    An Exceedingly Satisfying Hotel

    Because our flight was early in the morning, our family of three stayed here. Since it was inexpensive, I expected a run-down Business Hotel, but it was a much nicer Hotel than I imagined—in a good way. However, we were told that parking cannot be reserved. As it was peak season, I felt uneasy and tried to call in advance to confirm, but the phone system made it difficult to speak with anyone, and it took quite some time to reach a staff member. When I finally did, the staff member was a foreign employee whose Japanese was not very strong. They kept repeating, “Parking cannot be reserved,” and even when I asked, “What happens if it’s full?” they only said, “Reservations aren’t possible. It will probably be fine.” During our trip we were told we could park for 1,000 yen per night at the Hotel (which would have been ideal), but because of the uncertainty we ended up reserving another parking lot instead. In the end, this Hotel also has second and third parking areas, so there was plenty of space. I understand efficiency matters, but I think at least phone support should be handled by Japanese staff or someone who can communicate properly in Japanese.

    The lobby service is good, but the in-room facilities are outdated.

    The lobby service was very good, but the in-room Facility was outdated. The bed sheets were torn, and although the bathroom had been wiped down, there was hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling. The floor by the entrance door was already warped.

    The front desk staff were very kind and courteous. The free shuttle bus was very convenient. The service was excellent. However, the bathroom was especially dark, and the shower curtain smelled strongly of dampness. Overall, it did not feel very clean.

    A growing number of international guests are staying with us! Please complete check-in/check-out and use the Facility early.

    This was my first stay in a Hollywood Twin Room. I’ve stayed here several times, and because I like the interior, I always chose the Corner Twin Room. Each time I requested a Room with a good view of the airport, but this one has an even better view. I’m glad I followed your advice. What’s different from before is that the number of international guests has increased dramatically! With its convenient location near the airport, reasonable rates, and great plane views, it’s clearly popular. I’ve had reasons to visit Chiba over the past few years, so of course I knew there were more overseas visitors, but after the holiday period (which may differ from overseas), both inside the Accommodation and at the airport there were crowds like never before! Since there aren’t many Shuttle Service or train options, I recommend heading out early to make sure you’re on time. To all the staff—thank you for your hard work. Thank you very much.

    The meals are delicious.

    We stayed here to visit Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. The free shuttle bus from Narita Airport was very convenient. We had planned to have dinner at Narita Airport, but choosing the Hotel buffet was the right decision. There was steak as well, and it was very tender and delicious—our grandchild loved it too. The dessert selection was also plentiful and enjoyable. The front desk staff were courteous and kindly provided helpful information. We could see airplanes from our Room, which everyone enjoyed. Having the bath and toilet in one space gave us pause, but the bathtub was relatively deep and spacious, so we could soak up to our shoulders comfortably. Given the location, there were many international guests, but most were Western visitors who observed good manners, so we were able to spend a quiet stay. Thank you very much.

    Location: Very close...

    Location: Very close to Narita Airport. The free Shuttle Service is very convenient. Room: Spacious enough. The facilities are a bit dated, but there were no particular issues. Service: The front desk staff were kind and provided excellent service. Points to note: The walls may be a bit thin, so the soundproofing felt somewhat limited.

    We had dinner at the nearby Terminal 3. Since it was right before our trip, the food court was just right.

    I would like to stay here again.

    We didn't use the airport this time, but we stayed for one night to enjoy the New Year's travel atmosphere. The Superior Twin Room on the 12th floor was spacious with spotless facilities, allowing for a comfortable stay. Watching planes take off added to the fun of our visit. The meals offered a variety of options, so we never got bored. In an era where small beer glasses are common, it was refreshing to enjoy a large mug of draft beer (1,400 yen!). Having stayed at several hotels near Narita, this is one Hotel we'd love to revisit.

    This is my second stay using Narita Airport. I received polite answers to my pre-stay inquiry emails, which made me feel very comfortable using the accommodation. The front desk staff are always kind and provide pleasant service. The availability of a bus to the airport is also greatly appreciated. I will stay here again when I use Narita Airport next time.

    The Room is clean, but the free bus service ends early.

    I made a sudden reservation as my daughter's flight was canceled. The room is either newly renovated or new, and it is very clean. However, the bus to the Aeon Mall and back ends around 7 PM, so we had to take a taxi to get there. Some hotels seem to offer buses until 8 or 9 PM. A one-way taxi ride costs over 3,000 yen, so it would be great if there were more bus services available.

    Bathtub Drain

    I stayed overnight due to an early flight the next morning. The Room was comfortable, but when I used the shower in the bathtub, the drainage couldn't keep up, and water gradually pooled around my feet, which was disappointing. I have stayed in a different type of Room before and never experienced any drainage issues until this time. Other than that, everything was fine and comfortable, so I'm considering whether to stay again next time.

    This is my regular accommodation in Narita.

    During the latter half of Golden Week, I stayed at this hotel for a night before heading overseas with a friend. This is the same hotel where I stayed years ago before my honeymoon, making it a memorable place for me. Whenever I use Narita Airport, I always choose this accommodation. This time, due to unusual stormy weather caused by low pressure, my family member drove me to the hotel. After checking in and entering the room, I noticed that the air conditioning was on. Since the room was cold, I tried increasing the temperature but it didn’t get warmer. When I contacted the front desk, they informed me it was set to cooling mode. On such a cool day, air conditioning seemed unnecessary. I think having a large public bath would make this accommodation even better. However, having instant coffee and tea available at the amenities section near reception is very convenient and appreciated. Just as we have aged over time, this hotel has undergone several renovations over the years as well. Despite newer hotels being available now, my fond memories of starting our honeymoon here keep bringing me back. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious as always! Since it was during Golden Week, we checked out early to avoid crowds but still had to wait in line initially for luggage storage and transport services—hopefully these can be managed more efficiently next time. I’ve already made another reservation here—thank you again for your hospitality!

    Convenient and Comfortable Hotel

    Stayed for one night after returning from an overseas trip. The shuttle bus was very crowded, but we arrived at the Hotel smoothly. The Room was spacious, clean, and bright, providing a relaxing end to our journey. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying. Thank you!

    Conveniently located near Narita Airport.

    There is a shuttle bus from Narita Airport, and even without it, the Hotel is easily accessible by taxi. The front desk, lobby, and restaurant are very clean and nice! The rooms are average. If the bathroom and toilet facilities were renovated, it would become a perfectly better Hotel.

    I used it to access Narita Airport. I had three suitcases, but the large Room was helpful. However, it was unfortunate that the heating was too strong and it was hot.

    The driver is the worst.

    I used the shuttle bus from Narita Airport to the Hotel, but the bus driver was terrible. He clicked his tongue and had an arrogant attitude when I handed over my luggage. I think that driver should quit for the sake of the Hotel. The excitement I had before the trip disappeared. There were no such people among the Hotel staff, but just having one such person as the shuttle bus driver leaves a bad impression of the Hotel.

    I would definitely like to stay again when using Narita Airport.

    The hotel may be old, but it is well-cleaned, the staff is well-trained, and with the convenience of a drugstore, convenience store, and business center, I think it's a wonderful hotel. I also used the restaurant for lunch, and the taste was good. What makes me even happier is the convenience of the large shuttle bus between the hotel and the airport. It's a very pleasing service. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to use it when traveling abroad via Narita Airport. However, one disappointing thing that bothered me was the smell of the laundered bath towels, which was unpleasant. Next time, I hope to feel comfortable with bath towels that have a fresh scent.
