    A family-friendly Hotel

    We stayed here for a Disney Resort trip. The Room was clean, and the bathroom had a separate washing area, so it felt spacious and comfortable. Also, the freezer in the refrigerator worked exceptionally well compared with other Hotel stays, which was a big help even in summer. It may have been because it was during the Obon holiday period, but the coin laundry had only about four machines and was chaotic from evening to night... It was so crowded that if you were even three minutes late picking up your laundry, it would be taken out and removed. There was a drink service, which was very nice. The morning drink service offered hot drinks only, so it would be even better if iced drinks were available as well.

    The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming.

    We stayed here recently to visit DisneySea. We chose this Hotel again this year, following last year’s stay. The building felt very clean, and the exciting interior design from the moment we entered delighted our child. The Room decor was also adorable, with different colors by area. There were free drinks, and the lounge is spacious, so we were able to have breakfast together with my brother’s family who were staying in a separate Room, which was wonderful. I accidentally left a headband at the Hotel and contacted you after returning home. Even though you were busy, you responded quickly and even mailed it back with a warm message, which made me very happy. I would love to stay here again when we visit Disney. Thank you very much for everything!

    Great value for money! I’d love to stay again!

    After a day at Disneyland, I stayed here with my two children. We chose this Hotel because it was close to the park and affordable. We picked the “Room assigned on arrival” Plan to keep costs down, and since my kids are still small, I was a bit worried it might be a Room with a unit bath. But when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised—it was a family-type Room that can accommodate four people, with a bathroom that has a separate washing area. The kids were thrilled with the bunk beds, and the cute interior made it even better! I was also quietly happy to find a shoe dryer in the Room—since it rained that day and my kids’ shoes got soaked, it really helped us out. We didn’t include breakfast this time, but next time I’d like to try the breakfast option. This will probably become our go-to place to stay for future Disney trips!

    It was good value for the price.

    My wife stayed here with her sisters the night before going to Disneyland. She was satisfied, as the bathroom also had a washing area. One issue was that the airflow from the vent next to the extra bed seemed to bother her.

    Is it suitable for families with small children?

    The phone system is automated, making it difficult to inquire about the presence of a convenience store. Breakfast was a bento box, which was disappointing. The Room had two bunk beds and two single beds with separate bath and toilet, which seemed suitable for families. The shuttle bus to Disney had no service in the 6 PM hour, making it very inconvenient.

    This time, I made a reservation for my daughter's graduation trip. The Hotel staff provided excellent service, making it a wonderful graduation trip. Thank you very much for everything.
