    View of Mount Fuji

    The Facility seemed relatively new, and I was able to spend my time comfortably and cleanly. The bath was spacious and pleasant. Breakfast was sufficient in both content and quantity. I did not use the dinner service, so I cannot comment on it. The view of Mount Fuji from within the Facility was partially obstructed, about one-fourth on the right, by the Hotel diagonally in front. However, if you go to the far end of the second floor of the parking lot, the view was quite nice. Since this was a business trip, the view of Mount Fuji was just a "bonus" for me.

    Very satisfied!

    I used it as a pre-stay before my trip. Since the only available room was a semi-double, it was a bit cramped for two people, but I was glad it was available. There was also an Onsen, so I was able to relax and prepare for the trip starting the next day. The next morning, I was even more satisfied as I could see Mount Fuji very beautifully.

    I used a twin room. The hotel is clean and the surrounding area has parks for walking and restaurants, making it very convenient. The large public bath was also satisfying, and it relieved my driving fatigue. However, I was initially confused by the passcode. The jinbei pajamas were also nice. The coffee in the lobby and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items, and even though it was a multiple night stay, the menu changed a bit, which was very satisfying. It was unfortunate that I couldn't see Mt. Fuji due to the bad weather, but if I stay in Fuji again, I would like to reserve this hotel.

    The building itself ...

    The building itself is clean. The parking lot is good as it can accommodate several cars. The location is excellent. However, I think the cleaning is inadequate. I stayed in a Comfort Single. There were fingerprints and cup stains on the table in the Room. There were also food crumbs left on the floor. What shocked me the most was that the toilet was left dirty. I wonder what kind of cleaning was done... I understand it was a busy weekend, but I would like the cleaning to be thorough, as staying in a Room with the previous guest's dirt is truly unpleasant.

    Best value for money

    It would be nice to have drinking water in the changing room, but overall it is good, so I will visit again if I have the opportunity.

    The bedding on the bed was cold.

    The futon was damp and cold, and it hadn't been dried properly. My colleague in the next room said the same thing.

    The breakfast was good.

    I was pleased with the wide variety of items at the breakfast buffet. The plum-flavored croquette was delicious. The front desk service was reassuring with their smiles. The parking was convenient as I used the second floor by going up the slope. The large public bath was pleasant. Everything I look for in a business hotel was there.
