    It was excellent.

    Stayed for work.\nSince I only needed a place to sleep, I wasn’t expecting much, but it was a completely satisfying one-night stay from check-in to check-out.\nThe front desk service was excellent. And when I entered the Room—what a surprise! It was very spacious, and the bed was huge!!\nBecause you take off your shoes at the entrance, I could relax and didn’t worry about dirt on the floor.\nThe table was large, and the TV was big and easy to watch.\nThe sink area is separate and convenient, and the bath and toilet were clean and spotless.\nThe wallpaper and flooring colors felt modern yet calming.\nThe mattress firmness was just right! The only thing is that the pillow was a bit low for me—I would have liked it higher—but for one night it was acceptable.\nEven the freezer section in the fridge froze properly. I also appreciated having plenty of hangers.\nAbove all: clean, beautiful, and comfortable!!\nAnd breakfast impressed me. There were lots of local dishes as well as desserts, and everything I tried tasted great.\nIt was a very satisfying breakfast.\nThere is also plenty of free parking.\nWith Marunaka supermarket right across the street, shopping is easy too.\nI liked being able to make bath salts in the lobby. The amenities were plentiful—even including a hair mask pack.\n\nIt was an extremely pleasant and satisfying stay!\nThanks to you, my work fatigue melted away. Thank you very much.

    It was a first-floor...

    It was a first-floor Room, but the parking lot was right outside the window, so I couldn’t open the curtains. I wish there had at least been some greenery between the parking lot and the guest Room.

    Please come again!

    I stayed here because my mother was hospitalized at a nearby hospital. I mistakenly made a Reservation for a smoking Room, which was unfortunate, but the Room was spacious and I was able to relax and recover from my fatigue on my own. The building and Room were clean, and the front desk staff were kind and courteous, so I would like to stay again next time. The parking is free as well. I had always stayed closer to the Bikan Historical Quarter before, but this place was by far better. Thank you very much.

    A very user-friendly Hotel that thoughtfully meets all your needs—everything you wish for is provided. The best part was being able to check in at 12:00. There are many shops nearby.

    Visiting to See My Grandchild

    We arrived at the Hotel a little after 8 PM, but the welcome drink service was still available, which allowed us to relax upon arrival. The front desk staff were kind and made check-in pleasant. The Room was spacious and clean, with separate areas for the sink, toilet, and bath, making it very convenient. The bed had just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. The parking lot within the Hotel premises was quite full but we managed to find a spot. It’s great that parking is free! We would love to stay here again.

    A very beautiful Room.

    I remembered that renovation work was being done when I stayed two autumns ago. The room is very clean, and it's nice to take off your shoes before entering. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. The free and spacious parking lot is also a delightful service.

    Comfortable

    The location and facilities are very satisfying. The only downside is the strong smell of tobacco that fills the entrance from the moment you step in. Although the accommodation is clean, and the room on the third floor was very nice, it’s disappointing. It would be great if something could be done about the tobacco smell and secondhand smoke. The accommodation fee is affordable, and it’s a shame considering how clean it is.

    Breakfast Buffet

    The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was excellent. However, the ventilation in the shower room was not very effective. The twin-bed room was spacious and provided a comfortable sleeping experience.

    We stayed in a Room ...

    We stayed in a Room for 4 people. The beds were spacious and comfortable enough for two people to sleep on. The Room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Our whole family had a satisfying stay.

    A hotel overflowing with hospitality

    I stayed for one night before my child's entrance exam. The first surprise was the notification after the reservation that they would prepare a lunchbox for the exam day. It was a very kind offer, and I reserved for two people, including the companion. It was very delicious. Thank you very much! Upon check-in, I was further surprised to find that the café on the first floor was made into a study space. We used it together with other examinees. Additionally, the warm gifts wishing for success in the exam were so touching that they brought tears to my eyes. I was moved by the heartfelt hospitality. Staying here allowed me to experience the warm feelings of the hotel staff and realize what is truly important. I will strive to become someone who can empathize with others' feelings. Thank you very much!

    Thank you for your hospitality. The service, facilities, and amenities were all worth more than the price. Perhaps I might have overlooked it, but it would have been nice to have lotion for after shaving...
