    The elevator is…

    I stayed for two nights. Overall it was good, but I was disappointed that the in-room slippers were so thin they tore easily (though I was given a new pair). Also, I was on the 8th floor, and it was inconvenient to go down to the 4th floor first and then take a different elevator up to the 18th floor to use the bath. The view was great and overall it was good. Thank you.

    It was very good!

    We stayed in a 30 m² Executive Triple (Bridge View) on a high floor (Triple) with three adults, including one middle school-aged child. Even with an extra bed added, the Room did not feel cramped at all and was very comfortable. The Onsen on the 18th floor was also very relaxing. Thank you very much.

    The bath-related advertising is excessive.

    The night view is visible, but the lower part is frosted glass, so you have to look up to see it. There aren’t enough shower booths, so you may have to wait your turn. There was mold on the shower hose. Even for a Business Hotel, the bath facilities felt somewhat overstated in the advertising.

    The hotel was conven...

    The hotel was conveniently located near the station, and the late-night check-in process was smooth. It was also a plus that the large public bath had a sauna. Even with the cheapest Plan that included a buffet breakfast, there were both Japanese and Western options, as well as desserts. I was also impressed that staff opened the lids to keep the food warm when I approached. I felt they provided great service despite limited resources.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    The meals were absolutely delicious. If I had one suggestion, it would be to properly fix the lace curtain rings, as most of them were detached (broken). I felt that some maintenance was needed. I often go to the Shiki Theatre, so I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    I would have preferred an ocean-view Luxury Twin Room.

    I’m a repeat guest. Last time I stayed in an ocean-view double Room, and this time an ocean-view luxury twin Room was available, so I made a Reservation for that one. Both have wonderful views, and seeing the Bay Bridge is really exciting. It’s also relaxing to watch the boats coming and going. This Room was larger than last time, and it had a table and a sofa that could seat about two people. I was happy there was a coffee machine, and they also had a ReFa hair dryer, which left my hair super smooth. It was great to have an Onsen on the upper floor where I could soak and unwind. However, since the shower there stops automatically partway through, I used the shower in my Room for shampooing. They also provided amenities like DHC cleansing oil and toner. The staff were very pleasant, and the two young female staff members at checkout were smiling and lovely. The welcome drink had a berry flavor with a slight tartness—refreshing and delicious. I stay in Tokyo with friends once every few months and try different Hotel options, but this is one of my favorites because it’s affordable too.

    We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed.

    Because the price was reasonable, I stayed here for the first time, but it left me with the impression that I ended up at a disappointing Hotel for the first time in a while. - I had to wait more than 10 minutes at check-in (and the staff seemed rather unconcerned). - The Room bathtub barely drained (I’m not sure whether it was due to poor cleaning or a functional issue). - The Room did not seem to have been properly cleaned.

    Stunning View

    We were very satisfied with the Room overlooking Tokyo Bay. Although we checked in late, the Room was already cooled, making it very comfortable. While some parts of the Facility have been renovated to compensate for older equipment, a bit more attention to detail would make it perfect.

    Accommodation Fee: Excellent, Bath: Excellent, Bed Comfort: Excellent

    The hotel I used near Hamamatsucho Station last year, which also had a large public bath, cost just under 20,000 yen per night without meals. This time, Belleside Hotel Azur Takeshiba-Hamamatsucho offered a stay for just under 14,000 yen without meals. Despite the approximately 6,000-yen price difference, there was no significant difference in the accommodation quality. I felt like I got a great deal. Having stayed at business hotels across the whole country, this was my first experience with such a comfortable bed. The air conditioning was set to an ideal temperature—not too hot or too cold—allowing me to enjoy a very pleasant night's sleep. From now on, whenever I stay in Tokyo, Belleside Hotel Azur Takeshiba-Hamamatsucho will be my go-to choice without hesitation.

    Time for yourself...

    It was my first stay, and it was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating, the bed was spacious, and the view from the large window exceeded my expectations. I also used the public bath and gym, but I had some difficulty understanding how to use the machines. I loved the pleasant scent throughout the hotel and would definitely like to stay again.

    Large windows with great views

    I stayed in a single room on the 8th floor facing the sea. The large, clean windows allowed me to relax while watching passing ships. At night, the beautiful night view of Rainbow Bridge and ships departing from Takeshiba Pier added to the travel ambiance. However, I was disappointed that two single beds were combined into a king-size bed, making the room feel cramped. It would be ideal if there were just one bed with a comfortable chair and a small table by the window. During my stay, I had plans in Ginza; I took Yurikamome to Shimbashi and transferred to the Ginza Line on my way there. On my return, I walked from Daimon Station after taking Asakusa Line from Higashi-Ginza Station. Walking to JR Hamamatsucho Station via elevated walkways was convenient as it avoided waiting at traffic lights. There are several convenience stores nearby and plenty of dining options, making it very comfortable overall. The accommodation fee this time was around 12,000 yen; if it remains at this price range consistently, I would love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo!

    It was comfortable.

    The view from the Room was great, and I had a clean and comfortable stay. The lunch at Café Azure before check-in was also delicious. The Sky Spa was very relaxing, and I enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. The staff were kind and attentive. Thank you very much!

    The Japanese-style room was excellent.

    The renovated Japanese-style Room was extremely comfortable. It would be great if renovations could progress for other floors and room types as well.

    Access is fairly convenient.

    Access is convenient via Yurikamome from Shimbashi or on foot from Hamamatsucho, with a covered walkway connecting to the building's 3rd floor. However, on rainy days, an umbrella is needed for the uncovered areas between the hotel and the building as well as near the station. The accommodation was luxurious, with separate toilet and a slightly compact bathroom for ease of use; however, we mainly used the public bath daily. The room's refrigerator was overly cold to the point of freezing items, making it somewhat inconvenient. The room safe was small and portable but required personal key management. The air conditioning was centrally controlled and could not be adjusted; during our stay over Golden Week, our family found it slightly chilly. The public bath offered a bayside view but felt somewhat narrow; meanwhile, the city-side bath was more spacious but featured frosted glass windows—only the lounge area provided views of Tokyo Tower. Showers and lockers were limited in number but there wasn’t much crowding overall. All staff members were kind and provided excellent service. Waters Takeshiba is located nearby, offering enjoyable access to Asakusa via water bus rides.

    Large Public Bath to Relieve Business Trip Fatigue

    This was my first stay as I had business at the international exhibition center. The location is excellent, with the hotel adjacent to Yurikamome and directly accessible from Hamamatsucho Station. Above all, the large public bath to relieve travel fatigue and the delicious breakfast were fantastic! I would love to stay here again.

    The view from the Room was excellent.

    The Kaiyo Maru, which I visited during my university days in Antarctica, was visible right in front of me, bringing back nostalgic memories. The night view during the voyage to Oshima the previous day also came to mind. This hotel is truly located in a wonderful place. I’m glad I could stay here.

    Neither exceptional nor poor, just right for business.

    I used to visit frequently when it was managed by a different company. As the title suggests, the management of the building and Hotel operations seem different, making parking arrangements inconvenient. I ended up using a nearby parking lot and had to pay nearly 10,000 yen, which made me think I should have chosen a higher-grade Hotel instead. The bathing Facility was average; having a sauna was a plus. Not meant as criticism, but it was exactly as described in the title.

    The spacious bed was great.

    This was my first stay. I had a comfortable time with the spacious bed. Due to time constraints, I couldn't use the breakfast or the large public bath, but I would love to try them next time.

    The view from the Ro...

    The view from the Room overlooks Takeshiba Pier, where cruise ships dock and depart both at night and in the morning, making it enjoyable to watch. The guest Room was labeled as a deluxe single, but it was actually two single beds pushed together, so sleeping in the middle didn't seem feasible. The bathroom and toilet show signs of aging. However, since there is a large public bath available, this can be overlooked. Just note that during peak times there are many day-use guests at the public bath, so you might have to wait for a spot in the washing area. It's recommended to use it later in the evening. Breakfast is served buffet-style and wasn't too crowded, allowing for a leisurely meal.

    A little thoughtfulness

    The Room had an old air conditioner and plumbing. Although the bath towels were cleaned, they had stain marks. There was also a gift of amenities, but since the Room already had amenities, I didn't need multiple similar items. I would have preferred other services instead. The bathhouse had a sauna, which allowed for a relaxing experience. It would have been even better if there was an open-air bath or outdoor bath, even if small.

    There was a mix-up a...

    There was a mix-up at check-in, but the prompt response and sincere attitude of the staff allowed us to stay with peace of mind. It seemed to be communicated at check-out as well, and there was a polite apology. The onsen was also very nice. If there is an opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

    The view from the bath is wonderful.

    I used this Hotel for the first time during one of my business trips to Tokyo, which occur several times a month. There is a bath on the upper floors with a wonderful view of Tokyo Tower. The Facility is old and has some creative touches, but it might bother some people. I was pleased with the large bed in the Room, but there was no space to place luggage, and when I opened my suitcase, I couldn't open the Room door. I asked the front desk about dinner at the restaurant on the upper floors, not worrying about the price, but I didn't receive a very accurate response, which gave me the impression that they might not recommend it, so I went to eat in the surrounding area, but there was a menu in the Room. It might have been a new staff member, but I think it would be good if a senior staff member could support them to cover the Hotel's age with soft skills. Breakfast had some creative menu options, and the staff's attentiveness was satisfying.

    The behavior of guests at Tenku no Yu is terrible. Towels are scattered in the bathroom, and some guests are using them in the water tank. Measures are needed.
