    Great value for money, with a satisfying breakfast selection.

    I stayed here as a precaution due to severe weather. I have stayed here before, and the Room was comfortable again this time. However, I did feel that the bathroom (bathtub) was quite small. It also feels a bit cramped when taking a shower, but at this price range it can’t be helped. For breakfast, I’m especially happy that you can have steak. I always end up eating too much—salad, curry, and steak. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Friendly staff smiles

    They greeted me warmly at both check-in and check-out, helped me arrange a courier shipment, and stored my luggage—all with a smile. It was a pleasure. The location is also excellent, with great access and close to Tokyo Station.

    Thank you very much.

    The location was great and made it very easy to get around. The staff were all quite young, but they were very kind and helpful. However, the walls seem a bit thin—I could clearly hear voices in the hallway and even sneezes from next door.

    Great location.

    This was my second stay because I had business at the Tokyo International Forum. The location is truly excellent. I mainly used the Room just to spend the night, but it was comfortable with no stressful moments. The meals were almost the same as when I stayed a year ago, but the quality of the steak seemed to have declined—though it may have just been an unlucky day. Considering the location and price, I’d like to stay here every time I have plans around Tokyo Station.

    I think this Hotel is a great choice for both business and sightseeing.

    It’s a Hotel very close to Tokyo Station, with plenty of shops nearby, making it great for both sightseeing and business. Hotels in Tokyo have become very expensive recently, so I really appreciate being able to stay at this price in such a convenient location. The Facility is honestly not particularly new, but I’m grateful for the front desk staff and the staff who help with machine check-in/check-out—they are very polite with their greetings and explanations. I also found the luggage storage area on the front desk floor very convenient. Overall, I would recommend this Hotel.

    It was very convenient!

    Considering our luggage for the day after our stay, we chose this Hotel near Tokyo Station. It was within walking distance of the concert venue at Tokyo International Forum, and the Hotel was easy to find. The Room was comfortable and conveniently had a small table and chairs. There is also an Ishikawa Prefecture antenna shop nearby, and we would definitely like to stay here again next time!

    Great value for money

    Given this convenient location, I felt it was good value for money. When I couldn’t figure out the bathroom light switch, I called the front desk to ask, and their cheerful response put me at ease. As for the switch, it wasn’t actually hard to understand—it just needed the clear cover opened and then pressed, but I mistakenly assumed the cover meant it wasn’t meant to be touched. Sorry about that. The staff always greeted me with bright smiles and voices, which made my stay very pleasant.

    Near the station, Yaesu

    If you have plans around Tokyo Station, it’s very convenient. The Hotel itself is a Business Hotel with only the basic essentials. After checkout, luggage storage is done by securing your bags in an open area with a lockable wire, so you may feel a bit uneasy leaving paper bags, open-top bags, or belongings there, even though security cameras are installed. It’s not a bad Hotel, so you can stay comfortably enough.

    Ideal for business travelers.

    The Room was very clean, and the size was more than enough for one person. The front desk staff were also kind. The shampoo and body soap were POLA, which was great, and I believe the hair dryer was Panasonic—nice to have a well-known brand. There wasn’t much of a view from the Room, so I kept the curtains closed. That’s something you can’t really expect at most modern Business Hotels.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It’s extremely close to Tokyo Station, and the location is excellent. The Room was also clean and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were cheerful, very kind, and courteous—they were truly wonderful.

    Convenient and great.

    They accommodated a late check-in, so I was able to attend my dinner without worrying about the time. They also held my luggage after check-out the next day, which made it easy to run errands hands-free. The Room was bright, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s also close to Tokyo Station, so I’d like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    More comfortable than I expected!

    I usually stay at places that cost about three times as much as this Hotel, but this time I was checking in late and only needed to go to an early morning hospital appointment, so I chose here. It was about a 3-minute walk to the medical Facility, which seemed convenient, but I was a little worried. After staying, it was very good. The Room was compact but had everything I needed, and it felt clean and comfortable. The only issue was a slight odor coming up from the toilet plumbing. I first set the bathroom ventilation to high, but later realized that the low setting doesn’t draw up the plumbing smell as much; setting the air purifier provided in the Room to a stronger airflow and keeping the bathroom ventilation on low helped settle it down. Since this is an urban building, I think that kind of plumbing odor can’t really be helped. It was extremely comfortable overall, and there was no noise at all from the neighboring Room. Please let me stay again. Thank you very much.

    Adjacent Room

    This was my first stay. In Tokyo I often use Hotels around Ginza due to my schedule, and the Room and Facility here were very similar—compact yet extremely clean and spotless, with beautifully maintained bathrooms as well, which felt more comfortable than other Hotels. However, at 3 a.m. I woke up to loud snoring from the next Room (?), and after that I couldn’t fall back asleep. Maybe the bed was right against the wall on their side, or maybe their snoring was just very loud… It was tough since I had plans to see a show the next day. I understand you can’t choose who stays in the neighboring Room, but it would be helpful if you could take measures to reduce noise transmission in the future.

    I’d love to make this my regular Accommodation.

    It’s very convenient, as you can get to Tokyo Station smoothly without dealing with rush-hour crowds—for example, when catching an early-morning Shinkansen departure. The Room is quiet and clean, and the bathtub helps ensure a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is also excellent value for money, with a wide variety of options, including freshly grilled diced steak.

    I always stay at City Hotels. The beds are excellent—safe, comfortable, compact, and close to the station. Don’t expect anything beyond that. It’s a solid Hotel as you’d expect.

    Yaesu Side of Tokyo Station

    The location was convenient, close to the station. I used a smoking room, and the bathtub was oval-shaped, which made it feel like the shower curtain didn’t cling to my body as much as in other Hotels.

    Tokyo Business Hotel

    Thank you for having me for two nights. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the Yaesu Exit, right behind Yaesu Midland, so the location was excellent! Check-in and check-out were smooth using the machines. The Room is small, but clean, and since I was staying alone, I was able to rest well. However, the unit bath is quite small, so it may be difficult for men to use. Considering the location, I felt it offered great value compared with other Business Hotels.

    Close to Tokyo Station, Kyobashi Subway Station, and Midtown Yaesu, offering an excellent location. Perfect for golf enthusiasts with the TaylorMade Premium Fitting nearby. The Room is simple. Personally, I appreciated the rental lockers at the front desk. They were convenient for storing souvenirs or other items before check-in or after check-out if available. Will use again!

    Always comfortable.

    This is my several-time stay. Not only is it convenient being near Tokyo Station, but I always have a pleasant stay. This time, I needed to send luggage before check-out, and the staff's kind and prompt assistance was truly helpful. Thank you very much!

    The website mentioned amenities such as a tea set (free), cotton swabs, cotton pads, and a brush, but I couldn't find them despite searching. I try to travel with minimal luggage, so it was disappointing not to find the amenities that were supposed to be available.

    Extremely Convenient

    Close to Tokyo Station, very convenient. The Room is compact but sufficient. It was clean and allowed for a relaxing stay. Thank you to the staff for their assistance at the check-in machine. I would love to stay here again.

    Enjoy a comfortable stay.

    I stayed on the 6th floor (the floor with vending machines), and although I thought it might be a bit noisy, it was not an issue at all. The location is very close to Tokyo Station, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

    Directly behind Midtown Yaesu

    I stayed at the accommodation to attend a live event at Tokyo International Forum. It is in a very convenient location, and on the way back from the forum, I enjoyed delicious eel at Midtown Yaesu. A very user-friendly hotel.

    Thank you for your hospitality. Although it requires a short walk through the Yaesu Underground Mall, the directions from the exit are very straightforward. Once you get used to it, you can enjoy exploring various shops in the underground mall, and there's no need to worry about the rain, making it very convenient. Even before check-in, the dial-lock luggage storage near the front desk was extremely helpful. The Facility was functional and easy to use. The staff provided pleasant and attentive service. At breakfast, the chef, who was a foreigner, grilled the meat and kindly engaged in conversation, giving me a slight sense of being at an overseas Hotel, which was delightful. I would love to stay here again. The 4-star rating is because I thought having free movie channels would make the evenings more enjoyable, not due to any dissatisfaction with the service or Facility.
