  There is no telephone in the Room.

  At first, I was surprised. There was a phone in front of the elevator connected to the front desk, which was helpful as it was close to the Room. The sheets were clean. The shower (water pressure) felt great. Thank you for your hospitality.

  Always friendly.

  I have stayed here multiple times, and the reception staff is always kind and efficient, making it a pleasant experience. Although I requested no cleaning, it was disappointing that there was no replacement of towels or linens. The ReFa and amenities in the Ladies' Plan were very satisfying.
