    Quiet

    Compared with a typical Business Hotel, I could stay comfortably in the Room without hearing noise or voices from the hallway. I was also glad that outside noise was hardly noticeable.

    Near the station

    Whenever I’m in Shucho, I always stay here. There are convenience stores and family restaurants nearby, so it’s very convenient.

    Amenities are available at the front desk for guests to pick up, but they are placed in an easy-to-miss spot, so I think they should be moved to a more visible location.

    Overall, the accommodation was satisfactory. Suggestions for improvement: - The bathroom is slightly small. - The refrigerator does not cool properly. - Please provide post-shave skincare lotion in the amenities. That's all.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near Ikebukuro Station and great for access to Belluna Dome. However, during a sudden downpour, my shoes got soaked, and when I asked the front desk for old newspapers to dry them, they said they didn’t have any, so I had to buy a newspaper at a convenience store. The bath towels had a strong musty smell as if they weren’t fully dried. The hairdryer’s airflow was very weak even on the highest setting; it might be time for an upgrade. Also, the room lighting is quite dim. The room size is sufficient, and the complimentary mineral water was appreciated.

    This was my first stay at this location, but my second time using the same chain. It was conveniently located near the station. The bed was large and allowed for a comfortable night's sleep.

    Conveniently located near Ikebukuro Station, I always stay here when visiting Tokyo. It's excellent!

    Better than nothing.

    I stayed here because it was the closest place to watch a movie starting at midnight. However, there was no lighting around the desk, making it dark, and there were no stand mirrors or charging cables provided, which was inconvenient. The elevators were also limited to only two despite the size of the building and were quite small, often getting full quickly with oversized suitcases from foreign guests. That said, its proximity to the station makes it a convenient option for just sleeping after returning late.

    Repeat Stay

    Conveniently located for events and live performances at Belluna Dome or Saitama Super Arena, I always choose this place. It’s a reasonable distance from the station, and there are plenty of shops around, so I never face any inconvenience. Although it’s in the city, it’s quiet at night and never feels noisy. One downside is that the Room lighting is dim. Even with all lights on and curtains open, it still feels a bit dark. The staff are all kind and helpful; I’ve never had an unpleasant experience here, so I’ll definitely stay again.

    Solo Trip to Tokyo

    The first night of my trip to Tokyo after 5 years and 6 months was spent at this hotel. I stayed in a Superior King room on the high floor, 12F. As a designer's hotel, there were stylish touches throughout. The spacious sofa added to the comfort. The front desk had a Halloween display, which was a fun touch. I was also pleased with the friendly service from the front desk staff. Compared to 5 years and 6 months ago, accommodation fees in Tokyo have become very high, but this hotel offers reasonable prices, which is appreciated. The breakfast included in the plan was a Select Morning at the Denny's restaurant on the 2F. This was also reasonably priced, which was nice. There is a convenience store on the 1F, which is convenient. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 4-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station. It's also close to Sunshine City, which was convenient. The hotel has a warm, homey feel, so please do consider staying here!
