    A convenient, clean Hotel near the station.

    I stayed for one night while sightseeing in Nagasaki. The station was nearby, and there were many restaurants in the area, which was very convenient. The Room and the entire property were clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

    I arrived on the las...

    I arrived on the last flight from Haneda to Nagasaki. I was a bit worried about checking in late at night, but the check-in went smoothly. They also upgraded my Room due to availability, and although my stay was short because I had an early morning, I was able to spend it comfortably. The amenities included everything I needed. The Hotel is close to the station, with a convenience store nearby, so there were no inconveniences at all.

    Convenient

    Free lockers were available in the lobby for luggage storage, with various sizes, which was very convenient. I requested a Room with a good view, and they kindly accommodated my request—thank you. The Room was compact, easy to use, and comfortable. It’s close to the station, and I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

    The location is excellent.

    I’m not familiar with the area, so I was looking for a Business Hotel within a 5-minute walk of Nagasaki Station. It was close to both the prefectural bus terminal and Nagasaki Station—an unbeatable location. On top of that, it’s new and has luggage lockers, so there was nothing to complain about. The bathroom and toilet are combined in a compact unit and feel a bit small. There is a window, but it only faces the dirty building next door, so it’s better to assume there’s no view.

    Conveniently located near the station and comfortable.

    I stayed on the ladies-only floor for two nights. I had work at Dejima Messe, and the location was very convenient—just a short walk from the bus stop for buses from Nagasaki Airport to Nagasaki Station. The Room on the ladies-only floor was also great.

    The tofu served at breakfast was very delicious. It would be even better if yogurt were available.\nThe hotel is conveniently located in front of the station, and free lockers are available at check-out, which is very convenient.\nI would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    Lantern Festival

    I traveled to Nagasaki for work. Perhaps a conference overlapped with the Lantern Festival. The business single Room had a view of nothing but the wall of a building outside the window. The Accommodation fee exceeded 30,000 yen. I only saw staff at check-in. I don’t know if it’s rationalization or efficiency, but in the service industry, I prefer face-to-face interaction. The Room rate was far too high given what was provided. I stayed because I had no choice, but if I stay in Nagasaki again next time... I'm not so sure.

    It was a comfortable Room.

    I usually use the women-only floor, but since I made a same-day Reservation, I booked a standard single Room. Despite being a conveniently located Hotel near Nagasaki Station with very reasonable prices, I had no expectations for the Room. However, when I got my room key and headed to the Room right next to the elevator, I was pleasantly surprised. Although there was a large pillar in the Room, it was spacious, bright, and incredibly clean. Next time, I'd like to specify this Room number when making my Reservation. Also, thank you to the front desk staff for their courteous service despite having an automated check-in machine available!

    Comfortable

    The space is efficiently utilized and equipped with all the essentials, plus the bed is comfortable. Amenities were well-stocked. The chirashi sushi for breakfast was delightful! Shimabara ham was also delicious. Appreciated having a humidifier as well.

    Very convenient

    The Hotel was conveniently located near the station, and the entrance was right by the elevator from the pedestrian bridge, making it easy to move even with heavy luggage. The front desk staff were very kind, ensuring a pleasant stay.

    The breakfast was excellent.

    My family stayed for 4 nights on a Multiple Night Stay. The location was convenient, close to the station, and they mentioned that the breakfast was very much to their liking. I think it offers great value for money. Thanks to this, they were able to fully enjoy their trip to Nagasaki.

    Bathroom leak

    The location was excellent for convenience, but perhaps due to the aging of the Facility, when I drained the bathwater, there was a leak that flooded the entire floor of the unit bath. Fortunately, only a foot towel was placed on the floor so my clothes didn't get wet, but I was surprised to find that even up to the toilet area was soaked with water. It was already late at night at that time, so I thought I'd inform the staff during checkout in the morning. However, since checkout could be completed simply by machine, there was no way to convey this issue. Early repairs are recommended.

    Good for work.

    I had work at Dejima Messe and stayed here. It was convenient for buses and trams, and easily accessible to the airport bus. There were all the necessary mobile phone cables, and I had no particular complaints. I was impressed with the convenience of storing my suitcase after checkout. The breakfast was served on cute Hasami-yaki plates with small portions of side dishes, which was easy to eat, especially since I was feeling a bit under the weather from eating greasy food the day before. The cost performance was good, and I would like to use it again if I come for work.

    There was no water in the room, and it was indicated to drink tap water, which I was hesitant about. The meals were delicious, but with a multiple night stay, the menu was almost the same, and I got bored.
