    A convenient Hotel just steps from Tawaramachi Station with excellent access.

    It was located just outside Tawaramachi Station on the subway, making access extremely convenient. The building feels a bit dated, but parts of the interior seem to have been renovated and were kept clean and well maintained. Check-in is done via a self-service terminal, but the front desk staff explained everything carefully, so I was able to complete the process without any confusion. Because the corridor to the guest Rooms is an open-air walkway, it felt a little hot walking from the elevator to my Room on a sunny, warm day. The Room was compact but well designed. Although it was a single Room, the bed was relatively spacious, and there was enough space to open my suitcase. The large public bath had plenty of space overall, though the tub felt somewhat shallow. It is an artificial Onsen, but personally I noticed a slight odor. The open-air bath was compact—probably full with two people—and there were also two small pot baths. For check-out, if there are no additional charges, you simply return your room key to a box. There are no procedures at all, so it was very smooth and stress-free. At one point I felt the Accommodation Fee had become quite high, but recently it seems to have returned closer to its previous price range. With excellent access from the station, I think this Hotel is very convenient as a base for sightseeing around Asakusa or for business.

    Cleaning was insufficient.

    The black slippers in the room had lint and stains on them, and there were several long hairs on the floor in the toilet and bathroom. The Hotel staff—both the man at check-in and the woman at check-out—were kind and wonderful. It was disappointing that the cleaning was not thorough.

    A conveniently located, comfortable Hotel

    Thank you for storing my luggage before check-in. After checking in after 11:00 PM, the Room I was shown to had trash left in the bin and damp towels in the washroom. When I reported it by phone, you promptly changed my Room. While waiting with my luggage in front of the door, I also saw a pest crawling near the phone and reported everything. As expected, they are there. The new Room was fine and comfortable. You can check how crowded the bath is on the TV. Just before midnight, it showed “Not crowded,” so I went right away, but only one locker was available and there were two people waiting for showers. It’s not very reliable. I appreciate having a large public bath, but with many international guests, some entered the bathing area still wrapped in bath towels or came into the changing area dripping wet after bathing, which was a bit troublesome. The air conditioning is fully controlled throughout the building and inside the Room, so it felt a little cold.

    Great location

    The hotel is located about 10 minutes from Kaminarimon. On the first floor, there is a Komeda café where you can enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast with options like salad, yogurt, bread, customizable side dishes, and drinks. There is also a public bath. Though small, the water temperature was just right. I made the Reservation two months ago and requested blankets and a humidifier in the comment section at that time. However, since I checked in late, there was no response or preparation regarding these requests. I ended up sleeping without them but felt cold and dry during the night. Even though I wrote in the comment section of my Reservation request, there was no reply from the Hotel or any indication if they would prepare these items in advance for my Room. If there’s an option to make requests during Reservation via comments, it would be helpful to receive confirmation or replies from the Hotel regarding such matters.

    Hotel near the station

    A conveniently located Hotel just a 1-minute walk from the elevator exit of Tawaramachi Station on the Tokyo Metro, coming from the Nihonbashi area. The top floor features a large public bath with an open-air bath. While there are similar hotels in the area, this one stands out above the rest. As an APA member, check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The Room is not very spacious, making it ideal for business trips. Breakfast options include the Hotel's breakfast or a morning set at the attached Komeda Coffee shop.

    Bath with a View of Tokyo Skytree

    I stayed here to attend a live event in Tokyo from Kansai. After walking all day, my feet were sore, but the large public bath on the top floor helped me recover. The view of the Skytree from the open-air bath was stunning. Check-in and check-out were smooth with automated systems. Unfortunately, I forgot to get a receipt, which was my mistake.

    Close to the station and very convenient.

    Arrived via the Ginza Line during the scorching heat. From Tawaramachi Station platform, take the ground elevator to street level, and it's just a 1-minute walk! The short walking distance was a great relief under the blazing summer sun.

    I was healed.

    I enjoyed the open-air bath while gazing at the Skytree, and the pleasant breeze on my face felt wonderful. It seemed like there were more Western guests than before. Everyone had an aura of "I love Japan!" and "I love Japanese spas!" and they seemed well-prepared, relaxing with good manners, which made me feel happy too.
