    It really feels so comfortable. When I stay at a Hotel while traveling, Tokyu Hotel is my only choice! I like it so much that I’m even thinking about buying shares.

    Hotel near the station

    I stayed here for a live concert. It was a quiet, comfortable Hotel, close to the station with a convenience store right next door. The breakfast was delicious, and I was happy they also had Akashiyaki, a Kobe specialty. Because of the redevelopment construction in front of Sannomiya Station, it can be a bit confusing at night, but if you head toward the Port Liner or Mint Kobe, you’ll be able to get there. It was a very pleasant stay.

    Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the front desk staff were very courteous. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of dishes! One thing to note is that due to construction, the location was a little hard to find. It was disappointing that the Wi-Fi did not work at all.

    A great-value Hotel!

    Despite the affordable price, this is a clean and well-maintained Hotel. The service is also pleasant. For breakfast, they hand out freshly made French toast, which is delicious, and they use bread from Isuzu Bakery and ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture—thoughtful touches that guests will appreciate. From now on, when I stay at a Hotel, I’ll choose Tokyu.

    Great location. Excellent staff service.

    I used this accommodation for the first time to attend a live event at the arena. It was conveniently located near Sannomiya Station, and it took only about 20–25 minutes on foot to reach the arena. I stayed on a women-only floor, which had thoughtful security measures and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere where I could feel safe and comfortable. The free water dispensers on each floor were also very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated when the staff kindly offered freshly made French toast with a smile. The staff at the front desk, breakfast area, and cleaning team all provided exceptional service. One small issue was that I couldn't adjust the room temperature myself; when it felt warm, I had to manage by wearing lighter clothing or finding other ways to stay comfortable. If I have another chance to visit Kobe, I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

    Convenient Hotel Near the Station

    Very close and convenient to Sannomiya Station. Although it was inconvenient that taxis couldn't stop in front of the Hotel due to road construction, it is also near the bus stop. The staff kindly stored my luggage after check-out and provided very friendly service.

    Under construction, inconvenience caused.

    Conveniently located accommodation near the station, but the construction in front of and around the hotel made it impossible for taxis to stop, which was inconvenient. Elderly guests and others may find this particularly challenging. Wouldn't it be better to inform in advance that "due to construction, taxis and cars cannot stop"?

    Close to JR Sannomiya Station, with easy access to Hanshin and Port Liner. The Facility and meals were satisfactory. However, the road in front of the Hotel was under major construction, making it inconvenient to enter and exit the Hotel in nearly 40°C heat, requiring a detour. Advance notice would have been appreciated.

    Great location.

    I stayed here for the first time on a business trip. It is conveniently located near Sannomiya Station East Exit, with a convenience store almost next door. The room was spacious as the front desk kindly prepared a larger room for me on the day of check-in, which I appreciated. Additionally, there were water dispensers offering both room temperature and cold water near the elevators on each floor, which was very helpful during this hot season. I would like to stay at this hotel again when working in Kobe.

    The entrance is under major construction, making it difficult to arrange car pick-ups. Additionally, accessing the nearby Lawson requires taking a detour due to the construction. This information should have been disclosed at the time of reservation.

    Stayed here for the first time.

    Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store right next door. Although there is construction in front, there was no noticeable noise. I stayed in a single room, which had enough space to open my suitcase, and the unit bath was spacious and easy to use. It was unfortunate that I couldn't open the curtains due to the commercial facility right outside, but there were plenty of lights, so brightness was not an issue. However, the massage chair was a bit difficult to use and didn’t feel very effective; providing some pain relief patches might be better. The room had coffee and a facial steamer available, along with a large mirror equipped with actress-style lighting around its edges—truly impressive for a ladies' room! The front desk staff were polite as well, making this Hotel one I would like to stay at again if given the chance.

    Cozy and beautiful Room with pleasant front desk service

    Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store next door. Currently, there are some areas inaccessible due to construction, but it will likely become even more convenient once the work is completed. Thank you for switching my smoking room to a non-smoking one at the front desk. Truly impressive service as expected from Tokyu!
