  The shower room and toilet were clean, which was great. I’d like to stay here again.

  Sometimes it’s a bit pricey for me, but it’s just right.

  Because it’s close to my workplace, I use this Hotel when I have consecutive shifts. What first caught my interest was during the COVID period, when I happened to pass by and saw a male staff member carefully wiping the door from top to bottom (it may have been a walnut-wood door). The door itself stood out to me, and so did his sincere attitude. I think I’ve stayed in all four Room types. Here, the smallest Room—a semi-double—is just right for me. Compared with nearby Business Hotels, the rate is higher, but the Rooms are more spacious—and above all, you can switch between heating and cooling in each Room! In this generally mild season, Business Hotels are tough for someone like me who gets cold easily. At larger properties with centralized building control, you may be able to adjust the temperature somewhat, but you can’t choose heating or cooling in your own Room. I’ll stop my comments here for now. It’s a refined space with just the right atmosphere for spending time alone. This time there was hair from a previous guest stuck in the shower room, so I deducted one star.

  I was able to have a comfortable stay.

  I was attracted by the location in front of Higobashi Station and made a reservation, but I was able to enjoy my stay more due to the comfort of the room than the convenience. Being able to take off my shoes and enter the room was calming, and I appreciated not having to place large luggage inside the room thanks to the spacious entrance. It was a long stay, but I was able to spend the entire time comfortably.

  I used a different r...

  I used a different room this time. Not much difference. Here's what I noticed this time. When I was about to take the elevator, a cleaning staff was throwing a large number of bags inside, which made me feel uncomfortable. That's not good. As for the room, the area around the washbasin is dark, making it difficult to use the hairdryer. Also, there's a circulator running next to the front desk, and it's very dusty. Please clean it.
