    Conveniently located near the station, but

    I booked at short notice for personal reasons rather than sightseeing and stayed for two nights and three days. Since I traveled by Shinkansen, the location near the station was very convenient, but the Room was a smoking single and both the Room and bathroom were quite small. Options are limited for smokers.

    Conveniently located.

    Very convenient location near Nagasaki Station. The Room was spacious with well-equipped amenities, and the staff were all very kind and attentive. However, there are two downsides: the water pressure in the bathroom is weak, making it difficult to wash, and the laundry is located on a floor with a smoking room, where the hallway has a strong smell of tobacco, which is unpleasant.

    Everything was normal except for some trouble.

    Upon arrival at the accommodation, there was an issue with the payment method. Although the website stated that a certain card could be used, I was initially told it wasn't accepted. However, after further checking by the staff, it turned out to be usable. While I received an apology for the delay, what bothered me more was that before verifying or investigating themselves, they first questioned where I had seen such information. Later on, as an apology, I was given a breakfast voucher; however, they specified a date without asking about my schedule. The staff were polite in conversation but seemed slightly off in their approach throughout my stay. Additionally, there was trouble using the washing machine in the laundry area—it didn’t work even after inserting money. When I consulted with reception about this issue, they promptly refunded me in cash. However, given that there had already been issues on my first day of stay, it left me feeling dissatisfied overall. For laundry payments specifically, electronic payment methods would be more reliable than cash. The room itself was small but standard; breakfast options were limited but tasted fine overall. The machine serving rice balls (onigiri) felt unique and fresh; however, since they tended to fall apart easily when picked up by hand—using chopsticks is recommended. The parking lot felt overpriced and inconvenient due to its fixed operating hours; however—as a hotel guest—I could park even when other spaces were full because of separate arrangements for guests compared to regular users of nearby lots. Unlike typical coin-operated parking areas where fees fluctuate upon leaving and re-entering during your stay—the partnered hotel parking offered stable pricing regardless of trips outside during your reservation period! Considering nearby coin-parking rates increase significantly during daytime hours—if planning extended daytime stays parked—it’s better value-wise sticking exclusively w/Hotel-partnered facilities instead!

    Great location, excellent service, and unbeatable value.

    Stayed for one night without meals and was very satisfied. 【Service】 Although check-in was scheduled for 16:30 after arriving in Nagasaki in the afternoon, my plans opened up earlier, and I arrived at the hotel around 13:00. Despite the official check-in time being from 15:00, they immediately arranged a cleaned room for me, which was very helpful. 【Room】 The room was simple yet classic and clean. There were no inconveniences at all. Necessary amenities could be selected on the first floor. 【Bathroom】 As expected of a business hotel, it had a unit bath. The bathtub felt slightly narrow but had sufficient water pressure and easy-to-use temperature controls. 【Location】 Conveniently located near Nagasaki Station, tram stops, bus stops to various destinations, and express bus terminals—making it easy to go anywhere. 【Affordable】 Given all these advantages, the price was reasonable. Even on a Saturday stay compared to other hotels in similar price ranges. 【Conclusion】 Since I only stayed without meals this time, I didn’t focus much on dining options; however, whenever I need accommodation in Nagasaki City again for some time to come, I plan to use this place again!

    Satisfied with the price

    I stayed for two nights from Sunday to Tuesday, and it was very cheap. Basically, it gives the impression of an ordinary business hotel with ordinary rooms. Amenities are the type you take from the lobby. The system that allows for unmanned check-in and check-out might have mixed opinions. It didn't leave a bad impression, but it wasn't particularly good either. The breakfast buffet had just the right amount of variety. It was a pity that I couldn't eat on the second day because I had to leave a bit early.
