    Stayed in a single room. From right after check-in, the shower curtain had a strong damp odor, and 2–3 hairs from the previous guest were left in the bathtub. If I left the bathroom door open, the smell reached the bedroom. I used a large amount of deodorizing spray and it improved slightly, but it did not go away completely, so I could not relax much during my shower. I chose this Hotel for work reasons and paid a stay that was by no means cheap, so this was disappointing. At minimum, please ensure that clean Rooms are prepared.

    Clean and comfortable

    This was my first stay. As it’s a business hotel, it’s understandably simple, but the Room was clean and the breakfast buffet had just the right selection. I had a comfortable stay.

    This was my first time using it.

    The Room was extremely clean, and even the electric kettle had no limescale—it looked brand new. The water in the bathroom sink tasted good, so I boiled it and drank it. The lighting can be adjusted in fine increments, so I was able to sleep at just the right level of darkness. The towels are very absorbent, so I could dry off thoroughly. I was also happy with the 1200W hair dryer! The walls are thin, so if you’re sensitive to noise you may want earplugs (it didn’t bother me). If you have allergic rhinitis or hay fever, be careful with the air conditioner (I lightly cleaned the filter with a tissue, but my runny nose wouldn’t stop and I used up all the Hotel tissues). Even so, I think this was the best Business Hotel I’ve stayed at so far.

    I was able to study well.

    I stayed here to take a certification exam. The Room was bright and had a study desk, so I was able to prepare thoroughly. While many places have dim lighting, this Room had a desk light, and the bedside light could be adjusted freely. I felt it was efficiently designed. They also upgraded me to a Room with a view of Tokyo Tower, which made for a special memory. It seemed like many of the guests were international visitors, but everyone was pleasant, and I hoped they enjoyed Japan. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Decent

    The bathroom has a bathtub but is small. It makes noise when you move. Suitable if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

    I made a reservation...

    I made a reservation on the day of my stay. The service was exceptionally polite, exceeding the accommodation fee, leaving a very positive impression. It was a hotel I would like to use again. The breakfast was delicious, but personally, it would have been perfect if natto had been available.

    Insect?

    I have used this place multiple times. This time, as soon as I entered the Room, there was a smell of disinfectant, like insecticide. The next day, I found ants. I'm glad it was just ants because I was worried it might be something more harmful that could sting. It might have been present though. The tissues had a strange smell, possibly from the disinfectant or something else, which made me uncomfortable and unable to use them. During my stay, the temperature happened to be just under 30 degrees Celsius, but since the air conditioning turns off when you remove the room key, I imagine that daytime hygiene conditions might be quite poor. This could be an effect of no longer having daily cleaning services. I may not visit during summer again.

    Perfectly Balanced Accommodation

    There is a Lawson on the first floor, and the compact yet user-friendly rooms make it a place I frequently use. The only downside for me is that BS channels are not available, but otherwise, it’s a very convenient Hotel. Thank you as always!

    For work in Tokyo

    This was my first time staying here. Both the Hotel and the staff were excellent. The location is great, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

    Good.

    Recently, I've been staying at various Keio Presso Inn locations, and when I stayed in Hamamatsucho, I had such a comfortable sleep—it felt like the best rest I've had in a long time.

    The staff always provide excellent service, making every stay pleasant. It's also great that Tokyo Tower is nearby.

    Conveniently located.

    The location is excellent, not too far from Hamamatsucho Station and close to Onarimon Station. There is also a Natural Lawson convenience store on the first floor. The Room is compact and functional, but larger individuals may find the toilet area a bit cramped. It was disappointing that the TV only offered terrestrial channels and no BS channels were available.

    Odor

    The Room is very clean, and the front desk staff are very kind and pleasant. Conveniently connected to a convenience store. However, the bathroom had an unusually strong odor, possibly like sewage? Also, being in a Room near the elevator was noisy. It seems the smell was only in my Room, but it was tough to endure. Other than that, it's close to the station and overall very good.

    Very comfortable and convenient.

    Given the location in Hamamatsucho, there are many business travelers, and there are also plenty of convenience stores nearby. There is even a Natural Lawson attached to the Hotel. Due to jet lag, I did not have breakfast, but after staying for 2 nights and 3 days, it was extremely comfortable and convenient. It was clean, the staff made a great impression, and I would like to stay here again if I need to be in Tokyo.

    A Long-Awaited Visit to Tokyo

    I stayed with my daughter. There is a convenience store on the first floor. It's close to the station, and Tokyo Tower is right in front of us... One of the pleasures was taking a walk, so we chose this Hotel.

    The front desk servi...

    The front desk service was polite, and I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the Room was clean and comfortable.

    The location is excellent.

    Check-in and check-out are easy with the touch panel. Both access and location are good. The Room is also clean. I have used it several times and it is my favorite Hotel. I would like to use it again when I go to Tokyo.

    It was clean and comfortable as I used it alone. I was pleasantly surprised to find the trash taken out, as I thought there would be no exchange during my Multiple Night Stay. I had a slight issue with the shower. It was a comfortable trip with Tokyo Tower nearby and restaurants within walking distance. I would like to use it again.

    I am satisfied.

    I used it for sightseeing in Tokyo. The good access allows you to visit Meiji Jingu, Meiji Jingu Gaien, Tokyo Tower, Zojoji Temple, and Shiba Daijingu in one day. The Room was compact and the Facility was sufficient. They kindly stored my luggage before check-in, and I would like to use this Hotel again if I have the chance.

    First stay

    I was looking forward to staying at a hotel close to Tokyo Tower. It's also close to the station and there's a convenience store next door, so it's very convenient. The next morning, I went to a nearby bakery cafe. After that, I took a walk from Tokyo Tower to Azabudai Hills. It's still quite hot, but it's nice to be able to walk in a green environment. The clean guest room was more than enough for just staying overnight.
