    The location is unbeatable!!

    The location was excellent, and we had no trouble getting around or doing anything we wanted!! We traveled to visit the zoo, but the night view from the Abeno Harukas observatory was even more beautiful than we imagined—it really moved us. The staff were very kind, and at breakfast we were shown to a wonderful seat, which made us very happy. We stayed in a compact twin Room, but it was spacious enough. If I had one wish, I’d love separate top-and-bottom nightwear. I’d also be happy with a ReFa or Dyson hair dryer—or any dryer with strong airflow. Overall, it felt like we found a Hotel we’d love to stay at again!!

    Excellent front desk service.

    Whenever I shared requests or questions with the front desk (such as how to get additional coffee or amenity requests), they responded promptly. I asked the front desk several times during this stay, and each time they kindly assisted me with a smile, for which I am very grateful. The location is close to the station, and the Room was very clean and hygienic—I would like to stay again next time.

    Close to the station\nClean\nExcellent security

    The location was very convenient, close to every station, which was a great help. The Accommodation was clean, and the Room amenities were well stocked. The toiletries were also easy to use. Check-in and check-out can be done either at the front desk or via a machine, so everything is smooth. The elevator requires a guest card to access the upper floors, which provides good security. I had a very pleasant stay—thank you very much.

    I was able to relax and was satisfied.

    This was my second stay. Last time, even though the hotel is directly connected to the station and very close, I couldn’t find the entrance and got lost. This time I knew to get off the subway and use Exit 3, so I arrived without any trouble. I would appreciate it if this could be included in the access directions. This time I was shown to a spacious Room, and it was thoroughly cleaned, so I was satisfied with no stress. Although it is said that the Facility is old, it was quiet with no noise carrying from the neighboring Room, and I was able to stay comfortably. The breakfast venue on the 17th floor also had a great view, and I could enjoy my meal at a relaxed pace. Even during a holiday period, I was able to stay at a reasonable price, and I would like to use your hotel again. Thank you very much.

    I stayed for two day...

    I stayed for two days this time. Thank you always for your thoughtful consideration regarding the Room. When I returned to my Hotel Room after work, I felt relieved and at ease thanks to the beautifully cleaned space and the perfectly set air-conditioning temperature. Each morning, the front desk staff greeted me with “Good morning. Please take care and have a nice day,” which made me smile and feel happy. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Ideal for staying after an event

    We stayed here with three adults after an event in Osaka. Our Room was a quadruple Room (with breakfast). There were four beds, and the space was very roomy, so we could relax comfortably. Since it’s a long-established Hotel right in front of the station, we chose it as an affordable option thinking it would be fine as long as we could sleep. However, the quadruple Room was great: the toilet was separate, the bathtub was spacious, and although there wasn’t a separate washing area, the sink area had plenty of space, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast restaurant was on the top floor and we had a window-side table with a great view. The buffet also included some Osaka-style dishes, and we were very satisfied. There wasn’t a large public bath, so I rated only the bath as “4.” I usually use IKYU for travel and choosing Hotels and rarely write a Review, but I was so satisfied that I decided to post one.

    Excellent access.

    My sister and I have been staying at this Accommodation for several years, about twice a year. The location is simply unbeatable. The Hotel itself feels a bit dated.

    An old but grand city Hotel

    I remembered that the Hotel changed its name quite a while ago, and this was my first stay. Although it is an older Facility, the Room was very spacious and quiet, and it came with a coffee maker (UCC Drip Pod), which made my stay comfortable. The access from the station is also convenient, and being able to get there without getting wet from the station is a big plus. Thank you very much.

    It was very close to...

    It was very close to Tennoji Station and Abenobashi Station, with access that felt almost directly connected. Since three of us stayed, the Room was compact, but the Facility was well equipped and the Room was very clean. The Room was on the top floor, and because there were no taller buildings in the direction of the windows, we had a great view. The dining area was on the highest floor, offering an even better view than from the guest room floors. We also enjoyed a breakfast that felt uniquely Osaka, known for its great food, and were very satisfied. If I have a chance to stay in Tennoji again, I would like to use this place again.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    The Room was spaciously designed, with large windows that made it feel open and airy. With plenty of indirect lighting, and the bath and toilet located away from the bed, I didn’t have to worry about using the sink at night and waking my companion. The front desk staff were also pleasant.

    My go-to accommodation in Osaka. One of my favorite hotels.

    This is one of my go-to Hotels whenever I stay in Osaka. I’ve stayed at many Hotels across the city, and this is easily one of my top two favorites. Above all, the balance between price and quality is excellent. The Accommodation Fee is relatively reasonable, yet the building and guest rooms feel clean and comfortable. The Standard Twin (24 m²) I used this time was more than spacious enough for a solo stay, allowing me to relax throughout my visit. The location is another major advantage. It’s directly connected to Tennoji Station, making it easy to use JR, the subway, and Kintetsu lines—not only for getting around Osaka but also for convenient access toward Nara. There are also plenty of department stores and restaurants nearby, which is extremely helpful on business trips. Because the Hotel itself is large, the Facilities and service quality are consistently reliable. No matter how many times I stay here, I’ve never had any major complaints—it’s a Hotel that feels safe to choose when you’re unsure where to make a Reservation. It’s not an Accommodation for those seeking luxury or a special getaway atmosphere, but in terms of cleanliness, convenience, comfort, and overall value for money, it truly stands out. I can confidently recommend it to anyone staying in Osaka for business travel—and I plan to keep using it on future trips as well.

    A Hotel you’ll want to stay at again and again!

    The Room was clean and comfortable. I stayed here because I had an exam in Uehommachi 6-chome the next morning, and there was a bus to Uehommachi 6-chome running from very close to the Hotel. For dinner, I ate at Abeno Harukas next to the Hotel. There was also a convenience store nearby, and the location was just steps from the JR Tennoji ticket gates—extremely convenient. The breakfast venue is on the top floor of the Hotel, and they even had Osaka specialties like tako-senbei and butaman. I was completely satisfied with everything at this Hotel. It was so comfortable that I’d like to stay here even on an ordinary day just for a getaway.

    Thank you for your support. Although I had originally informed you that I would check in at 8:00 PM, I ended up checking in around 10:30 PM, and when I apologized for the delay, the front desk staff kindly said, “Not a problem at all. Welcome, and thank you for staying with us.” Their warm response made me feel relieved and happy despite being tired. In addition, thank you as always for your thoughtful consideration regarding my Room. I was able to relax until checking out around 7:30 AM the next day. I would love to stay with you again.     You may not need a blanket, but…

    The front desk’s wonderful smile and the clean Room made a great impression. Perhaps because the Facility is old, it felt chilly at night with the air-conditioning/heating system. It is centrally controlled throughout the building, so we could not adjust it in each Room. Please consider making some improvements.

    Thank you for upgrading our Room. We were satisfied with the size. The bed was wide, but unfortunately it was too short for me (I am 185 cm tall), and when I lay down my feet hung off the bed. When my feet stick out, it becomes uncomfortable to sleep. Since the bed was wide, I slept diagonally. The bathroom doorknob is difficult to use.

    The front desk staff were kind.

    At check-in, my grandchildren who live nearby said they wanted to stay with us, so I asked just in case. The staff responded very kindly and allowed Child Sharing Existing Bedding. They were especially gentle and caring with my 8- and 3-year-old grandchildren.\nThis was the most moving service experience of our trip. Thank you very much.

    An Annual Tradition

    I decided to stay here after seeing a Review of the top-floor restaurant saying there’s no all-you-can-eat crab buffet as satisfying as this one. To match the all-you-can-eat crab buffet held from winter through March, I came to Osaka again this year for an overnight stay. Great location, wonderful staff, and a clean Room—and of course the all-you-can-eat crab and every other dish were delicious. A Hotel I truly love.

    Your First Stay at the Miyako Hotel

    While looking for Accommodation in Tennoji for a class reunion, I heard from an acquaintance that this Hotel was convenient because it is close to both the station and shopping facilities, so I made a Reservation. It really was close, which was great. The Facility is old, but it was kept clean and well maintained, so I was satisfied. Coffee and tea were also provided, which helped me relax. I only used the breakfast service, but the staff member who assisted me was very courteous. Thank you very much.

    It’s conveniently located near Tennoji Station, so I use it often. Breakfast at the Hotel is expensive, so I always buy something at the convenience store next door.

    It was clean and comfortable.

    Although the Hotel is directly connected to the station, I wasn’t sure which exit to use and got a bit lost before arriving. The Hotel exterior looked a little dated, but the Room and unit bath were spacious and comfortable. There are many restaurants around the Hotel, so finding somewhere to eat was easy.

    On my first business...

    On my first business trip to Osaka this year, I stayed for two nights. Thank you as always for your thoughtful consideration regarding the Room. Thanks to you, I was able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. However, there was one issue: the shoehorn that should have been provided in the Room was missing. I considered asking the front desk, but I hesitated because I didn’t want to trouble you. I would appreciate it if you could check the in-Room amenities again.

    I had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and great shopping nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was kept spotless. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Osaka.

    Thank you for upgrading us to a slightly larger Room. However, the refrigerator door was broken, and the smell of the bathroom curtain was concerning.

    A warm and welcoming smile at the front desk.

    This was my first time staying here. When I visited to leave my luggage before check-in, the gentleman at the front desk greeted me with a truly wonderful smile and provided excellent service, which left a great impression. The Room was clean and comfortable, allowing for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was served in a restaurant on one of the upper floors. While the variety of dishes was less than expected (understandable due to rising costs), there were creative touches with Osaka-inspired menu items. At checkout, I hoped to see the same smiling staff member from yesterday but encountered an unmanned self-checkout machine instead. While the convenience of self-checkout is appreciated, this stay reminded me that interaction with Hotel staff is one of the charms of staying at a Hotel.

    The bathroom floor was slippery and felt unsafe.

    The unit bath had a bathtub but no separate washing area. We traveled with our almost 2-year-old child. While the parent was changing, we let the child stand in the empty tub, but they slipped like on a waterslide, which was quite scary. Even holding onto the bar attached to the wall didn’t prevent slipping and falling. Eventually, one of us sat cross-legged in the tub and held them on our lap, but we were nervous about further slipping due to soap or shampoo. It would have been helpful if anti-slip mats were available for borrowing beforehand. While I understand that cleanliness is maintained well, it would be great to consider measures against slipping for not only children but also pregnant women, elderly guests, or those with limited mobility. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was very satisfying with a buffet on a high floor offering great views. Despite visiting during New Year’s holidays, it wasn’t crowded and we could enjoy our meal leisurely. The location is excellent; being able to walk to Osaka City Museum of Fine Arts and Tennoji Zoo was very convenient. The hotel also stored our luggage until afternoon after check-out so we could explore freely without carrying heavy bags. We couldn’t figure out how to access via "direct connection from the station" as mentioned and ended up crossing streets from ground level instead. However, after checking out later on, we discovered there’s actually a covered walkway accessible from the second floor of the station building that avoids rain by entering slightly off from the main road. Including this information in your access details would be greatly appreciated!

    The elevator may be crowded.

    One elevator was out of service, causing significant wait times. The crowding was also quite noticeable. Additionally, check-in at the front desk took a considerable amount of time due to the number of international guests. However, the staff at the front desk were very accommodating. The Room showed signs of age and felt slightly dim.

    Great experience

    The room is spacious. The four-person room features four beds. The high-floor view is stunning, and the breakfast is satisfying. The location is highly convenient, with a metro elevator providing direct access to the hotel. The staff are welcoming and friendly.

    A very convenient and comfortable Hotel for travel.

    This was my second stay after my daughter's hospital visit. Although our check-in was later than planned, the staff quickly assisted us, allowing us to relax in the room comfortably. I appreciated the complimentary mineral water provided. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I loved that cups were available for taking drinks back to the room—especially as a coffee lover, this made me very happy. The hotel is conveniently located near Tennoji Zoo, which we were able to visit easily. The accommodation was affordable with excellent service throughout our stay. I definitely plan to return next year and hope this quality remains consistent. Thank you again to all the staff for your hospitality!

    The renovated floor was comfortable.

    The twin room on the 16th floor was very comfortable. Wine glasses, which we usually borrowed, were already provided in the room. The hotel is conveniently located near the station. There are also department stores, pharmacies, 100-yen shops, and convenience stores nearby, making shopping very convenient. Thank you!
