    As it is relatively new, it was clean. It was comfortable to stay.

    This is my favorite ...

    This is my favorite Accommodation where I can always enjoy a comfortable stay. This time, I forgot my smartphone charger and panicked, but they kindly lent me one. I was also happy to be on the top floor with a great view, with a clear sight of the newest buildings and the TV tower. I will stay here again.

    My Favorite Hotel

    I stayed at Vista again after a long time. It was a Hotel that exceeded its value for money. These days, it’s rare to have the bathtub and toilet separated, and I especially liked the bathroom.

    I was concerned about the staff’s lack of security awareness.

    This was a return stay, but unfortunately there were some disappointing points this time. ~Negative Points~ 1) Low awareness of security/privacy among staff When I went to pick up a lost item, I was asked for my Room number in front of other guests. Even though I hesitated, it didn’t seem to register at all. When I asked if I could write it down instead, I was told, “Then please give me your room key card.” If the room key card would confirm it anyway, they should have asked for that from the start. In today’s world, this felt like a lack of awareness expected from staff. 2) Pajama button was missing When I entered the Room and went to change into the pajamas, I noticed a button had come off. After calling, they brought a replacement, but I wish this had been checked properly beforehand. ~Positive Points~ 1) Convenient location The Hotel is located right in an entertainment district, making it easy to get back after going out for drinks. Because of the area, it can be noisy late at night even on higher floors, but given how accessible it is, that’s understandable. 2) Separate bathroom layout The toilet and bath are separate, which was comfortable. A separate layout is rare at this price range and definitely a plus.

    It was my second stay.

    The room is quite compact but clean, and it’s great that the bath and toilet are separate. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the station. I’d like to make this my regular accommodation in Nagoya.

    Stayed for 2 nights ...

    Stayed for 2 nights on Friday and Saturday during the July holiday weekend. The room had a narrow layout with winding hallways, which felt a bit cramped. However, having separate toilet and bath facilities allowed for a relaxing bathing experience. The bustling areas of Nishiki and Sakae were within walking distance, making dining options convenient. Perhaps due to this location, not many guests seemed to have breakfast at the hotel, resulting in a limited breakfast menu that felt disappointing considering the accommodation cost. While it was understandable given the holiday period, overall it felt significantly overpriced.

    Clean and conveniently located.

    I always stay here when I go to Nagoya for a live event. The bathroom and toilet are separate, very clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere.

    Stylish and comfortable!! Would love to stay again!!

    This was my first time staying, and I used the Deluxe Twin. The room had a stylish feel and was very convenient to use. Having the bath, washroom, and toilet separated is great! It's a Hotel I would want to stay at again.

    The changing room...

    I stayed in a twin room. The sink, toilet, and bathroom were separate, and the bathroom had a washing area, allowing for a relaxing bath. However, I was surprised that there was no changing area. Since I was staying with my daughter, it wasn't much of an issue, but it might feel a bit awkward if staying with friends. For breakfast, I wished there were more options. I wanted to have some bread but gave up as there was only one toaster and others were waiting to use it. The elderly gentleman at the restaurant was very friendly and asked things like "Would you like an omelet?" or "Shall I bring you some French toast?" He even chatted with foreign guests in his own version of English, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere.

    Comfortable Hotel

    I always choose this accommodation for business trips. Having a separate toilet and bathroom is definitely appealing! The room size is standard, but it was clean and comfortable. The bath area with a washing space is a great feature. Since the toilet is separate, you can relax in the bathtub without seeing the toilet, which is nice. It would be great if amenities were more comprehensive. I wished for body wash towels or bath additives. While the toothbrush was good, there was only enough toothpaste for one use, which felt insufficient. Using two packs for night and morning doesn’t seem eco-friendly... Looking forward to staying here again!

    I was satisfied with everything, including the Hotel's rooms, breakfast, and customer service. It was also close to the subway station, making it convenient to access my workplace.

    Two points

    (1) When I called the front desk to request amenities, they told me to come and pick them up. Other hotels bring them to the room, so I was very dissatisfied. Also, the front desk staff did not smile, which made me feel unwelcome. (2) The sink is in an awkward location, and water splashes onto the wall. It is also far from the toilet, making it inconvenient to move around.
