    Perfect for making the most of your spare time.

    I used this place to kill time before my appointment. Since the price was reasonable, I didn’t have high expectations for the Room, and for a short stay it was neither particularly good nor bad. However, I was quite concerned about cleanliness—there were hairs scattered around, and the towel hanging in the washroom had yellow-to-orange stains. It made me wonder whether the towel hadn’t been replaced, so I ended up not using it. Also, only one slipper had an insole, which honestly made me laugh. The front desk staff were polite and pleasant, which made it even more disappointing that the Room cleaning and amenity management were lacking. Given the reasonable price, some of this may be unavoidable, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

    Stay During Live Events

    It was about what you’d expect for the price. The Room air conditioner only worked when the key card was inserted, so it was off when we arrived and when we returned from going out. Coming in from the hallway, the temperature difference made it feel very hot.

    Unfortunately.

    The front desk staff were not bad, but the Room walls had holes, the chairs were wobbly, and the provided slippers were uncomfortable. The breakfast was also not something I would call tasty, so I found this Hotel disappointing. I will not choose it again.

    The location was excellent.

    Perhaps because of the location, most guests were tourists (non-Japanese). It was a great spot—just a few minutes’ walk to Namba Grand Kagetsu and Sennichimae Street. However, the sidewalks are narrow, so carrying large luggage might be a bit inconvenient.

    Great value for the price.

    There are many yakiniku restaurants nearby, and there is also a covered shopping arcade, making it a great area. The staff were kind as well.

    Fully satisfied.

    The twin Room was spacious, and the toilet and shower room were clean. The complimentary coffee next to the front desk was much appreciated. Thank you very much.

    Good Hotel

    The front desk service was pleasant. There were many international guests. Great value for money, and I plan to stay here again.

    Overall good, but the refrigerator and bathroom need improvement.

    【Pros】 - Location: Close to Namba Station. The area around the accommodation had a unique and interesting atmosphere. - Room size: Spacious enough to open a large suitcase. - Price: More affordable compared to nearby accommodations. 【Cons】 - The refrigerator (or cooler?) did not cool properly; it took about 24 hours to start cooling effectively. Additionally, there was no freezer space, so ice packs could not be frozen. - The bathroom curtain in the unit bath had a musty smell, making the bathroom constantly unpleasant. 【Other Notes】 - There were many inbound tour guests coming and going. During their check-in times, using the elevator took longer than usual. - Many guests appeared to be from China or Korea, but there were also visitors from Western countries and Southeast Asia. During my 3-night stay, I did not encounter any Japanese guests at the times I entered or exited the accommodation. - In my room during this stay, there was no noise disturbance (e.g., loud neighbors or people talking loudly in the hallway), so I had a comfortable experience overall—though this might have been coincidental.

    It was a nice Room.

    We stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room. It was a very nice room. The bathroom was equipped with a chair and washbasin, making it very convenient to use.

    The worst

    It's strange why it's listed on IKYU. Toothbrush and razor are charged. If they are charged, it should be communicated before payment. The slippers are just with changed insoles, unsanitary. There wasn't a single delicious meal. The rice felt like it was microwaved.

    If there is another opportunity.

    I stayed for one night at the end of the year. Although the Hotel was facing a large street, there was no concern about noise, and I was able to spend time quietly in the Room. We used a Room for three people, and it was spacious, with the extra bed being quite comfortable. There was also a complimentary coffee service at the entrance, which was appreciated. The only downside was the distance from the nearby stations, but overall, it was a satisfying Hotel. I would like to use it again if there is a cheaper period.

    I was able to stay at a reasonable price.

    The bath was a bit cramped, but the Room was clean and I could stay at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was satisfying for the price.

    Used for a girls' trip at the beginning of the year.

    I used this Hotel for the first time on a New Year's girls' trip. Overall, it was a good Hotel. Amenities were charged, maybe because it's cheap. Coffee was available next to the front desk and was free. I would have been happy if there were tea packs. When I entered the Room, the air conditioning was set to cooling even though it was winter, so it was a bit cold. I switched to heating, but it warmed up too slowly, so I felt warm after taking a shower. By morning, it was warm, so it seemed to be working. Also, I wish the slippers were disposable. There were disposable covers for the slippers, but they were a bit awkward. The slippers were blackened, and it was unpleasant not knowing who had worn them. The pajamas were too open at the chest, and just leaning forward a little made everything visible. It felt like there was no point in wearing them, so I wish they had hooks or something. Other than that, the cleaning was thorough, and it felt clean. The front desk staff were foreigners, but the service was smooth and good. They kept our luggage before check-in time and also after check-out the next day, so we could go out lightly. It's close to the station, so I think the transportation is convenient.
