    Overall, the Hotel is clean. However, even though it wasn’t that hot, the hallway air conditioning was very strong and it felt cold.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my first stay at Dormy Inn.

    I was impressed by how automated check-in and check-out are now, but since I was with my daughter, we got through it smoothly. The welcome drink grape juice was so good that I kept going back for more—even after the late-night noodles. The coffee was great both hot and iced. After walking around Kofu, I headed to the large public bath to avoid the crowds. Soaking in the Onsen and seeing Mt. Fuji from the open-air bath was breathtaking. Feeling refreshed, I took another stroll around town before dinner at a restaurant I had reserved. There are plenty of dining options from the station to around the Hotel, which will be helpful next time as well. After dinner, I went back to the large public bath for another soak, then enjoyed the late-night noodles. Since it was Saturday, there were many families and inbound travelers. As a local specialty, those late-night noodles were delicious—especially the seasoned egg topping with just the right level of flavor. Despite how many guests there were, it stayed quiet inside, and you could even check how busy things were during late-night noodles and breakfast. Breakfast also featured lots of local ingredients, with so many small side dishes that it was hard to choose. There were stewed offal dishes (motsuni), beef stew, and rice porridge as well (made fresh upon request). I relaxed with coffee until check-out and really enjoyed my first Dormy Inn stay. The staff struck a perfect balance—attentive without being intrusive—which made it very comfortable. Of course, I also enjoyed both the post-bath ice cream and lactic acid drink service.

    A Variety of Hospitality Services

    I stayed here last year as well. It’s a bit far from the station, but I really like the well-designed Room. There is only a shower booth, but there is a large public bath—and it’s an Onsen—so not having a bathtub in the Room is absolutely fine. In the lobby, there’s a welcome coffee machine and very delicious grape juice, and after your bath you can enjoy several kinds of ice cream, including wafer sandwiches and chocolate-coated bars. Breakfast even includes beef stew, which was surprisingly good. The next day I stayed at a long-established Ryokan in Yumura Onsen, but the dinner was disappointing and the facilities were old, so from now on I’ll stay only at this Hotel.

    Very satisfied

    The guest rooms, baths, and entire facility were very clean and well-maintained. The late-night soba was served with care, reflecting the high standards of the Hotel staff. Breakfast was as always diverse and delicious, leaving me very satisfied. However, as this was my fifth stay, I felt a bit of monotony in the lineup, so I rated it 4 stars. I look forward to staying again next time.

    The greeting was wonderful.

    This was my first time using this accommodation. It was a relatively long stay with a 3-night stay, but the facility and onsen made it very comfortable. What impressed me the most was the staff's smiles and greetings at the breakfast venue. The food was luxurious for its price. I would love to use this accommodation again.

    Always satisfying, no matter when you visit.

    I have stayed here several times. The Room is clean, and the open-air bath is very relaxing. The meals offer a wide variety and are highly satisfying. The Room allows you to enjoy the morning sunlight, making it very refreshing. Whenever I visit Kofu, I feel like this place is my home away from home. Looking forward to staying here again!

    Stayed in July.

    It was the reliable Dormy Inn, and staying there did not change that impression. Many foreign guests were staying, giving the environment a different feel. It was quite noisy, but both the facility and meals were satisfying.

    It was my first trip...

    It was my first trip to Kofu. The walk from the station was a bit long but within expectations. There are many restaurants nearby, making it convenient. The room was compact yet comfortable. I was also very satisfied with the Onsen.

    Refreshing large public bath

    A welcome drink of delicious grape juice was provided at check-in, which felt very fitting for Yamanashi. I immediately went to the top-floor bath and enjoyed some tasty ice cream afterward; the chocolate monaka and chocolate ice bars were better than those offered at other Hotels. The Room was functional and compact but convenient to use. However, cleaning was not thorough, with dust visible in several places. Additionally, the toilet paper was uncomfortably hard. The late-night ramen was delicious, but the automated check-in/out process felt a bit impersonal.

    The service is excellent!

    Stayed for one night. The parking staff and front desk staff at check-in were very hospitable and excellent. Regarding the bath, it was crowded as there were many guests that day, so there were not enough washing areas, resulting in a wait.

    It exceeded my expectations.

    This was my first time staying at Dormy Inn. I had high expectations after reading various reviews, and it did not disappoint—it exceeded them. The best part was the spaciousness and layout of the room, which made it hard to believe it was a business hotel. There were many guests who seemed to be staying for purposes other than business as well. The public bath was small, and with so many rooms, it wasn’t possible to relax completely, but it was clean and perfectly fine overall. The towels provided were new, fluffy, and very comfortable despite being self-service. I had previously stayed at Kyoritsu Resort properties where I got too full from dinner to try their late-night ramen offering; this time I finally tried the "Yonaki Soba" noodles and found them surprisingly satisfying! The grape juice next to the coffee station was also delicious. I would love to stay here again if given the chance!

    The meals are delicious.

    I frequently use Dormy Inn across the whole country, and I always enjoy the delicious meals made with local ingredients. However, the bed feels a bit firm for me, making it hard to sleep deeply, so having extra pillows or cushions would be appreciated. That said, the meals and baths are always delightful and relaxing, so I continue to stay here every time. I will keep using Dormy Inn when traveling to different regions in the future.

    Staycation

    We made a reservation on the same day and visited. The purpose of our stay was to enjoy the onsen, breakfast, and relax in the room. The onsen was very pleasant, and the facility was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. The room was nice, but there was a slight odor that concerned us. It would have been even better if there had been an air purifier.

    The Long-Awaited Kofu Marunouchi

    I chose this accommodation because I had stayed at Dormy Inn Kofu before. It is easy to find as it is a straight path from Kofu Station, and the facility is still new, so there were no complaints. The hoto served at breakfast was delicious.

    The clean and uncluttered interior and the open-air bath are very comfortable, and I am satisfied with my fourth stay. I also enjoyed the complimentary night soba, but unfortunately, the breakfast left a disappointing impression this time.

    I unexpectedly had to stay from a late hour. Since I was on foot, I felt the distance from Kofu Station more than expected. The Hotel was clean, the Room was convenient, and I was glad to warm up in the open-air Onsen. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Comfortable Hotel

    Thank you for your hospitality. The interior was stylish and had everything I needed. I was able to relax in the Onsen, and the bathroom and changing room were clean, allowing me to have a pleasant time. I didn't have the night soba, but the ice candy and lactic acid bacteria were a delightful treat. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. My family is a fan of Dormy Inn, and we would like to conquer the whole country! Thank you very much.

    It is a good Hotel.

    The room is new, spacious, and clean. The bath was also available, and I could relax. The ramen at night was comforting and delicious. Thank you for accommodating my request. Dormy is indeed great.

    The bath and breakfast are wonderful.

    The bath was very spacious, and I was able to relax with the sauna and open-air bath. Also, I was very satisfied with the delicious breakfast, including Yamanashi specialties such as ozara and torimotsu-ni. Furthermore, I am grateful for the staff's courteous service during check-in and when taking the car in and out of the parking lot.
