    It was amazing!

    It was an amazing two days. The greenery in the Room—and above all, the bath facilities—were wonderful. The open-air bath, the spacious sauna, and the soothing high-frequency music playing in the background helped me truly relax. I would love to stay again.

    Three people stayed in one room, and we initially thought there would be a sofa bed, but it turned out to be two beds for three people. The staff kindly prepared an additional room for us, allowing us to have a pleasant stay. There was also a large public bath where we could relax and recover from fatigue. After bathing, unlimited ice cream was available, which was delicious and enjoyable. The breakfast was very satisfying with plenty of delicious options that filled us up. It was an excellent accommodation experience, and we would love to stay here again next time!

    The bath was very relaxing, especially the outdoor bath. The cleaning staff were very polite and cleaned everything thoroughly. There are many convenience stores nearby, and access to the Metro and JR lines is very convenient.

    Tokyo Trip

    I stayed here on the second night of our trip with my twin sons to watch a baseball game at Tokyo Dome and visit places like Asakusa and Tokyo Station. The staff, from the front desk to the dining area, provided truly excellent service. The signature night ramen, breakfast, and complimentary ice cream after bathing were all a big hit with my sons. The large public bath was not too crowded, allowing us to relax comfortably. Thank you for providing us with an exceptional stay. My sons are already saying they definitely want to stay here again when we visit Tokyo next time!

    This was my first stay. The location is excellent, and in the midst of rising hotel prices, this price is very reasonable. The bath, or rather the sauna, though small, had a cold water bath and an outdoor air bath area, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The room was small but clean, and I was satisfied with the bath facilities.

    - The elevator wait time is very long. - The open-air bath is small, and there is almost no rest space in the sauna. Other than these points, it was a Hotel with new and comfortable Facilities among Dormy Inns.

    The bath is good.

    This was my first time using this property, although I often use Kodenmacho. Thank you for providing a double room as there was availability. The room did not have a bathtub, but since I was there for the large public bath, it was not an issue. I use other hotels as well, but I think the large public bath and open-air bath here are top-notch. Overall, it is hygienic, has a sauna and cold bath, plays healing music, has an open-air bath, is an actual onsen, has easy-to-use shower locations, features ReFa shower heads, is spacious enough for the number of users, and the water temperature is to my liking, among other things. The sauna is about 105 degrees, but it is very good as a set with a TV monitor, a cold bath, and chairs. The shower location is especially comfortable because, unlike other hotels where you have to press the button repeatedly as it stops after a few seconds, it is rotary and does not stop until you turn it back. The head is ReFa, and you can choose mist or other preferences. The position to hang the shower is good, etc. I used the open-air bath at night and in the morning, and it was so comfortable that it didn't feel like a business hotel. You can see the starry sky and be soothed by the steam, light, and faint healing music. The water is a pleasant onsen without any peculiarities. Some hotels are silent, which can feel lonely when alone, but the healing music and the constant sound of additional water are very good. There are many foreign guests, but few in the large public bath, which is also nice. It was definitely better than going to a spa facility. The breakfast was not flashy, but there was a sufficient variety and a spacious area to enjoy it calmly. I was surprised to find freshly fried tempura, which was delicious, and I ended up having seconds. It was the day of the Nanakusa-gayu, so I enjoyed it according to the event. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I was leaving, but there was soba? I didn't see it when taking tempura as there was nothing in the space next to it, but I could see a picture of soba from my seat and wished I had tried it. A notable feature or concern here might be the large intersection and station, as I could frequently hear the noise both in the room and the open-air bath. I would like to use it again.

    I always use it when...

    I always use it when I'm on a business trip. I am satisfied with the comfortable stay. I can sleep well, and being able to enter the Onsen first thing in the morning is the best.

    I returned because the meals and the large public bath were appealing.

    Previously, I stayed at Dormy Inn in Shimonoseki, and it was so good that I repeated my stay in Tokyo. I am happy to be able to enjoy local menu items! Also, when I requested a courier service from the hotel, they responded very kindly. The phone response when inquiring to the hotel was good, so I realized that it is indeed a hotel with excellent customer service.

    The staff's response is excellent.

    It is recommended to put up signs prohibiting people from entering the bath directly. I think the lack of common sense among Japanese people in their 50s to 70s who enter without rinsing is a problem. It's really unpleasant, even though it's a public bath. I think it would be good to have signs with larger letters encouraging people to take a shower. The staff's response is excellent. I would like to stay again when I visit the Kanda area. Despite everything, although the price is high, I think Dormy Inn is good.

    Properly Dormy Inn

    Stayed for two nights. There is Yonaki Soba. It's really delicious. The staff's response is also good. I couldn't find any particularly dirty spots in the Room or the large public bath. The ice cream and Yakult after the bath are still available. From JR Machida, you need to pass through the bar district, and the constant sound of trains in the large public bath might bother some people. For those who don't mind, it's very nice. The staff is good, and the Room is clean, so it's a proper Dormy Inn as a Hotel.

    異色な写心家

    A bit disappointing

    During my stay, I was concerned to find a wet towel left between the curtain and the bed in the room (I'm not sure if it was a forgotten item or a provision). Although cleaning is done, it's disappointing when items other than provisions are left behind. Also, it would have been nice to have information about events during the stay (on the day of checkout, the front of the hotel was part of a marathon course and was closed to traffic). Despite checking the travel route the day before, I had trouble moving due to the large event.
