    A Girls’ Night Out After a Long Time

    A long-awaited trip to Kyoto with two friends. We chose this place for its convenient location near the station.

    A Hotel with average quality.

    The Hotel itself relies solely on its location and has no other standout features, but the breakfast service manager's demeanor is exceptional! I felt like royalty in the morning. Thank you. You should consider transferring to the Imperial Hotel.

    A Business Hotel jus...

    A Business Hotel just a few minutes from JR Kyoto Station, with reasonable prices even during the New Year, so I decided to stay. However, while it may be fine for a simple business stay, it is not a Hotel where you can expect relaxation or comfort. The shower curtain had quite an odor, and the cleanliness was lacking. It might be okay if you're not particular about such things. Honestly, I was disappointed.

    Year-End in Kyoto

    This was my first time staying here. I left my luggage in the morning and informed the staff that I would be checking in late, and they kindly delivered my luggage to the Room, which was very helpful. They also answered my question about towel exchange clearly, which I appreciated. The Room was clean, the bed was spacious, and I could relax comfortably. The table and chairs were sturdy and easy to use. I would love to stay here again!

    The location is great.

    The location is excellent, making travel, shopping, and dining very convenient. However, it would be even better if the Room and bathroom were cleaned more thoroughly. I will likely use this place again next time.

    Compact

    Normally, the bed is placed where the hallway should be, with the head positioned right next to the entrance door—quite surprising! Being next to the elevator means you can hear conversations from people passing by in the hallway, which is noisy. There’s no closet; just hanger hooks on the wall beside the bed. (Was a twin Room forced to fit an extra bed?) When you hang a coat, it dangles down near your feet. Even though it’s an extra bed in a twin Room, both beds are identical. There’s no table in the Room either. The Room was hot, possibly due to central air conditioning in the building, so I had to use the air conditioner for cooling—even though it was December. Probably won’t stay here again.

    The water in the restroom is cold.

    Warm water might be sufficient during this season. It would also be nice to have a bit more variety in the meal options.

    Everything you need is provided.

    Conveniently located near the station and bus stop, making it ideal for tourists unfamiliar with the area. A simple Hotel, but equipped with everything you need. The hairdryer is Panasonic, and the shampoo products are DHC—no complaints at all. While the Room was small, the entire Hotel was very clean. To my surprise, despite not having high expectations initially, I was impressed by the well-prepared breakfast. One minor issue: it would be great if something could be done about the smell of the shower curtain (it did fade slightly when wet...), but overall, excellent value for money!

    Room Fragrance

    Thank you for providing an affordable option for an overnight stay. The staff at the front desk communicated fluently in Japanese, which made the experience pleasant. However, I was concerned about the smell when entering the Room. Perhaps more attention could be given to this aspect.

    5-minute walk from Kyoto Station

    Within walking distance from Kyoto Station. Very convenient for catching an early JR train or heading to the next day's Hotel via subway. Breakfast included easy-to-eat options like baguette sandwiches, which were great.

    We stayed in Kyoto for two nights as a couple. The Room was spacious and very nice.

    Hotel with Many Benefits

    Conveniently located near Kyoto Station and reasonably priced. Perfect as a base for sightseeing. Delicious breakfast and excellent staff service. A highly rated Hotel overall.

    Breakfast is good.

    I stayed for a short stay. The location is close to Kyoto Station, the Room was clean, and I had a comfortable time. Also, the breakfast was incredibly delicious, leaving a very positive impression and making me want to stay again.

    The high-rise Hotel offers a great view and excellent Facilities. Despite that, it is reasonably priced.

    I usually stay near Nagoya Station or Kanayama Station, but this time I chose this place because it is close to the conference venue. The map is somewhat confusing, and the route from the website leads you to the entrance of Aichi University across the street, so caution is needed. The underground parking has very wide spaces between cars, so even if you drive a wide foreign car or SUV, you can feel at ease. Free parking for guests. The reception is on the 31st floor, and above that is the Hotel. The Room is spacious, with sufficient air conditioning and quietness, and the bath is also large with quick water filling. I was surprised that the breakfast included Nagoya's specialty, hitsumabushi. However, I do not recommend the dinner. The buffet style offers little satisfaction. It would be better to look for dining options in the many restaurants around. There is also a convenience store nearby, and it is just one station to Nagoya Station, making it very convenient. The bed and pillows were also good. The night view from the Room and the morning view from the breakfast venue were excellent. I think I will repeat my stay, especially when coming to Nagoya by car.
