    All the staff were v...

    All the staff were very kind and friendly. Thank you. However, it was disappointing that we couldn’t adjust the air conditioning well—the big air conditioner mentioned in other Reviews. It was difficult to set it the way we wanted. I think a smaller home-style air conditioner would be sufficient. That was the only downside.

    Convenient location for attending performances at Hakataza Theatre

    It was close to the station, and it was convenient to leave my luggage before going to the theater. I did make a few personal mistakes, like running the coin laundry empty because I didn’t know how to use it, and forgetting a drink in the fridge. Still, my stay at the Hotel was comfortable. There is currently protective netting covering the building, but there was still a normal view and it didn’t bother me personally. I would like to stay here again.

    A conveniently located Business Hotel, ideal for getting anywhere easily.

    Conveniently located near the downtown area with easy access to anywhere, yet slightly removed for a quiet stay. A convenience store is also nearby, so you won’t have any trouble during your stay.

    The Facility and bedding are clean, and the staff are very helpful. They kindly accommodated our additional requests, which allowed us to enjoy a very satisfying stay.

    Hakataza Theater Show & Sightseeing

    I originally booked 3 nights/4 days and added one more night, so I stayed for 4 nights—thank you for taking care of me. It was my first time in Hakata, but the Hotel was in an easy-to-find location just a few minutes on foot from Nakasu-Kawabata Station (two stops from Hakata Station), so I arrived without getting lost. Since it was convenient to get to Hakata Station, I took a day trip sightseeing in Yufuin. I made my Reservation to see a performance at Hakataza, and I felt reassured because it was also just a few minutes away. I also enjoyed a lunch buffet at a major Hotel nearby. The Room is on the small side, but the wallpaper and lighting were cute, and since the bed was wide (W), I could relax comfortably. The coin laundry and the hair dryer in the Room were easy to use. I did think it would be nice to have a microwave, though. The staff were pleasant as well. If I have another opportunity, I’d love to stay again!

    A conveniently located, clean Hotel

    This Business Hotel is conveniently located near a subway station. While not spacious, it is clean and comfortable, making it easy for a woman traveling alone to stay here.\nThe breakfast rice and miso soup are delicious.

    Great location.

    This Hotel is well located and small but cozy. The service of bringing a light breakfast to your Room was also nice. The downsides were that there was no space to open a suitcase, and the luggage delivery service to the airport was not available.

    I was disappointed b...

    I was disappointed by a few minor inconveniences with the layout and flow. For example, the kettle and air purifier were placed far from the outlets so I had to move them myself; the bathroom/toilet light switch was on the side you face when opening the door; and there was a refrigerator switch not only inside but also on the outside. None of these were major issues on their own, but they added up. That said, all of the staff were cheerful and polite, so I had a pleasant stay.

    The single Room is clean but small.

    The Room is kept clean, but it is very small. Also, there was only one power outlet at the table and one near the foot of the bed by the headboard, which was inconvenient. What concerned me was how they explained the payment method for the Accommodation Tax. When I asked to pay by card, I was told, “Because it’s a tax, cash only.” Most Hotels accept cards or e-money for this. I would understand if they simply said they accept cash only, but blaming it on “because it’s a tax” didn’t feel right. I don’t like paying in cash because it’s inconvenient, but I paid without arguing. This exchange at check-in immediately left me with a much worse impression of the Hotel.

    Great value for money and recommended for women.

    The interior has a cute retro style throughout and feels very clean, making it perfect for women traveling solo. I stayed here to see a show at Hakataza, and it was extremely close to the theater, with a subway station nearby as well—very convenient. For breakfast, you can choose small side dishes and dessert; everything was healthy and delicious. A great-value Hotel.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It was very convenient, close to the station and Hakataza. The staff kindly recommended nearby restaurants, and the local maps were helpful. For a Multiple Night Stay, it is fine not to have the Room cleaned, but I would have appreciated it if the bathtub had been washed.

    The front desk staff were very kind.

    I asked the front desk to arrange a taxi, and they were very kind and helpful. The way the Hotel staff respond can really change your impression of a Hotel. I had a comfortable stay for two days. Thank you as well for upgrading me to a spacious Room with a great view.

    A comfortable space

    Despite the low price, the Room was spacious enough that it didn’t feel cramped. I was especially pleased that the amenity razor was a sturdy, high-quality one with about five blades. Many Business Hotels cut costs by providing two-blade razors, which either don’t shave well or cause bleeding if you overdo it, but there was no need to worry about that at this Hotel. A very helpful amenity for business travelers.

    I’ll be back.

    I stayed here to see a show at Hakataza. I’ve stayed before, and as always, everyone I met—starting with the front desk staff—was very pleasant. They also brought the luggage I left before check-in up to my Room, which was a big help. The Room is small, but it’s easy to use and relaxing. The wallpaper pattern was cute as well. I was also happy that the hair dryer was a KINUJO. The only slight inconvenience was having to go downstairs to fill up water (especially after taking a bath). From the second day, I just bought water at a convenience store instead. When I visit Hakata again, I’d definitely like to stay here again.

    It was great.

    The Room was clean. The staff were polite and helpful. I was happy to have rice with raw egg for breakfast. There were also simmered sweet potato with lemon, simmered hijiki seaweed, and mentaiko—many of my favorite foods—so I was very satisfied. I was also glad that coffee was available free-flow after arrival.

    Overall, it feels outdated.

    The overall facilities were quite old, which was a bit surprising. The only new item was the hairdryer (Kinujo). The TV occasionally had sound distortion. There are a few steps at the hotel entrance without a ramp, so you have to lift your suitcase. I don't think it lived up to its review rating. I probably won't visit again.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Conveniently located with direct access from Hakata Airport and close to the station and a convenience store. The Room is compact but features charming wallpaper and lighting by the bed, offering a clean and cozy atmosphere unlike the typical plain impression of a Business Hotel. The high-performance hairdryer allowed for stylish grooming even while traveling, which was uplifting. I would definitely like to stay here again!

    Business hotel for women

    Unable to book my usual accommodation due to it being fully booked, I chose from highly-rated available hotels. Conveniently located within walking distance of the station, with nearby bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. The entrance is compact but clean and welcoming. Amenities can be picked up as needed on the first floor. The room was clean but quite small. The bathroom is also a compact unit type, which might not be comfortable for larger individuals. For breakfast, I had the French toast course; while it tasted good, the variety and portion size were disappointing. Overall, it felt like a business hotel catering more towards women.

    Mini Danish pastries are excellent.

    Made a reservation without checking the Plan details much. The service included delivering mini Danish pastries and coffee to the Room for breakfast. Having it delivered to the Room was very convenient and delightful. I wanted to make another Reservation immediately for my next stay, but unfortunately, it was fully booked on the desired date. I definitely want to use this service again!

    Breakfast in the Room

    Located just a short walk from Nakasu-Kawabata Station, it was easy to find. Breakfast, consisting of warm bread and coffee, was delivered directly to the Room. Being able to enjoy it right after waking up complemented the late 11:00 AM checkout time perfectly.

    Warm hospitality

    A cozy Hotel with friendly front desk staff who greeted us with a warm smile. The Room was impeccably clean, and the bathroom was sparkling, showcasing professional work. On the day of our stay, there seemed to be a live performance by a certain musician, and there were some small decorations that reflected thoughtful hospitality.

    Necessary and sufficient

    The rooms are slightly dated but have a clean and elegant feel, and the staff's hospitality is excellent. It’s a short walk from Nakasu-Kawabata Subway Station, but still within a reasonable distance. I would stay here again.

    I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

    For the last accommodation of our Kyushu trip, we chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and near the station. Upon arrival, we found that the room had a lovely atmosphere. They also offered a service to bring breakfast to the room early in the morning, which was wonderful. It’s a very nice hotel. Although it is conveniently located, the surroundings were quiet and comfortable to stay in. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Fukuoka next time. I accidentally left behind a small accessory in the room, but they found it during cleaning and kindly contacted me by phone. Thank you very much!

    Room service is excellent.

    I stayed at the accommodation for a concert and used the late-night room service. The meal was satisfying with generous portions and even included dessert. Everyone who assisted me was polite, making my stay very pleasant. I liked it so much that I think I will stay here again.

    Everything was great except for the refrigerator and room wear.

    The refrigerator did not cool even when turned on, and the room wear had a damp smell and was unwearable. Everything else was good.

    Convenient and quiet

    This was my first time staying here for work. The female-friendly atmosphere made it very comfortable, and I slept soundly at night. It was extremely convenient and within walking distance to everywhere. I’ve decided to return and will visit again!

    Second Trip to Fukuoka

    The location was excellent as we focused our trip around Nakasu, and the Room was clean and convenient for sightseeing. I would love to stay here again on my next visit.
