    Efficient Use of Space

    It feels very minimal, but it’s clean and I think it’s very good. This time I used it for day use. There was a desk with a lamp, and there was also a window, so I was able to spend my time very comfortably. I also personally liked the layout: shower only, with the toilet separate. It felt geared toward inbound travelers, but I think Japanese guests would enjoy it too. I’d like to see the larger Room as well.

    It was a calm, Japanese-style Hotel.

    The staff were very attentive, and the Hotel had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I was a bit disappointed that the Room had only a shower and no bathtub, since I love taking baths, but the shower room was spacious and easy to use. If you want to soak in a tub, it seems you can use the paid open-air bath by Reservation.

    Not quite.

    The Room was small and dusty. At night, the toilet lid sometimes opened on its own, possibly due to a sensor malfunction, which was unsettling.

    A Little Luxury Hotel

    Although it is a small Hotel, it is close to the station, and the Room was calm, well soundproofed, and comfortable to stay in. It would have been even better if it were a bit more spacious. The service was polite and left a good impression. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay here again next time.

    Great value for money and highly recommended.

    I stay here every March and November. It’s very clean and well maintained. The amenities are also well stocked. The only thing I could mention is that there’s no vending machine, but there’s a convenience store next door and Seiyu right across the street, so it hasn’t been inconvenient. I stay solo, but the bed is spacious and I can relax comfortably. A recommended Hotel.

    I used it again after a while and was reminded of how great it is.

    It is a relaxing place. There is a microwave, and on the top floor, there is an open-air bath available by Reservation, providing an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I will use it again.

    Wonderful Hotel. Absolutely the best.

    Everything from the entrance to the lobby and the interior of the Room was wonderful. I stayed in a Twin B type, which had a Japanese-style atmosphere with tatami mats and floor chairs that were incredibly relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely stay again. Next time, I would like to try the restaurant on the second floor as well.

    The open-air bath was excellent.

    I had been curious about this accommodation after watching it on YouTube. I found a deal that was slightly cheaper than usual, so I decided to stay. Since it was a hot day, the location near the station was very convenient. The room was spacious enough for one person, but the first thing I noticed were stains on the tatami mats. Not just in one spot, but overall, the dirt stood out. Since these stains couldn't be removed with a vacuum cleaner, I think wiping them would be better. As a result, I ended up wearing slippers throughout my stay. The open-air bath was very pleasant; however, after filling it with water and waiting 2-3 hours without unplugging the drain stopper, more than half of the water had disappeared each time—why!? Perhaps my expectations were too high because I felt quite disappointed by this experience. While being able to watch TV in the bath is nice, even that couldn’t make up for other issues like how the room’s TV wasn’t smart-TV compatible either. Honestly speaking though seeing those dirty tatamis right away lowered excitement significantly making me feel like choosing here turned into mistake overall...

    A comfortable Hotel.

    I often stay here when visiting Tokyo. It's close to the station and, above all, very relaxing! The amenities and facilities are well-equipped, making my stay comfortable every time. The tiled floor in the shower booth can feel a bit cold, and having a cushion for the chair's backrest would make it more comfortable for the lower back. However, overall, I am very satisfied. Next time, I’d like to try the private open-air bath.

    This was my first time using this accommodation for a business trip. The Room was spacious, with separate bath and toilet, plenty of amenities, and well-equipped facilities, making my stay very comfortable. I also appreciate the prompt response to our sudden change (having a family member stay). However, one issue: the inside collar of the provided pajamas was stained red and felt as though it might have been used before. This was disappointing (perhaps due to the change in guest numbers?). I folded it in a way that made it noticeable. Even so, being able to stay so comfortably just a short distance from Shinagawa was truly pleasant. Thank you for your attentive service!

    Comfortable!

    I stay at this accommodation every March and November, and it is very comfortable. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and you can park your car at the nearby Seiyu for 1,500 yen per night. The room is clean, with well-maintained amenities and a spotless bathroom. The accommodation fee is reasonable, the staff are kind, and they pay attention to details. Highly recommended accommodation.

    This was my first time using it. The Japanese modern Room with separate bath & toilet was very comfortable, and I had a great time. The staff's response and the cleanliness of the building and Room were very satisfactory. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    It was clean and comfortable to stay.

    I stayed for 4 nights. The staff were all kind, and having someone at the front desk 24 hours was reassuring. It was also nice that they kept the key for me. One thing that was personally difficult was the cold. The Room was very dry, so I turned off the air conditioner to sleep, but the windows were large and it was too cold... I wore extra layers to bed every night. I would be even happier if blankets were provided in winter.

    The location and the...

    The location and the comfort of the bed were good. I was concerned about the water stains and dirt around the faucet and the lower part of the wall in the Room's bathroom. A few small insects flew into the Room, possibly through the ceiling vent, which made it difficult to relax.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near the station, they held our luggage from the morning of the day. However, it was inconvenient not to have keys for each person as we were acting separately. The Room may vary, but the Room we stayed in had a window that didn't open, and even if it did, it was adjacent to the next Room, making it dark and claustrophobic. The bathroom had a tiled floor, but without a chair or bucket, it could only be used like a Western-style bath. The four types of skin amenities mentioned by others caused a severe allergic reaction for me, with my eyelids swelling and hardening, and the area around my eyes swelling, taking about six days to recover. There may be individual differences, but I think women with even slightly sensitive skin should not use them. The Hotel may not be aware, but I hope they will be cautious.

    Boutique Hotel in Omori

    A charming boutique hotel with a cozy wooden theme. The amenities surpass those of a typical business hotel and are noteworthy. Makeup remover, lotion, and emulsion are among the items that even some men will appreciate. The open-air bath on the rooftop is also delightful. The front desk is very helpful. An unexpected "discovery" in Omori. Undoubtedly a "5" rating.
