    Great location.

    This was my second or third stay, and the location is great and the Room is clean. This time, I was especially impressed by the excellent service from the front desk staff.

    What are the SDGs?

    The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. However, I found the amenity sales display at the front desk confusing. When I asked, I was told that a plastic toothbrush is provided free of charge in the Room, but this set includes other items; they were selling a 3-piece set (toothbrush, hairbrush, and razor). Cleansing products were also available for a fee, with sample-size items sold for 300 yen. I had brought my own, so I did not purchase any. When I entered the Room, the slippers were very old-fashioned, and there was an individually packaged insole with a note asking guests to use it. Does that mean the slippers are not disinfected? The property strongly promotes SDGs, but using so much individually packaged plastic is not very convincing. The same applies to the plastic toothbrushes. It left me with a strong impression that this is more about profit using SDGs as a slogan than genuinely pursuing sustainability.

    Overall, I was satisfied. The only disappointment was the Wi‑Fi.

    The service was good for the price, and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint is the Wi‑Fi. It disconnected repeatedly and was unstable, so I honestly don’t recommend using it in the guest room. I hope this will be improved. For that reason, I rated the Facility 3 and lowered my overall satisfaction from 5 to 4.

    The entire Room was kept clean and well organized, allowing me to relax and rest comfortably. The front desk staff were also polite and helpful.

    We stayed here as a ...

    We stayed here as a family of five during our Expo trip. The hotel seemed busy with many international guests, but the staff at the front desk and in the breakfast restaurant were very courteous, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay. It was also very convenient, close to the station and with many shops in the underground mall nearby. We were satisfied with the Plan that included craft beer, which felt like a great value. If you have children, it would be even better if they could offer an alternative such as craft cola.

    The staff were very courteous and helpful.

    Due to an urgent matter, I couldn’t make it in time for check-in, and when you called, you handled it very politely. The Room was simple but very clean, with warm tones that made it feel welcoming. Since I booked a Plan without meals, I’d like to make a Reservation with a meal-included Plan the next time I visit Osaka.

    Staff Service

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, and the front desk staff were excellent every day. The housekeeping staff also greeted me when we passed in the hallway, which made my stay very pleasant.

    If you don’t mind the view and noise

    When I opened the curtains, the window faced an apartment building’s balcony. As long as you keep the curtains closed, you can’t see each other, so it should be fine if you don’t mind the view. The Room was on the 6th floor, but I was woken up early in the morning by cars and a large number of cicadas. I was also bothered by a constant trickling sound of running water. I checked to see if something hadn’t been shut properly, but it didn’t seem to be an issue with the Room. Because of that, I woke up many times and couldn’t sleep well. Even just during summer, it might be better to have the refrigerator turned on before welcoming guests. It was disappointing that I couldn’t quickly chill drinks I bought in the heat. It’s very close from underground access, but there are stairs right in front of the Hotel, so if you have heavy luggage, I think taking a different route is better.

    I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    I stayed here because I would be getting back late after visiting the Expo. The Hotel staff were kind (they even brought amenities all the way to my Room), and I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    It was compact and well organized, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee service. However, I had trouble because the shower head could not be secured in the shower holder in the bathroom. I would appreciate it if this could be improved. Since toothbrushes and hairbrushes are available for a fee, I recommend bringing your own.

    The room was clean, and the amenities were great.

    Having stayed at a sister property in Shin-Osaka, I expected a more business-oriented feel, but this Accommodation was cleaner and the Room was more welcoming for women. The women’s amenities provided were also very nice.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    I stayed here to visit the Expo. From Shinsaibashi Station, you can reach the Hotel almost entirely underground. Honmachi Station is also within walking distance, and access to the Expo was convenient. The Room was spacious and barrier-free, and the bathroom was also large and felt very open. The front desk staff had forgotten that my plan included a craft beer and breakfast, but it didn’t particularly bother me. The breakfast venue staff were very kind, the food was delicious, and there was a wide variety of dishes. I’d like to visit the Expo again in autumn, and I would definitely like to stay here again.     Awesome Hotel

    Are amenities charged separately? I’ve never heard of that. Improving guest satisfaction is basic common sense for a Hotel. 14,000 yen per night for two people? No way—considering how cramped the unit bath is, the going rate should be under 6,000 yen! Does IKYU list Hotels like this? Looks like the Yahoo group has really gone downhill.

    Because the occupancy rate for the Room I had reserved was high, I received a complimentary upgrade to a higher-class Room. The Room was spacious and clean, and I was very satisfied. I look forward to staying again.

    A Convenient Hotel Near Shinsaibashi

    It was a Hotel in a convenient location, close to Shinsaibashi and also near my workplace. The Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, with takoyaki and mini okonomiyaki among the options. Amenities are not provided, so I recommend bringing your own toothbrush, razor, hair styling products, as well as instant coffee and tea bags.

    The bathroom is small, and the side dishes are cold.

    The bathtub is very small—so small I couldn’t believe a unit bath of this size exists. I filled the tub and soaked, but it was so cramped that I struggled to stand up afterward. The next day I gave up on filling the tub and just used the shower, but whenever I moved my body bumped into either the wall or the shower curtain, which was unpleasant. Breakfast side dish: the sausage and potatoes in the pot-au-feu were cold. I didn’t expect to end up eating at this level in Osaka, a city known for food. In a way, it was a surprise. For a Multiple Night Stay, towels must be requested at the front desk, but there was no notice in the room—only small print at the very bottom of a sign inside the elevator. I called the front desk and they explained the rule, but I’m not sure that’s acceptable. Some hotels clean only once every three days, but even then they still provide fresh towels daily by hanging them on your door handle.

    Perfect for using the Osaka Metro!

    Excellent location with great transport access! It’s just a short walk from Nagahoribashi Station, so even in the rain it wasn’t a problem, and you can reach Shinsaibashi Station by walking through Crysta Nagahori! The front desk staff were international, polite, and charming!

    The staff’s service is outstanding.

    I stayed here because I had plans around Shinsaibashi and the price was reasonable. It’s very close to Nagahoribashi Station, so the location is convenient, but since it faces a main road, noise from speeding cars and ambulances late at night carries quite a bit and can disturb your sleep. The walls are also thin, so even if you can’t make out conversations, you can often hear voices, sneezing, children shouting, etc. If you’re sensitive to noise, earplugs are probably essential. Amenities are minimal and the bathroom is small—this Hotel felt like a place where it’s fine as long as you can simply stay overnight. The staff I met were not Japanese, but they were very kind and helpful, which made my stay pleasant. The coffee service was also appreciated.

    A Hotel with Friendly, Helpful Staff

    The front desk staff were excellent at both check-in and check-out. The international staff member spoke beautiful, polite Japanese and had a wonderful smile. They were wearing pin badges showing the languages they speak, which I think is reassuring for international travelers as well. Thank you for upgrading our Room from a single to a twin. It was spacious and comfortable. However, I could constantly hear a trickling water sound from the bathroom toilet (I think), so I would like that to be fixed. For that reason, I rated the Facility 2 stars. The amenities were POLA shampoo, conditioner, and body soap; all had a great scent and didn’t leave my hair feeling rough, giving me the impression that good-quality products are provided. This is a Hotel I would like to use again when I’m in the area.

    Just steps from Nagahoribashi Station!

    It was the Hotel right next to the stairs at Nagahoribashi Station. The location was very convenient, and I was very satisfied. I knew in advance which amenities were not provided, and toothbrushes are generally not included overseas anyway. The Room was clean and reasonably spacious—more than enough for my stay. Thank you very much.

    Located in the city center, with convenient access to many destinations.

    Conveniently located near Osaka Metro Nagahoribashi Station, and also easily accessible from Shinsaibashi Station on the Midosuji Line via the underground shopping arcade, allowing you to reach a street-level exit near the Hotel with almost no exposure to rain. The Room was fairly clean and I had few complaints, but it was disappointing to find a few hairs on the floor and on top of the desk upon arrival. I would like them to be more thorough with cleaning. All staff were kind, and I was especially impressed by the staff at the breakfast venue. A Chinese tourist showed up at breakfast wearing a pajama gown and slippers. At some hotels, staff just laugh it off and let it slide without saying anything, but here, as soon as they saw him, they firmly said “No Pajamas!” and asked him to change. This may seem like basic etiquette, but I have seen many hotels where staff cannot even say what needs to be said, so I appreciated it. Please continue maintaining discipline and a calm atmosphere by speaking up when necessary.
