    It was comfortable.

    The Room was clean and comfortable. There was also a pillow bar, so I could sleep with a pillow that suited my preference. The amenities felt minimal but sufficient. Behind the Hotel is a park with lots of greenery, and it was refreshing—walking there felt great. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Tsukuba.

    I booked this hotel because I had heard the breakfast was excellent. I was satisfied that the parking lot was nearby and that there were places to have dinner within walking distance. The breakfast met my expectations. Thank you very much.

    The staff is courteous, but the policies were disappointing.

    I stayed for two nights, booking a single room for one night and a twin room for the other. I recall that there were no available rooms of the same type at the time of Reservation through IKYU. In my experience with other Hotels, even when booking different Room types, they often made arrangements to provide the same Room throughout my stay. Therefore, I had expected similar consideration this time as well. On this occasion, since there was availability on the day of check-in, I was able to stay in a twin Room for both nights. Naturally, I paid an additional fee for this change. However, it felt somewhat strict or lacking in flexibility. In high-quality Hotels, gestures such as arranging the same Room without extra charges could enhance guest satisfaction. Additionally, I was informed that complimentary bottled water is not provided unless you are a member of Jal City Hotel's loyalty program. While the staff were excellent and professional, such policies seemed overly calculated and gave an impression that detracted from the overall quality of the Hotel experience.

    Stayed for the first time.

    This was my first stay as I had been interested for a while. Thank you. Since it is an old building, the noise from the bathroom is understandable. The parking lot being right in front was very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the rice and salmon were at breakfast.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located with good access to various spots in Tsukuba City, and surrounded by convenience stores and supermarkets, this Hotel offers great convenience. The front desk staff and other employees were all very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the freshly cooked grilled fish. The guest room was clean; however, it was a bit disappointing that the air conditioning did not work effectively. I would definitely consider staying here again when revisiting Tsukuba.

    It was comfortable.

    The parking lot was right in front of the Hotel, which was very convenient. Payment was made at the same time as check-in. The restaurant requires a complete reservation at night, so unfortunately, we couldn't use it, but there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it wasn't inconvenient. There were plenty of amenities, and I didn't feel any inconvenience. Checking out was easy as you just need to put the card in the box. I think it falls into the luxury category for a Business Hotel. Since it's JAL, it's nice to have airplane goods and in-flight food that can be souvenirs for children.

    This was my first ti...

    This was my first time using it. I was looking for a Hotel near Tsukuba Station (it's less than 10 minutes from the station, so it's not a hassle). The cleanliness of the Room and the abundance of amenities (a style where you bring what you need from the lobby) were also excellent. The staff provided courteous service during check-in and check-out, making my stay very comfortable. As a Business Hotel, I think it is first-class and of high quality. I would like to use it again.
