    The convenient location makes it invaluable during the harsh winter season.

    I frequently stay here as I often have work in Hokkaido that requires staying the night before. The price is higher compared to a regular Route Inn, but the Room and meals are better, so overall satisfaction is high.

    Both the Facility and location are excellent.

    I used Grande for the first time, and the Room's Facility was very well-equipped. Regarding the bath, the sauna was nice with a TV, but a cold bath seems indispensable as a set. I seriously thought about whether it would be possible to somehow place a cold bath, perhaps by placing a bathtub, while in the sauna, although it might be none of my business. There are no problems or issues for business use. Considering the location, it might be the best choice.

    Conveniently located close to the train station and bus terminal.

    It is really helpful to have a good location, especially when the weather is bad like this time. If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be the arrangement of the breakfast buffet. Since it's just a single line, even if you only want bread, salad, and drinks, you have to wait in line endlessly.

    The room structure is good as it is new, but the quality of breakfast is not quite satisfactory.

    Having stayed at local business hotels before and after, where I was disheartened by towels dyed in colors lacking cleanliness and instant coffee for breakfast, I was reminded of the differences in room structure and service offered by major chains. However, the quality of the paid breakfast was somewhat lacking. While the free breakfast at a typical Route Inn mostly consists of ready-made or simply reheated dishes, this hotel offered a few dishes with a little extra effort from the kitchen. Nonetheless, the main Western dish, bacon, contained so much phosphate (additive) that it shrank when cooked, and there was only margarine instead of butter. Considering the price difference with the no-meal plan, the quality was somewhat lacking.
