    Multiple Night Stay

    At the time of Reservation for a Multiple Night Stay, the second night was in a different Room, but when we arrived we were told there had been a cancellation, so it was easy and convenient to stay in the same Room.

    The breakfast bread was excellent.

    The breakfast bread was absolutely delicious. I also appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate!

    This Hotel offers great value for money.

    The Room is clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and the Hotel is close to the station. You can get to the station without an umbrella. The Room was quiet and I slept well. Convenience stores and supermarkets are also nearby. However, there is no roll-up screen in the changing area of the bathroom, so it is fully visible. There is very little space to open a suitcase. There are no disposable slippers, so you may want to buy some at a 100-yen shop. There are no free bottled waters. Bath additives are provided, but there are no drip coffee packs, so you may need to bring your own. Overall, it’s inexpensive and clean, so I recommend it.

    A clean Business Hotel

    Less than a 5-minute walk from the station and conveniently close to the taxi stand. Amenities are lined up at the front desk, and you take what you need to your Room. A free coffee machine and drink bar are also available at the front desk. I didn’t use them, but there is also a room next to the front desk with fully automatic washing machines, vending machines, and a water dispenser. The Room isn’t large and the view isn’t particularly good, but it has everything you need—Wi‑Fi and power outlets—and the bathroom area is clean. For a Business Hotel, it’s almost perfect. The only drawback was breakfast. Instead of a restaurant, you eat in an area like an eat-in space at the bakery on the first floor. At check-in, I was told to choose one option in addition to salad and coffee: a sandwich, two types of bakery bread, or toast. I chose toast, but when I got there they asked, “Toast will take 30 minutes—would that be okay?” so I switched to two types of bread. Because of that, it seemed like everyone ended up choosing two types of bread anyway. It might be easier to buy bread at a convenience store and eat in your Room instead.

    It was a good Hotel.

    I stayed at the accommodation for my child's exam. The staff's courteous service was very pleasant. The room was clean, quiet, and conducive to studying. The amenities were eco-friendly as we could take only what we needed. The welcome drinks were abundant, and the breakfast was luxurious, making it a highly satisfying hotel experience. Thank you very much!

    A thoughtful and excellent Hotel.

    The front desk staff were all kind and attentive, which was impressive. The amenities and drink services were top-notch among Business Hotels. The room was clean and comfortable, earning a perfect score. The pajamas were made of soft cotton and felt great, but one button was missing, so I deducted one star. Breakfast was from the bakery in the same building, which raised my expectations; however, the staff were unfriendly, their explanation was hard to understand, the pre-reserved sandwich was overly salty, and the orange juice wasn't fresh—disappointing overall. The Hotel itself was excellent overall; I would consider staying again if given another opportunity.

    I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

    My daughter's wedding was held at another location, and we requested several rooms for the night before and the day of the event. The front desk staff contacted us in advance and ensured a smooth handover to other staff members, allowing us to stay without any issues. We are truly grateful. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the rooms are clean. We were able to rest comfortably. Thank you very much!

    It was a comfortable Hotel stay.

    I stayed as a reward for myself during the New Year's relaxation time. I really liked the clean setup and the simple room with only the essentials, where the bath, toilet, and washbasin are in separate styles, making it very convenient. The bath has a spacious washing area and is comfortable. Above all, the hospitality of the front staff is very pleasant and is a major reason why I want to come back. I look forward to the opportunity to use it again. Thank you very much.

    I would like to stay with you again.

    It was a comfortable Hotel to stay at. Even when I forgot my key card and went out, they responded immediately without any unpleasantness, which was appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, but since one person was handling the setup, it made me feel a bit uneasy.

    It was great!

    It was my first time in Shiga and my first time at the Hotel, and it was great! Especially the Room and the bed were good. The bath and toilet are separate! It was clean, and I would like to stay at this Hotel again.
