    Having access to the open-air garden bath is a great perk.

    It’s a bit far, but it’s great that you can use the Roten Garden hot spring Facility. The breakfast included option is also convenient. It’s mainly used by workers and business travelers, but it might also be a good base for visiting Mt. Takao or Sanrio Puroland. Best if you have a car.

    Simply the best!

    You won’t get this level of satisfaction even at a more expensive Business Hotel. I use e-cigarettes, but I can’t stand the smell of regular cigarettes. At Laxio Inn, even in a smoking Room, the odor is so thoroughly removed that it didn’t bother me at all. Extremely comfortable.

    Best value for money

    This was my first stay. The front desk guidance was clear and very kind—my first impression was excellent. The dinner included in the Plan was plentiful and delicious. The only disappointment was that my Room was on the side without a view. I’ve already made another Reservation for the near future, and I hope to have a great view next time.

    I’m always completely satisfied whenever I stay. The Room is spacious and perfectly clean. This time, hearing birds singing outside the window was especially soothing. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of bread. The natural Onsen is outstanding. It’s truly a wonderful Hotel.

    Amazing value for money—definitely coming back!

    Thank you for having us during Golden Week! The natural Onsen facility Roten Garden is very close by, and on our stay date we were thrilled with the complimentary service that included the bathing fee, in-house wear, and towels! There are several baths, including indoor baths and open-air baths. We enjoyed a bath first, then had dinner in the 3rd-floor restaurant wearing the in-house wear, took another bath after dinner, and relaxed at our own pace. There are also relaxing rooms where you can watch TV. Next time I’d like to try karaoke too! There’s a convenience store right in front of the Hotel, so we bought drinks after the bath and headed back. The only slight disappointment was that the open-air bath water temperature was a bit low—maybe because there were many children. Our Hotel Room was very clean, and the bed was spacious and very comfortable. The Room also had a unit bath, so I woke up with a refreshing shower in the morning. On top of that, breakfast was included for free—amazing! There were breads, rice, miso soup, curry, salad, granola, orange juice, and various drinks including a coffee machine. It’s such an appreciated service that doesn’t feel “free” at all. If I had to ask for one thing more, even just one type of fruit would make it perfect—but it’s already more than enough! All staff members were very pleasant—from check-in to the breakfast area—which made us happy. Since we checked in a bit late, all of the special loan items (such as extra pillows) next to the lobby were already gone. Next time we’ll check in earlier! Free parking was also very helpful! We’ll definitely stay again when visiting near Machida!!! Thanks to you all we had a wonderful Golden Week. Thank you very much!

    Thoughtful attention to detail

    I arrived before 21:00 after a meeting with friends ran long. I had called ahead to inform you of the late check-in, and the information was properly shared with the front desk staff, so entry was smooth. Following your guidance, I immediately relaxed in the adjacent natural Onsen. After having dinner nearby, I returned around 24:00 and was welcomed with a polite greeting. I had made a Reservation for a smoking room on the 4th floor; it was thoroughly cleaned, and I honestly didn’t notice any odor at all. For a single room it felt relatively spacious, likely because all furnishings and amenities were arranged functionally and neatly. The breakfast didn’t feel like something that would be free—there was nothing lacking. Although it’s located slightly outside the city center, the low price above all is truly noteworthy. I will definitely stay again whenever I’m in the area.

    In-room amenities we...

    In-room amenities were fine. However, this Hotel feels a bit overly particular and quirky, with its own strict rules—guests should be aware. The staff… are on the lower end for a business hotel. There’s one older man who can be intimidating, so I guess that’s part of what you’re paying for. You can use a nearby Onsen called Roten Garden for free, but it was just so-so… I recommend the in-room bath instead. The Facility is not bad. They also offer loaner pillows and an iron. Meals have limited variety, but the taste is good. The bread was excellent! Overall: Considering the price, it’s more than sufficient. And as other Reviews say, the bread is amazingly delicious! But I wouldn’t stay again after the first time.

    Another comfortable stay.

    This stay was very comfortable as always. I used a plan that allowed check-in at 1 PM for the first time, and it made my stay even more relaxing. The room was thoroughly cleaned, providing a sense of security and comfort. The adjacent onsen facility allowed me to fully enjoy the hot springs, offering a relaxing experience despite being in Tokyo. If I may make one suggestion, it would be to increase the number of pillows available near the front desk. They are always in high demand and often run out early. Breakfast was enjoyable this time as well. It was unfortunate that scrambled eggs and Chikuzen-ni were no longer available, but I noticed an increase in bread variety. Previously, bread options would diminish without replenishment; however, this time they were restocked regularly, allowing me to enjoy them at ease. The hall staff seemed calmer compared to before, which added to the comfort of my experience. Additionally, having guests return their used dishes to collection trays themselves felt like a positive change. The early check-in plan worked wonderfully for me this time. If possible, I would love for there to be a late check-out plan as well—it would make stays even more comfortable! Please consider this option. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future!

    Perfect for enjoying a travel-like experience nearby!

    Discovered an incredible year-end Plan on IKYU for a Hotel with large baths and saunas. After enjoying Sagamiko (about 40 minutes by car), we visited as a family of four, including teenagers and a couple in their 40s. On this Sunday, we arrived and immediately enjoyed delicious coffee at the lounge before heading to the Roten Garden. The Roten Garden had many baths, including an open-air rooftop bath with natural hot spring water, which was fantastic. For dinner on the 4th floor of the new building, we had the Kushikatsu Tanaka Value Set—5 skewers and draft beer for just 1,300 yen—a great deal! My son loved his tsukemen noodles as well. We spent our evening reading manga and returning to the baths for more relaxation. The next morning's complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations with its variety; both curry and bread were delicious—I ended up eating four pieces of bread! The free in-room theater service was another highlight; watching movies I’d been wanting to see made me very happy. It was such an enjoyable stay filled with value! Just about an hour from home but felt like a real getaway—can’t wait to visit again!

    High satisfaction.

    I have visited several times as it offers an Onsen getaway experience close to home. I am satisfied with the price and service. Since I plan to visit again, I would like to share some points of concern. Upon arriving at the Hotel, I waited in the lounge, which serves as the breakfast area, until check-in time. Looking around, I noticed some changes in the layout. Equipment was placed on tables where side dishes were previously displayed during breakfast. The dish collection rack had been moved closer to guests' tables. Unfortunately, my concerns were confirmed during breakfast. The variety of side dishes had decreased. Additionally, staff placed used plates into a nearby rack with loud clattering sounds that were quite unpleasant for guests seated nearby. Could you consider placing the rack farther from guest seating or handling plates more quietly? While I understand that breakfast staff are always busy and this may be a challenging request, your consideration would be greatly appreciated. Although there are occasional concerns regarding breakfast service, everything else is very comfortable. The Room is well-cleaned and tidy, and the bathing Facility is enjoyable every time we use it. While prices have gradually increased over time and are approaching those of similar Hotels in the area offering comparable services, they still seem within an acceptable range for now. Despite these comments, overall value for money remains excellent and satisfaction is high. Thank you again for your hospitality; we look forward to staying with you again!

    It's been a while since 1 star.

    Stayed at a 1-star BH after a long time. One night with two meals for about 6,700 yen—cheap but the worst experience. There won't be a next time. No explanations about anything: meals, amenities, room, or view—even though it was my first stay. I had to ask everything myself. Dinner wasn't even inside the hotel. They didn't even tell me where the elevator was located. Breakfast was a buffet but with very few options. As for dinner, since it wasn’t in the hotel and there were no explanations given, I had to go outside to an Onsen facility on the third floor—but it was completely unclear where to go! Never staying at this BH again!

    The nearby beer garden was excellent. Although I couldn't find the bus stop from Hachioji, I was kindly guided until I understood. I had a relaxing time.

    Rest after a night shift

    It was my first time staying, but the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I couldn't use the Roten Garden this time, but the bath in the Room was also large and well-maintained, so I was satisfied. Since I checked in early, other Rooms were being cleaned at that time, but despite being busy, the staff greeted me warmly. Within walking distance is a Hamazushi restaurant and a Seven-Eleven convenience store right in front of the property, making it very convenient! The breakfast included bread, salad, and curry—all delicious—and I ended up eating too much. It helped relieve my fatigue from night shifts—thank you! I'll visit again.

    The adjacent bathing facility is excellent.

    Rooms get booked quickly, and now I understand why. Relax at the bathing facility. Enjoy a reasonably priced dinner with generous portions. A complimentary breakfast is also included, all for that price. No wonder reservations are so competitive!

    It was my first visit in a while.

    It had been a while since my last visit, but I could see the efforts being made. The toothbrushes were slightly upgraded, and there were changes in the meals. There was a slight variation in the menu between the first and second days. 1-2 years ago, I used to stay here monthly, and the meals were always the same. Considering this improvement at this price point, it's quite impressive. I plan to increase my visits again!

    Great value for an amazing stay

    I had a comfortable stay again this time, but there were some disappointing points. At 8 AM, I went to the breakfast area. It was quite crowded, and the hall staff were just standing around. I found a seat and sat down, only to find crumbs and rice on the table. I borrowed a cloth from one of the staff members and cleaned it myself. When I picked up a tray to get food, it was so wet that water droplets were visible on it. All other trays and plates were in similar condition, but I decided to use them anyway. When I went to get rice from the rice cooker, I was shocked to see four golf ball-sized clumps of rice inside. Although hesitant, with 4-5 people waiting behind me in line, I served two of those clumps onto my plate before letting others take their turn. Next, when getting salad, another surprise awaited me—a glass bowl with only scraps of lettuce left at the bottom. After taking what little lettuce remained carefully, I moved on to potato salad but found only small remnants stuck along the edge of its bowl as well. Not wanting anything wasted, I gathered what was left as best as possible. After finishing my first tray of food amidst these challenges during this busy holiday period (which seemed understandable), excitement turned into disappointment upon visiting bread corner afterward: baskets meant holding croissants/cream buns/walnut bread/etc., stood empty except for plain sliced/chocolate croissant options remaining alongside margarine basket also being completely depleted too! Informing nearby hall-staff member about missing margarine led towards most disheartening experience throughout entire meal-service encounter where instead apologizing sincerely offering solution immediately instead responded coldly without even making eye contact saying "There's no margarine" followed shouting kitchen colleague loudly requesting replenishment thereafter disappearing entirely leaving impression unprofessionalism behind meanwhile another team-member eventually brought frozen-margarine-box kindly explaining situation politely despite circumstances feeling unexpectedly considerate comparatively overall interactions observed earlier moments prior... Hoping future improvements implemented ensuring better experiences forthcoming stays ahead regardless continuing choosing accommodations nonetheless!

    Located in Oyama-gaoka, Machida City. It is relatively far from the nearest station. Access is recommended by rental car. Guests can enjoy the natural onsen in front of the accommodation free of charge. Overall, this hotel is ideal for trips with a relaxed schedule.

    A Hotel stay combined with a bathing Facility allows for a fulfilling accommodation experience. However, it is a bit disappointing that access to the bathing Facility is not included on the checkout day at the same rate. Since there is morning bath service on Sundays, it would be perfect if guests could enter the bathing Facility without additional charges.

    A slightly inconvenient location, but the service is excellent.

    I have stayed at this Hotel more than 30 times, and I am impressed with the rates. The rates are almost the same during New Year's, Golden Week, and summer vacation. This time, I stayed for two nights from the end of the year to the beginning of the year, and the Onsen Facility was soothing.

    Best value for money

    No matter how many times I stay, it is a very good Hotel that refreshes both mind and body. Even though it is located in Tokyo, you can experience the excitement as if you have traveled to an Onsen area. It is a delightful perk to be able to use the attached bathing Facility. The baths vary slightly with each season, offering a different charm every time. It's great that you can use it multiple times. The Hotel is also meticulously cleaned, allowing for a comfortable stay. There are large supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it's even better to buy takeout and relax in the Room. I look forward to breakfast every time, amazed that such a variety is available for free. It's nice that the bread changes slightly. The morning curry is also delicious, and I tend to overeat. Although it is far from each station, the Shuttle Service makes it convenient. I am looking forward to my next stay.

    It is sufficient.

    Considering the cost performance, it was a sufficient Stays. It's not conveniently located, nor is it a grand building, but I enjoyed a leisurely soak in the Onsen, and although there weren't many options, I had a homely breakfast and spent a relaxing time!

    The bathing facility can be used as many times as you like, and you can also borrow indoor wear. Inside the bathing facility, there is a restaurant and a manga corner, so you can enjoy more than just the bath. From the top of the bathhouse, you can view the city of Hashimoto, and the night view is especially beautiful. You can experience a sense of being in another world, as if you have come to a different Onsen area, which is very nice. The twin room is spacious enough and comfortable to stay in. There is also a paper message from the person in charge of cleaning the room, so you can use it with peace of mind. Having amenities set up in the room is a much-appreciated system these days. The complimentary breakfast is also delicious, and you can especially enjoy the curry and bread. I would definitely like to use it again. It is a recommended Hotel.
