    Conveniently located near the Shinkansen exit, with delicious breakfast.

    I stayed here on a business trip, and I was satisfied with how comfortable it was, with new Facilities. The breakfast was delicious for me as well, and it is very convenient because it is close to the station. Thank you.

    I stay here every year on my annual trip to Kyoto. This time, they prepared a fairly spacious Room on the top floor for me. Thank you for the great service. I’ve stayed many times, so the amenities and other facilities were very convenient. As for breakfast, perhaps due to rising prices, it felt like the quality had dropped a little, though that may be unavoidable. One disappointment was that I asked at the front desk about going to Mt. Hiei and went to the bus stop, only to find that service had not started yet at that time. I checked on my phone as well, and the staff also looked it up on their computer, so it may have been an issue with the bus operator. I changed plans and went to Nara instead and had a wonderful time. Overall, I think the staff are kind and helpful. As I’m getting older, I’m not sure how long I’ll be able to continue traveling alone like this, but I hope to stay with you again when I visit next time.

    Hotel with Excellent Front Desk Staff Only

    ① Upon entering the Room and checking the bathroom, the shower curtain was closed (a bit startling as it felt like someone might be hiding). ② The hand soap container was broken and unusable. ③ During breakfast, pickled items should be displayed visibly (not left with lids closed). ④ The only highlight was the front desk staff's efficiency and excellent smile. No other redeeming qualities; prices need to be lowered to stay competitive.

    Tourism - No Meals Included

    Close to Kyoto Station, making it convenient to leave luggage and enjoy sightseeing hands-free. The room is a standard business hotel type. The unit bath in the room has a small bathtub, which felt a bit cramped. Overall, the hotel is clean and offers good value for money for accommodation purposes.

    Thank you for staying with us again.

    This was my third stay. As a senior solo traveler, proximity to the station is the most important factor. I also value breakfast as an essential part of my day, so I prefer to avoid business hotels with overly simple offerings. That said, luxury hotels are out of reach for someone on a pension, and this Hotel feels just right. The daily menu changes and includes plenty of tofu and vegetables. However, this time I chose a slightly larger Room that faced a main road, so I could hear quite a bit of traffic noise. By the second night, I got used to it and managed to sleep reasonably well. The air conditioner was directly above the headboard and made noticeable noise; in the end, I turned it off while sleeping. Despite fluctuating temperatures and mostly rainy weather during my stay, I still found ways to enjoy myself. It wasn’t peak tourist season either, which was nice. If possible, I'd like to visit again in another season—but as a senior solo traveler, who knows how long I'll be able to continue these trips?
