    It was the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

    I don’t travel very often, so this may not be the best reference, but among the Hotels I’ve stayed at in various prefectures, this was the best. I was surprised that welcome drinks and alcohol were available to enjoy freely! If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the sink was small, and sometimes water splashed onto the floor when washing my face. All of the front desk staff were polite and kind, and my whole family praised them highly. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Great value for money!

    This time, I had a Multiple Night Stay, and when I requested cleaning, it was done thoroughly and beautifully. It was also very helpful that check-in was possible from an early time during this period. I would love to use this service again. Thank you very much!

    You can enjoy a very comfortable stay.

    The staff provided very polite and warm service. The Room was clean, well-designed, and easy to use, allowing for a comfortable stay. Although it was a bit far from Higo-Ozu Station, it would be ideal for those traveling by car.

    We stayed as a family of three with one child. The breakfast was not great, but the staff provided polite service, and we were satisfied.

    Perfect for families with children!

    Stayed in two rooms with three generations, including children and grandchildren. We stayed for four nights during New Year's before, but this time we opted for dinner at the izakaya. The front desk staff's warm smiles and the wide variety of items available for children to borrow were a big hit with the kids. During New Year's, using a wheelchair made facilities like restrooms inconvenient, but this time we had a spacious room and made good use of the rental items, making it a very fulfilling trip. Even with large groups present, breakfast seating was efficiently arranged so we could enjoy our meal without worry. (It would have been nice if dinner was included too...) We look forward to staying again when there is a memorial service at year-end!

    Best value for money

    We used this accommodation during a drive to Aso while keeping an eye on the weather. The staff's response at check-in was excellent, leaving a perfect first impression. Given the possibility of changing plans depending on the weather, we chose Vessel Hotel Kumamoto Airport for its cost performance and flexibility in allowing cancellations or changes to the stay date until the day before. The spacious room with twin beds large enough to stretch out both arms and its clean interior helped relieve our fatigue from the long drive. For breakfast, we enjoyed delicious local dishes such as Kumamoto's specialty, spicy mustard lotus root! We were also blessed with two sunny days avoiding rain, making it a great drive overall.

    A comfortable Hotel.

    Thank you for upgrading my Room, it was spacious and comfortable. I appreciate your thoughtfulness. The bathtub was large and relaxing. It would have been even better if there was a public bath. Breakfast was delicious. There was a fried mustard lotus root dish, but how about serving fried food in the morning? Warm soba noodles might be a better option. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Travel Use

    This time, I used a twin room. It's my second time since last year. I wanted to stay close to the gastronomy event held in Aso. The price was more reasonable than other hotels, and the room was spacious enough as it was just for sleeping. I didn't include dinner, but the breakfast buffet was included, and I was very satisfied! I would like to use it again if there is anything in Aso.
