    We’re happy to offer a hot stone sauna.

    It’s a simple, standard Business Hotel where you can stay comfortably. I didn’t notice any particular drawbacks. The highlights are the large public bath and the hot stone sauna (once per night). Also, there is a 7-Eleven right outside, which is very convenient. If I drive to Niigata again, I would like to stay here again.

    Great value for money.

    The building itself is old, but the Room has been renovated and is very clean. The cleaning was thorough, and the bathroom and toilet are separate, making it a good choice for those who dislike unit baths. Although it was a smoking Room with no non-smoking option, the guest Room did not smell of smoke as much as expected. However, the hallway had a strong smell of tobacco, which might be difficult for those sensitive to it. There is a large public bath, sauna, and stone sauna available, which would be especially appreciated during colder seasons. The parking lot is spacious enough, and there’s a convenience store and gas station nearby for added convenience. If I visit Niigata again, I would love to stay here. Thank you!

    This was my first time staying here. The Hotel was very clean and had a fresh atmosphere. I chose this place because it allowed late-night bathing, the price was reasonable, and it accommodated three people. However, except for the staff at the bathhouse front desk, there were no smiles from the staff throughout my stay. It was very disappointing. Everything else was good, but I felt that better customer service would have made the experience even better.

    Satisfied as a Business Hotel

    I have stayed here several times. The large public bath and the stone sauna, which I have only used a few times, are excellent. Perhaps because it is away from the busy downtown area, the Facility is very quiet even on weekends, making it highly recommended for those who want to relax and unwind.

    Recommended for those traveling by car (conveniently located near the highway interchange).

    The hotel operated efficiently with a small staff, and the cleanliness was excellent. The employees were all energetic and welcoming. The breakfast staff worked briskly, ensuring timely replenishment of buffet items and clearing empty dishes appropriately. The variety of food offered was impressive for a Business Hotel. It seemed that costs were managed by limiting coffee and dessert options while enhancing the selection of main dishes. Not needing to bring room towels to the large public bath was a great convenience. However, it would be reassuring to have an additional lock or chain on the door for extra security in today's world. Overall, it was a very comfortable 2-night stay!

    The parking lot and Onsen are good.

    While many hotels near Niigata Station charge for parking, this hotel offers free parking, and all spaces are flat, which is excellent. With mechanical parking, wider cars may not fit, and above all, it is inconvenient to park and retrieve. The deciding factors were the free flat parking and the Onsen. Additionally, there is a free stone sauna, making the Facility well-equipped. Thank you for taking care of us on the day.

    We used it for our couple's trip to Niigata. The room was spacious enough, and it was very convenient and nice with a large public bath, stone sauna, massage chair, and a convenience store on the premises. The hotel's breakfast was well-balanced and deliciously seasoned, which was very satisfying. There was also a microwave, so we could heat up the food we bought, which was very convenient, so we thought we would use it again next time.

    Good hotel!

    Overall, it's a nice hotel! The bath is pleasant, and I enjoy relaxing in the sauna. I like it! The parking lot is spacious and free, so I always choose your hotel without hesitation when in Niigata! The breakfast is delicious, but it was disappointing that the female staff this time didn't respond when I greeted her with a "good morning."
