    The breakfast is delicious.

    The lobby and Room are spacious, new, and clean. Breakfast is a buffet, and the rice in particular is delicious. Very satisfied. I’d like to stay at Daiwa Roynet again in another area.

    Wonderful

    This was my first time staying with this Hotel chain. It was wonderful, and I was very satisfied. The Room design, usability, and bed comfort were all excellent—nothing to complain about. If I had to ask for one thing, a slightly better breakfast would make it even more outstanding.

    So disappointing!!

    The Hotel was conveniently located near the station and was truly clean. However, these days there are no amenities in the Room, and you have to pick up the amenities you need at the front desk at check-in before going to your Room. (Is this really necessary with prices rising?) The bathroom towels were only a bath towel and a face towel. I would like at least one hand towel. Lastly, when I looked up at the ceiling in the Room, wallpaper was peeling off in many places, which was unpleasant. (Room 607) The food is not good either, so I choose No Meals Included. (The food at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku is delicious.) I stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotels because the toilet and bathtub are separated at all locations. (I think this is very good.)

    Always satisfied

    The Roynet Hotel in Koriyama offers better value for money than in Sendai, and the staff’s hospitality is even more outstanding. The location is also excellent. There’s nothing to complain about.

    About Cleaning and Housekeeping

    My wife stayed here, but she found two hairs stuck to the shelf in the washroom, which was very unpleasant. In addition, the pajamas and pillowcase had a body-odor and cigarette smell, which made her feel sick and prevented her from sleeping well. I’m sure they are washed, but the odor seemed to have set in. I would like you to replace them with new ones on a regular basis.

    Cosmetics and toiletries

    I always enjoy staying here—it’s consistently clean and comfortable. Toiletries are thoughtfully provided in a way that avoids waste, allowing guests to pick up only what they need at the front desk before heading to their room, which is environmentally considerate. One thing to note: I believe lotion and moisturizer used to be available, but they were not in the room or at the front desk this time, so I had to buy them at a convenience store. I only noticed after my bath, so that was a bit inconvenient. Next time, I’ll bring my own.

    Because the check-in...

    Because the check-in/check-out is automated, it was difficult to communicate requests, so I would have preferred an in-person check-in if possible. I would like a chair in the bathroom washing area for elderly guests. It was convenient that the bathtub stopped filling automatically when it reached the right level. The staff at the breakfast venue on the second floor were very friendly and attentive.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store on the first floor, making for a comfortable stay. The Japanese restaurant (serving soba and more) on the first floor of the same building was delicious. I would love to stay here again when visiting Koriyama.

    I was very satisfied.

    This was my second stay, and this time I stayed with a "Room Type Up to Us" Plan. I was very satisfied overall with the room, which had a separate bathtub and shower. If I were to point out areas for improvement, the toilet paper holder's position behind the toilet made it inconvenient to use, and one side of the bathtub had a step that prevented me from fully stretching my legs. I hope these points will be considered in future room designs.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    I stayed for work. It was my first time in Koriyama, but I could see the hotel as the Shinkansen arrived at Koriyama Station. Thanks to that, I reached the hotel without any trouble. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Amenities were available in the lobby for guests to take as needed, including a local bath additive which I used right away. Breakfast also featured local specialties, which was interesting. Thank you to all the staff for your excellent service!

    The location is close to the station and easy to find even for first-timers, though the entrance was a bit hard to locate. I later realized there are two entrances, which made it more convenient. Although I didn’t use it this time, there’s a convenience store right by the entrance, which seems very handy. The front desk is on the 4th floor. Check-in took a little longer initially because I arrived earlier than my scheduled check-in time—my mistake. However, the staff responded sincerely and quickly prepared my Room. Amenities are available on the 4th-floor lobby; you can pick them up before heading to your Room via elevator. The Room had ample space for one person with a bathroom and toilet next to each other but separated by doors for ease of use. Towels, shampoo, a hairdryer, and other essentials were provided. The desk in the Room had a refrigerator and built-in power outlets, while an additional outlet was available near the bed—making it comfortable for relaxation. One minor issue was that conversations in the hallway could be heard quite clearly inside the Room; keeping voices down in common areas would be advisable. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable stay! I’d love to stay here again if given another opportunity.

    Close to the station and convenient to use. The Room was clean, spacious, and easy to use. The bathroom is separate, but there was no stool or washbasin. While a washbasin may not be necessary as the shower suffices, a stool is essential. As mobility decreases with age, not having a stool in the bathroom can feel unsafe. The breakfast buffet had some shortcomings; items that should have been served warm were cold, and there were limited side dishes for rice, which might leave those who prefer Japanese-style meals unsatisfied.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station, with a convenience store and café on the first floor, and many restaurants nearby. The Room is new, clean, and features a bathroom with a washing area. Last time I visited by JR train; this time I came by car. Parking was available right behind the Hotel. Overall, very convenient—I'll stay here again if I have work in Koriyama next time.

    Very satisfied!

    Very satisfied! I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. It was my first time staying here, but I was very pleased with the location and the spacious, clean Room. I could hear the sound of the bullet train passing by, but it wasn't loud enough to bother me. Highly recommended Hotel.

    The front desk staff were kind, and the Room was overall clean and comfortable. Being close to the station made it easy to shop for souvenirs, and above all, the dining options within the same building were excellent.

    The communication via email until the day of travel was courteous, allowing me to enjoy my trip with peace of mind. The Hotel was very clean and felt more spacious compared to other Business Hotels. The bathroom had a relaxing design, featuring a glass door separating it from the toilet instead of being a unit bath. It was also nice to have both an overhead shower and a regular shower for use. The bed was comfortable, and the hairdryer provided was of good quality. It would have been even better if the pajamas were separate top and bottom pieces, and if toothbrushes were color-coded for easier distinction. I would love to stay here again!

    I have stayed in Koriyama several times, but this was the best. The Room is spacious, and I liked that the toilet and bathroom are separate. It is also close to the station, so I was very satisfied.

    Caution Required

    Check-in is from 2:00 PM, but even after 3:00 PM, the Room was not ready. The front desk explained that "the Room cleaning is not yet finished." They only gave a brief explanation and asked us to wait in the lobby until the Room was ready. Not being able to provide service on time and handling it so casually felt very unpleasant. For those considering staying here, please be cautious to avoid a similar experience.

    The clean and quiet Room featured a spacious working desk and a comfortable working chair, making it very convenient. The toilet and bathroom were separate, with a deep and long bathtub that provided the comfort of bathing at home. Despite the limited space, everything necessary was well-equipped, making it a highly functional Room. Located right in front of the station with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, the location is extremely convenient. I would love to stay here again when visiting Koriyama.

    Separate beds are preferred.

    We prefer separate washbasin and bath areas, and the more spacious, the better, though it’s not always possible. This time, it worked within our budget. When arriving by car, we had trouble finding the garage as it wasn’t visible on the navigation system. Clearer signage would be appreciated. The increasingly automated Hotel systems are a learning experience for us. We didn’t notice if there was a morning newspaper service available.

    Cozy Hotel

    Stayed at the accommodation after a year. The room had a massage chair, which helped relieve travel fatigue. I have always chosen this accommodation for its spacious bathroom, and this time as well, I enjoyed a relaxing bath.

    I'm glad I chose this place again!

    This is my second stay. I used it again this time because my previous stay was very good. Since it is located in front of Koriyama Station, there is no shortage of dining options. The room is generally compact, but it is very clean and has ample space. There was nothing inconvenient during my stay. As with the previous time, the service at the front desk (by a foreign staff member) was very pleasant, and their smile was soothing. I would definitely like to use it again.

    I used it for a business trip. The location is good, just a 1-minute walk from Koriyama Station, and there is a convenience store on the first floor, which is convenient. What I like the most is that the Room has a semi-separate type bathroom. And the bathroom is spacious. The Room is also clean, and I was personally satisfied with the firmness of the bed. The front desk staff's service is very pleasant and kind. I would definitely like to use it again next month.
