    I always stay here—it's incredibly close to the station and offers excellent value for money!

    Excellent location

    Because the parking is a multi-story garage, taller vehicles could not enter, but there was the Bashamichi Underground Parking Lot a short distance away, so it wasn’t much of a problem. However, thanks to the excellent location, getting around and accessing various places was very convenient. I will stay here again when I visit Yokohama.

    Conveniently located near Kannai Station, but somewhat too upscale for short stays.

    Although I live in Tokyo, I made a Reservation for a short stay with No Meals Included because I had to work past midnight and couldn’t get home, and needed to return to the office early the next morning. I called in advance, and they handled my late-night check-in smoothly even after midnight. The room was clean, and with comfortable bedding I was able to sleep well despite the short stay. However, it took too long to fill the bathtub, which was disappointing. Given the current situation, it may be unavoidable, but I felt that half the price would have been more appropriate. I’d like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

    Points of concern

    - The shower head and hose connection was partially torn, so water constantly sprayed from that area when the shower was running. It also couldn’t be hung on the lower holder due to the damage, which was inconvenient (it could be hung on the higher one). - There was what seemed to be an extra cushion placed next to the pillow. If it isn’t re-covered for each guest, I don’t think it’s appropriate to leave it by the pillow. - When I opened the refrigerator, a thin insect about 1 cm long was crawling inside, which was unpleasant. Pest control may be necessary. - The breakfast restaurant is small and there is no staff guiding guests. The selection is limited; in that case, it might be better to offer a set menu instead. - The location is a few minutes from Bashamichi Station, and Chinatown is within walking distance. It didn’t feel particularly good value for money. Aside from the front desk, it gave me the impression that staffing overall was insufficient.

    This Hotel offers great value for money.

    This Hotel offers great value for money, and I have stayed here multiple times. The Room is clean with no major complaints, but this time I found a few strands of hair left on the bathroom handrail, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the air conditioning is noisy and makes it difficult to sleep unless turned off at night.

    It's been a while since my last stay!!

    The customer records were well-maintained, and despite it being a while since my last visit, the parking arrangements were prepared based on previous information without needing to call for a reservation. I was very pleased! Hotels with such hospitality make me want to return again. Thank you!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The bed was spacious, the unit bath area was clean, and it was a very comfortable room. I would love to stay at this hotel again if I have the chance.

    The best business hotel

    I arrived late at night, but I was comforted by the courteous service at the front desk. The cleaning was thorough, and there were no points of concern. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, but the sound of the trains was quite noticeable. It didn't bother me, but I think it might be an issue for those who are sensitive to noise. I would like to stay here again.

    Convenient and Comfortable

    I used it for a business trip. It was close to Kannai Station and convenient. The Room was clean and spacious enough. The staff at the breakfast venue on the 1st floor were kind, and there was a variety of food, allowing me to enjoy both Japanese and Western cuisine, which was delicious. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    The interior is beautiful, but

    The interior, bath, and washbasin were spacious and easy to use, and the bed was fluffy, allowing for a good night's rest. However, it was disappointing to find so much hair on the floor that I wondered if it had been cleaned. Other than that, I felt it offered good value for money.
