    Comfortable and great value for money.

    Right above Minami-Morimachi Station on the Tanimachi Line, the Room is compact but clean and comfortable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes and is high quality, very satisfying. Close to Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street as well, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat at night. An excellent value-for-money Hotel.

    The lounge was great.

    I used the lounge on the day of my stay, and it was very well stocked. Considering the alcohol and snacks, I felt the Accommodation rate was a great value. Breakfast also had a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Enjoy the lounge

    I’ve stayed here several times, mainly because the lounge is excellent. With Tenjinbashi Shopping Street nearby, it’s easy to find places for both lunch and dinner, but the best part is being able to relax in the Hotel lounge at night. I had a wonderful time enjoying a wide variety of drinks and snacks, and chatting with international guests. Thank you as always.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    Although we arrived about 10 minutes early, we were kindly allowed to check in and were able to relax and enjoy our stay. At the Premier Lounge (from 16:00), even though we don’t drink alcohol, we enjoyed a wide selection of beverages as well as cupcakes, macarons, bread, soup, and snacks. There were quite a few dry snacks, so it would have been even nicer to have some fresh options like vegetables or fruit—but that may be asking too much. We also enjoyed visiting nearby Osaka Tenmangu Shrine and the Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street. We were able to use the lounge several times during the available hours. The bathroom shower was a ReFa model, and there were bath salts at the amenities bar, so we could fully enjoy a relaxing bath time as well. The breakfast buffet was excellent—the steak was tender and delicious. The only disappointment was that the TV was not a smart TV; it only had BS and terrestrial channels. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay with a great breakfast—an enjoyable trip. Thank you very much.

    Everything was excel...

    Everything was excellent. We stayed in a Premium Room and enjoyed access to the lounge—thank you for the wonderful food. The breakfast was, of course, delicious, and I ended up eating too much. The bathroom had a separate washing area, so I could relax and unwind. However, one disappointing point was that inconsiderate guests were making loud noises until close to midnight, which made it hard to fall asleep.

    The staff were very kind!

    Smooth check-in, and the Room was just the right size and very clean. The air conditioning could be adjusted in detail, and at this time of year I was glad I could turn it on and off as needed and also open the window a little to let in fresh air. The breakfast area was a bit cold due to the air conditioning, but there was a wide variety of delicious food and I left completely full! It was raining at check-out, so I asked questions like how to avoid getting wet and how to get to Itami Airport without getting lost. Thanks to the male front desk staff member who kindly answered everything, I arrived at Itami Airport smoothly. Thank you very much! With such kind staff, I felt it was a great Hotel, and I’d love to stay again.

    A Hotel with excellent amenities and a delicious breakfast

    The breakfast selection was excellent, and everything was delicious. The amenities were also well stocked, and I was able to relax in the lounge. The service was outstanding, and I would like to stay here again.

    Stay in Osaka here

    I stayed here for Arashi’s final concert. I thought I had made a Reservation for two people with my daughter as usual, but I was told it was a twin Room booked for one person and I panicked… However, the front desk staff remained calm and kindly said, “No problem,” and helped me right away. Thanks to them, I could relax and fully enjoy the concert afterward. It truly saved me. The Room is spacious with separate bath and toilet, and the breakfast is delicious no matter how many times I have it—so if available, I always choose the plan with breakfast. The location is also very convenient, so my daughter and I have decided this is our go-to place whenever we stay in Osaka. Thank you very much.

    Always comfortable.

    Ever since experiencing the outstanding staff support during our relatives’ stay for a wedding, I have continued to use this Accommodation whenever I have errands, even after moving away. The service is courteous, and whenever I request cleaning, the Room is promptly prepared, allowing me to always enjoy a comfortable stay.

    It’s my fault for forgetting, though.

    The Room was clean, the bath was spacious, and the drink service was well stocked, which was great. Please check the shower handle, as it felt very stiff. Lastly, I accidentally left my personal card key in the Room when I checked out. I am 100% sure I left it there, but when I contacted you later, I was told it had not been found. Since lively foreign staff were cleaning at the time, this made me feel that even in Japan we can no longer expect services such as safeguarding lost items.

    A wonderful Hotel in a convenient location

    Conveniently located near the station with a subway exit right next door, and a famous bakery on the first floor, this Hotel is very convenient with direct subway access to Umeda. The Room was spacious, had a beautiful night view, and the bathroom area was clean; the bathtub was also large and comfortable. This time I chose a Plan with lounge access, and I was very satisfied—the lounge was spacious with a great selection of drinks and snacks. Breakfast was delicious across the board, especially with a wide variety of salads and desserts, making for a very satisfying start to the day. The price was reasonable as well, and it’s a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Osaka.

    Satisfied with the Premium Lounge

    I arrived earlier than check-in, so I asked the staff about nearby sightseeing spots. They recommended Tenjinbashi Shopping Street and a croquette shop—the croquettes were delicious. The lounge was very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was great; the smoothie was easy to drink and tasty. I’d love to stay again.

    Ideal for solo female travelers.

    I stayed alone this time. Check-in was late at night, but the Hotel is right in front of the station exit, so I felt safe. With the premium plan, the fridge was well stocked with drinks, and there were capsule-style coffee and tea options provided, so I didn’t need to go shopping at a convenience store and could relax during my stay. The amenity bar had not only skincare items but also hair oil and even sheet masks, so I felt it was more satisfying to stay at this Hotel even if it costs a little more than others. I also had breakfast this time. All the staff worked efficiently and provided warm, hospitable service, which made for a pleasant morning—and above all, the food was delicious!! It made me even happier that I chose this Hotel. The only disappointment was that there was a sewage smell in the bathroom (especially in the morning), which bothered me. This didn’t happen when I stayed in a twin Room last time, so it may depend on the Room. Even so, I’m very satisfied overall and would like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Recommended Hotel

    This was my first stay at the Hotel I’d been interested in for a long time. The lounge access was great, with a good selection of drinks and a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, and I was satisfied with everything. All the staff had wonderful smiles as well. It was such an enjoyable stay that I found myself wondering why I hadn’t stayed at this Hotel sooner. I’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

    Great value for money! If you're staying in Osaka Kita, this is the place to be.

    I used to live in Osaka, so I knew this Hotel, but once inside it was more impressive than I expected. With the IKYU perks, we were shown to the top-floor Premier Floor, with plenty of complimentary drinks provided, and we also had unlimited access to the Club Floor on the second floor. The Room had modern furnishings and was spacious enough—very comfortable—and given the great location, it’s definitely the best choice if you’re staying in Kita for this price range. If I had to say one thing, I would have liked a bit more water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was excellent—the morning steak was especially delicious.

    I use this place to relax in the lounge even though it’s nearby. The shower in the Room is a bit weak, but everything else is satisfactory.

    Some emergency equipment may be difficult to locate.

    I stayed at the accommodation shortly after the Hong Kong building fire. The evacuation equipment next to the elevator was hidden behind lace curtains, making it difficult to locate even during the day. When I informed the fire department, they mentioned that "since it is not a mandatory installation, we cannot enforce any action, but it's a shame for such evacuation equipment to go unused, so we will convey this." A few hours later, I received confirmation that they had informed the hotel. At that time, I was satisfied with their response. However, after learning about a sauna fatality incident in Akasaka, I realized how important it is not only to meet minimum requirements but also to maintain high disaster prevention awareness regularly. I wanted more people to be aware of evacuation equipment and rated each category as 1 star for this reason; however, in reality, guest rooms and amenities as well as onsen/bath facilities deserve 5 stars.

    The lounge was excellent.

    I had a great experience during my previous stay, so this time I booked a room with lounge access. There were muffins and light snacks, as well as wine and coffee to enjoy. The handmade breakfast dishes in the morning were delicious and satisfying.

    As amazing as ever!

    This was my third stay. I even decided to visit Osaka just to stay here. With a wide range of high-quality amenities, clean and comfortable rooms, luxurious breakfasts featuring Wagyu steak, and attentive service, this wonderful hotel always makes me happy every time I stay. The breakfast is especially impressive—I’m amazed every time by the quality of the steak and enjoy the variety of handmade salads, quiches, smoothies, Iberico pork dishes, crispy croissants as well as an extensive selection of Japanese cuisine. Every dish is exquisite. During my second stay on the premium floor, I enjoyed perks like an in-room coffee machine, complimentary drinks in the fridge, and light snacks at the lounge. In these times when hotel prices are soaring everywhere else, I truly appreciate how this hotel maintains both affordability and high quality. Thank you again for another wonderful experience!

    The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and despite the typhoon, I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay as they kindly stored my luggage after check-in. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, making it hard to resist overeating. The shower had good water pressure and temperature, with ample space in the bathroom. If I had to point out one minor issue, it would be the lack of a place to hang long dresses or coats on hangers due to the safe being placed under the closet. All staff members were highly hospitable, welcoming us with warm smiles and excellent service throughout our stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Osaka!

    I had a comfortable ...

    I had a comfortable stay on the Premium Floor. In the lounge, I enjoyed small pastries, muffins, dried fruits, and nuts along with drinks. The selection of beverages, including sparkling wine, seemed excellent. I also appreciated having drinks provided in the Room. There is a supermarket right in front and the location near the station was very convenient. Thank you!

    Simply outstanding.

    Stayed for 3 nights in Osaka for a business trip. Booked a room with separate bath and toilet, choosing a breakfast-included plan based on reviews. The cleanliness of the room, location, service, and everything else were impeccable! The breakfast exceeded expectations—it was truly amazing. The salad included not just greens but also thoughtfully prepared vegetables and chicken; the Wagyu beef cut steak was tender; desserts and drinks were well-prepared, making for a luxurious start to the day. Personally, I appreciated the chair in the bathroom as it was very helpful for someone like me with back pain. Additionally, having laundry facilities on the third floor allowed me to wash undergarments after sweating all day in this intense heat, ensuring a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. For future business trips to Osaka, I will make this hotel my regular accommodation! As feedback for improvement: 1) Enhanced digital environment: It would be great if USB ports could be installed alongside traditional power outlets for charging phones or PCs. 2) Improved internet environment: Depending on the room perhaps, but internet speed and stability were slightly lacking during my stay. 3) Upgraded TV features: Adding access to Amazon Prime or YouTube along with Netflix would be appreciated; also having laundry availability displayed on TV screens would enhance convenience further.

    Stayed here for the first time.

    The morning buffet was delicious! There was a variety of dishes, and they were presented beautifully, making it an enjoyable experience. The Room felt a bit small due to the large bed, but it was comfortable for one person. It was quiet as I couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms, which made my stay pleasant. One thing that bothered me was the smell of the shower curtain in the bathroom. While this might be unavoidable, it stood out because everything else was excellent.

    Breakfast Information

    The wagyu steak served at breakfast was tougher than expected and difficult to eat. Using flavorful beef without focusing solely on wagyu might be a better option.

    Just steps from Minamimorimachi Station

    The entrance is located right after climbing the stairs at Minamimorimachi Station, making it very convenient for trips to Umeda or Tennoji. The lounge offers a great selection of alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and snacks, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

    Room Amenities

    The T-fal appliance in the room was too dusty to use, which was disappointing. Additionally, the cleaning around the bed felt insufficient. However, the grilled onions and croissants at breakfast were very delicious.

    Just one stop from Umeda, comfortable stay with delicious breakfast.

    Located just one station away from Umeda at Minamimorimachi, the proximity to the station makes the distance negligible. In fact, being one station away means a more fulfilling experience with a well-stocked breakfast and amenity bar, along with clean and comfortable Rooms. The only inconvenience was the lack of power outlets on both sides of the bed, but everything else was excellent. Breakfast included is highly recommended!
