    A thoughtfully designed Accommodation

    The price and access were the deciding factors for my Reservation. In midsummer, it’s convenient to be able to use multiple train lines via Crysta Nagahori, where you can stay cool with air conditioning and not worry about rain. It’s also nice that the area feels calmer just a little away from the Midosuji Line area. As for the price, it was quite affordable even compared with Hotels in central Osaka for the same dates. Even so, the Facility still feels new, and the Room was clean. The amenities, loan items (including a ReFa hair dryer), welcome drinks, and other services were well provided, which I really appreciated. A few things I noticed: There were take-away containers next to the water dispenser for bringing water back to your Room—very thoughtful. However, when I picked up the last one in the back, it was covered in dust, so I quietly put it back... Maybe because there is no sleep mode on the Room air conditioner, I found the noise noticeable when trying to sleep. There is no safety deposit box in the Room (I confirmed this at reception as well). So I ended up carrying my work laptop with me even when going out for personal reasons. Still—considering this price point—I was very satisfied!

    Everything was very good except for the Room location.

    I requested a quiet Room with a good view if possible when making my Reservation. I checked in around 2:00 p.m., when Rooms first become available, but for some reason I was assigned a Room right next to the elevator. The operating noise was loud until night. Aside from the Room location and the breakfast voucher not being provided at check-in, everything was very good. [What I liked] Breakfast: The tuna rice bowl and desserts were delicious. Bed: Once the elevator noise stopped, I slept very well. TV: It was a smart TV, so I could watch Netflix and Hulu. Lounge: Available before check-in and after check-out; it was helpful for killing time. Amenities: I was able to borrow a ReFa hair dryer. It was also nice that skincare items like toner were provided. Front desk staff: When I borrowed scissors, they added a thoughtful comment—great hospitality. Check-in/out times: 2:00 p.m.–11:00 a.m., which felt relaxed. The Hotel location was also easy to find. [What could be improved] Room location: As mentioned above. Room curtains: When opened, they faced an emergency staircase of the neighboring building, so I couldn’t open them comfortably. I would prefer mirrored lace curtains instead. Since there are buildings on both sides, there is no view. On this trip I stayed at three different Hotels for three nights total, and considering the price and overall experience, this one was the best. I would like to stay again if I have another chance. Next time, I plan to request at check-in that my Room not be next to the elevator. Thank you very much.

    The space was clean, odor-free, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Convenience stores and pharmacies are nearby. The location is excellent with close proximity to the station.

    A Hotel conveniently located near downtown offices, allowing for a relaxed morning.

    A new Hotel close to the company. I was able to relax in the morning. The welcome drink is available until late, which is very convenient. The coffee after a night out tastes great. The amenities are abundant, and I look forward to them every time. For breakfast, I enjoyed a variety of delicious Osaka-style side dishes. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

    The hotel is a convenient and quiet place in the city, close to offices, allowing for a relaxed morning. Breakfast starts at 6 AM every day and was delicious and enjoyable. I had tuna sashimi (nakaochi, zuke, akami), takoyaki, and okonomiyaki. Everything was delightful. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

    Conveniently located near Shinsaibashi and Namba.

    Stayed here following my visit to Shin-Osaka last week. On this day, many accommodations were priced higher than usual, so I searched in central Osaka and found this hotel. Discovered it through the underground passage from Shinsaibashi subway station. The external signage is surprisingly hard to spot. Upon entering, there are chairs and tables on the right side, giving a lounge-like atmosphere. At check-in, I was offered a membership with a gift of either instant noodles or beer, so I signed up. The room on the 7th floor is not spacious but clean. The chilled beer I received was refreshing after a tiring day. Although free WiFi is available throughout the accommodation, it didn’t connect in my room; however, it worked on the first floor—perhaps some rooms have connectivity issues. On the first floor, there’s also a drink bar as part of their welcome drinks service. It’s similar to what you’d find at an internet café with soft drinks, cocoa, and coffee available for free—a satisfying experience overall! The counter-style seating facing the wall ensures privacy. The bathtub is standard but has handrails which are helpful since hotel bathtubs often require support when getting up. The mattress on the bed has just the right firmness for comfort—I fell asleep instantly. Breakfast is served at last night’s drink bar area. In true Osaka style, takoyaki was available—I ended up eating too much! Other options included udon noodles and tuna sashimi or negitoro (minced tuna with green onions). While not extensive in variety, everything offered was tempting and satisfying. However, the curry was too sweet for my taste. With its convenient location and great breakfast offerings, this hotel has become one I’d like to use again!

    Thank you for the 4-day stay. Despite being in the city center, the Hotel was quiet inside and conveniently close to my workplace, allowing me to enjoy relaxed mornings. The dining hall opened from 6 AM, and I looked forward to the delicious breakfast every day. I enjoyed tuna dishes such as nakaochi, zuke, and akami daily. These delicacies were a true treat that I couldn't have for lunch or dinner elsewhere—absolutely delightful. Thank you for the wonderful meals!
