    The Room is clean.

    It was a relaxing Hotel. The Room was clean. The shower water pressure is tolerable for one day. However, the dinner was delicious. I will skip breakfast next time as it was ordinary and lacked local ingredients. It's a lovely Hotel, but it's a bit disappointing in this regard.

    Comfortable Hotel

    I often used this Hotel when I worked at Okayama University. Although it is quite far from the station and closer to Okayama University, making it less suitable for this trip, I stayed for two nights out of nostalgia. The Hotel has an elegant atmosphere and provided a comfortable stay. It’s a great Hotel. The Italian restaurant was particularly satisfying in both taste and portion size. When we had some leftover pizza, they kindly packed it for us to take away, which was much appreciated. With convenient bus and taxi access, I highly recommend this Hotel.

    Excellent

    I stayed for sightseeing purposes. I had reserved a Junior Suite, but I was upgraded on the day of check-in. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, providing a very relaxing atmosphere. The sofa was large enough for an adult to lie down comfortably. The bathroom was also spacious, easily accommodating myself and my older child together. Amenities were fully stocked with nothing lacking; I especially appreciated the individually packaged shampoos for hygienic use and the sturdy hairbrush that wasn’t foldable—it left a great impression on me. The only downside would be that the breakfast buffet had fewer options compared to other accommodations, but since I don’t eat much in the morning, it didn’t bother me at all. If I have another chance to visit Okayama, this is definitely a hotel I’d want to stay at again!

    We had a relaxing stay.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. During our stay, we truly appreciated the warm support and service from all the staff. The Room was clean, and we enjoyed the view of the sports center grounds from the window, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast in particular was excellent and thoughtfully prepared with health in mind, which left a strong impression on us. Since our child is living in Okayama, we would be happy to stay again if we have another opportunity.

    Thank you for your patronage!

    I stayed for two nights for the Forest Art Festival. The Hotel is located across from the General Sports Park, and I enjoyed the view of the park's colorful trees from the Room. I had dinner at the Italian restaurant on the 1st floor, but the volume of the prefix course was so large that I couldn't finish it. I felt sorry for the chef. The gentleman in charge of service at the restaurant kindly helped me with directions to the Tsuyama area. The front desk staff were also kind, allowing me to enjoy my stay in Okayama with peace of mind. Okayama has many ancient tombs and historical sites, and two nights and three days were not enough, so I will definitely visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The room and view we...

    The room and view were wonderful, but I was surprised to find no bath salts when I expected to enjoy a bath in the large tub! I would have preferred bath salts over a nail file or sewing kit. I had reserved breakfast for 8:30, but it was mostly leftovers. The dusty, cold menu had few options, and the restaurant staff engaged in a lot of private conversations, which was deeply disappointing. After the meal, while I was in the elevator, a housekeeping staff member got on without greeting me, and when we got off on the same floor, they exited first, which left me astonished. Although the front desk staff was pleasant, I hope all staff members realize they are part of the hotel team. By the way, the Italian restaurant was very delicious and satisfying.

    Disappointing meals

    Stayed during an Obon homecoming trip. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant inside the Hotel. The Reviews were good so we had high expectations, but it was disappointing. The conger eel appetizer had too many small bones, so I left it. I usually enjoy it, but neither the pasta nor the other dishes stood out as particularly tasty, and we ended up leaving a lot. As for breakfast, I think the buffet selection was the smallest among any Hotels I’ve stayed at. Since the price was reasonable, I didn’t expect much, but there were few salads and breads, and there was almost no fruit left with no refills until it ended. I’m someone who likes to eat a proper breakfast, so this was surprising for a Hotel. Also, inside the Italian restaurant there was a small fish tank with what looked like a single sea bream swimming in it; it didn’t match the rest of the interior and felt more like a live fish tank at a traditional Japanese restaurant. The guest room is old, but the bathroom area was clean, and I thought the parking lot being spacious was good.

    I was very satisfied...

    I was very satisfied. My only regret was that after debating where to have dinner, I ended up eating at the family restaurant next door. I should have simply dined at the Italian restaurant in the Hotel. The Room, building, and restaurant were all clean, and the front desk staff were very kind. The shower water pressure was a little weak.

    A premium Hotel where you can relax in comfort

    I stayed here on short notice for a business trip. The Hotel has a parking lot, and parking was free of charge. I had a park-view Room, and in the morning I could relax with the curtains fully open while enjoying an exceptional view. The Room had a calm atmosphere overall, which was very nice. I would like to stay again next time.

    We stayed here on a family trip. The Room was spacious, the meals at the first-floor restaurant were delicious, and the staff were kind, making it a wonderful trip.
