    Thank you for your support.

    I stayed for one night. The front desk staff were efficient, clear, and kind. At check-in, they upgraded my Room, saying there was availability. The Room did not have a bathtub, but that wasn’t an issue because there is a large public bath. Breakfast included local specialties, with a wide variety of items, and everything was delicious. What was disappointing: Insufficient cleaning in the guest Room → Hair and what seemed like food residue were left on the table, making it sticky. Dust on top of the headboard and on the shoulders of the hangers. Water stains on the sink lid and shower door. Multiple dirty handprints on the inside of the door. Broken equipment in the large public bath → Two washing stations were out of order, so we had to wait our turn. The lock on the restroom door in the large public bath was broken. Facilities in the post-bath lounge area → Ice cream is available, but there is no water dispenser. You can’t rehydrate unless you bring bottled water from your Room.

    Laundry and drying are excellent!

    I stay here every time I visit Izumo. I knew there was a washing machine and dryer in the changing room, but I assumed they were mainly for long-term guests. This time, my clothes got dirty due to an unexpected issue and I was in trouble—then I remembered the laundry facilities and used them for the first time. The washing machine is free, and the dryer costs 100 yen for 20 minutes. The stains came out and everything finished beautifully. It truly helped me a lot. Thank you very much.

    Very satisfied.

    The meals were very delicious with a wide variety of dishes, and the clam miso soup was excellent as well. This is the women’s bath: it was quiet around 4:00 PM, but around 9:00 PM it was full, and there was a line waiting for the washing area. I wished it were a bit larger, but I was surprised at how smooth and shiny the shampoo made my hair, and how moisturized and glossy the body soap left my skin. If I had to ask for one more thing, I would be happy if there were also an in-Hotel dining area for dinner. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Simply the best!

    Used this hotel for a visit to Izumo Taisha Shrine—my second stay. The Onsen was great, and I really appreciated the complimentary late-night soba, ice cream, and Yakult. The massage chair was excellent too! Breakfast was also enjoyable, with local specialties served in small portions so you can try a variety—and everything tasted delicious. All the staff were courteous and attentive, and once again I felt glad I chose to stay here. I also liked the thoughtful little treats in the Room refrigerator.

    Great value for money

    Maybe because I booked early, the total was about 22,000 yen for a twin room for two adults with breakfast included. Coffee is unlimited, and you can refill water from the water dispenser. After soaking in the Onsen, you can also enjoy unlimited ice cream. Breakfast included Izumo soba and zenzai as well—more than enough. The parking lot is right next door, and it’s close to Izumoshi Station. It was a really great Hotel. Highly recommended for sightseeing at Izumo Taisha Shrine.

    I stayed here with my daughter on a two-person trip. It was close to the station, the front desk staff were kind, the food was served hot, and the large public bath was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Izumo Taisha Shrine. It became a memorable trip. Thank you very much.

    A reassuring sense of comfort, as always

    It was crowded because of the three-day holiday weekend. This time, I made a Reservation without breakfast, and both the baths and the late-night noodles were packed with people. Dormy Inn really is incredibly popular. I had an early schedule, so unfortunately I skipped breakfast. I took some coffee from the lobby starting at 6:00 a.m. and enjoyed it in my Room before heading out. Next time, I’ll make a Reservation with breakfast included.

    Perfect for visiting Izumo Taisha Shrine

    This was my first time staying at a Dormy Inn Hotel. I arrived feeling excited, but also a bit anxious because of the heavy snowfall. I really enjoyed the late-night soba, the large public bath, and the open-air bath, and in the morning I also tried the “Daidai-no-Yu.” At breakfast I had Izumo soba, and looking back it was a very satisfying stay. Because of the snow, I headed to Izumo Taisha Shrine the next day, but it wasn’t crowded near the approach road, so I was able to visit smoothly. I was very satisfied with both the Accommodation Fee and the Facility inside, and I feel I made great use of my one-night stay. It’s a Hotel I’d love to stay at again.

    A hotel that feels like a Ryokan!

    This Hotel offers wonderful complimentary services, a large natural Onsen bath, and a sauna. It’s worth more than the price!

    I have used Dormy Inn in various locations, but this one was average. There is a drink service, but only coffee is available. For elderly guests, tea would have been better, but there were only two packets of powdered tea in the Room. There was no humidifier in the Room. As always, the late-night ramen was very delicious.

    Bath, close to the station, excellent airport access

    The Business Hotel was comfortable and problem-free. The large public bath, highly rated in reviews, exceeded expectations. It was well-maintained, featured a shampoo bar, and offered services comparable to an Onsen Ryokan, such as post-bath ice cream and massage chairs. The relaxation room's manga collection was extensive, making it a paradise for manga enthusiasts who could spend the entire night reading. Airport access was excellent. Despite having an early morning flight, the direct bus from the bus terminal (just a 2-3 minute walk from the station) made it very convenient. While there is significant price variation depending on the schedule, staying on cheaper days offers great value for money.

    A very clean and excellent Hotel.

    The twin room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and I had a restful sleep. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. I will stay again.

    I was very satisfied.

    Conveniently located near the station, the room is well-equipped, and it's delightful to have Onsen, ice cream, and coffee provided. The simple yet delicious night soba was a highlight. However, the Onsen was too crowded with waiting times for washing areas and dryers at the sinks. More seating would make it perfect.

    I was surprised.

    I stayed here during a business trip to Izumo for training, and I must say the bath and sauna were excellent. The open-air bath was refreshing, and the aroma in the sauna was very pleasant. Of course, the post-bath ice cream and dairy drinks, a signature of Dormy Inn, were also fantastic. It made for a wonderful trip. Thank you very much!

    It was nice to have a relaxing moment.

    I always use this accommodation. This time, due to a family member's emergency hospitalization, I hastily made a reservation for 4 nights. After things settled down a bit, I asked the front desk if I could cancel the last night's stay, and they smoothly arranged it for me. It was my first time making a reservation without breakfast. Although it was hectic going back and forth to the hospital every day, I appreciated having moments of relaxation with morning coffee and late-night soba noodles. Next time, I plan to stay with breakfast included as usual.

    We stayed at this accommodation as a couple. We learned about this hotel through TV and decided to change our initial plans to stay here, and we now understand why it is so popular in many aspects. The soba noodles at breakfast were especially delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the freshly fried tempura. We would love to stay here again.

    Onsen & Breakfast - Excellent

    Located near the station, the large public bath with Onsen and an open-air bath with a sauna was perfect for relaxation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was very delicious. For dinner, we went to a nearby Japanese restaurant. With a special coupon from the Hotel, we received complimentary sashimi. The Room was clean, but the TV was a bit small, which was slightly disappointing!

    I would like to stay here again on my next trip to Izumo.

    I stayed here for a trip to Izumo Taisha Shrine. There are many restaurants nearby, making it a convenient location. The bath was very relaxing, and the late-night soba was delicious. As for the Room, I felt the toilet and shower Room were a bit small, but overall it’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Good location

    It was a year-end stay, and there were various dining options around, with fairly good access to our destination, Izumo Taisha, being about 20 minutes by car, making it comfortable. The parking fee was 1,200 yen per night, which felt a bit high for a rural area. The room was spacious and clean enough for three adults, and the onsen was pleasant, which was satisfying. The "yonakisoba" was New Year's soba, and although the shrimp tempura left us wondering where the shrimp was, the atmosphere was enjoyable. Breakfast was in the style of osechi, with delicious tempura that was quite different from the night before, and everyone was pleased. Overall, as always, it was a favorite and reliable Dormy Inn.

    Breakfast that will satisfy even Dormy Mania

    I am a Dormy Mania. I have stayed at Dormy Inns across the country, from Dormy Inn Wakkanai in the north to Dormy Inn Nagasaki in the south. This is my first stay at Dormy Inn Izumo. The breakfast allows you to enjoy Shimane's specialties such as crab rice, crab meatball soup, Izumo soba (which can be changed to oyster soba in winter), and Akaten. The hotel offers services and facilities that relieve travel fatigue, including the reliable Yonaki Soba, a large onsen bath, and a sauna. Additionally, it is very convenient that Dormy Inn has coin-operated laundry machines and dryers in the changing rooms of the separate male and female large baths. Izumo was very satisfying. I would like to stay at other Dormy Inns as well.

    I would like to use it again.

    The best part was the Onsen, which was very spacious with a large public bath and sauna, making it a pleasant experience. The breakfast, with its abundant menu, was filling and made me happy. The staff were kind and courteous, making it the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. I visit Izumo Taisha every year, so I look forward to staying here again next year.

    Both accessibility and comfort are excellent.

    I was able to spend my time comfortably. The Onsen had a good quality of spring water, which helped to relieve my fatigue. It was nice to have a terrace outside where I could cool off in addition to the lounge. I was looking forward to enjoying the local specialties typical of Dormy Inn for breakfast, and this time, there was a special menu for the Kamiarizuki month, including salmon roe and grilled nodoguro, which made it feel special. It was delicious.

    Stable quality

    I stayed during the Kamiarizuki month. As expected, there were many female guests, but thanks to the long opening hours of the bath, it didn't become overcrowded. The pot bath had a high temperature, which I liked, and I was able to warm up even under the cold sky. The Room was just the right size, and there was a door between the Room and the washroom, which was helpful for getting ready. My friend, who was exhausted from sightseeing, tried to cancel the night bath, but when I told her she could get ice cream, she happily went in. The night soba was just the right amount after drinking. It's not an exaggeration to say that I stay here because of it. Breakfast was consistently high quality. The limited-time Kamiarizuki crab chawanmushi, crab rice, salmon roe, and more were a delightful surprise. Everything was really delicious, but my stomach couldn't handle all the varieties... that's the only regret. It was my friend's first time at Dormy Inn, but she said she would definitely stay at a Dormy Inn Hotel on her next trip! Another fan of Dormy Inn Hotel was born. The front desk staff conveyed necessary information accurately, stood nearby, and helped immediately when needed. I had a good impression as there was no lengthy explanation. The breakfast staff, despite the early morning, responded with smiles, allowing us to start the day pleasantly. It was just a one-night stay, but choosing this place was definitely the right decision. I'll visit again next year.

    Night Soba

    I stayed at Dormy Inn for the first time. It was close to the station, and I had a comfortable stay. It was a pity that I couldn't have the Yonaki Soba.

    Wonderful hospitality

    This was my first time staying here, and every staff member was smiling and pleasant, which was wonderful. The services such as the hot spring, massage chair, ice cream, and late-night ramen were great, and the breakfast was gentle on the body and everything was delicious. Even as a pillow gypsy who usually can't sleep, the pillow was very good. One downside was that in the triple room, the sofa bed was too hard, and one person ended up with body aches, which was unfortunate. I hope it can be made a bit closer to a regular bed. Please address this issue.
