    The large public bath and breakfast were great.

    Although the building (guest rooms) is old, we were very satisfied with the large public bath and breakfast on the top floor (13th floor). The parking staff were also kind, and we would like to stay again.

    The guest room floor is a bit dated.

    Because this is an older Hotel, I understand that the noise from opening and closing the guest room doors may be unavoidable, but it made it hard to relax. The Onsen was open late at night, so I could use it when it was less crowded and unwind.

    I visit Obihiro several times a year, and this was my first stay here. The Moor Onsen, meals, and Room exceeded my expectations, and I was very satisfied. Overall, the staff were also very courteous. However, during my two-night stay, I twice witnessed non-guests entering and leaving guest Rooms (very young women in their late teens to early twenties visiting male guests), which made me extremely uncomfortable. Whatever business they may be involved in is not usually any of my concern, but I did not expect to encounter it within the areas where I was staying (even if that makes me sound naive). It felt like my vacation was disrupted, and it also seemed to undermine the efforts of staff who work hard to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. What I find particularly problematic is that the Hotel appears to tolerate this situation and has not taken any measures to restrict it (such as posting notices). It was an eye-opening lesson that this may be part of what lies behind the low price. At present, I cannot recommend it to friends. Disappointing.

    Water is not available.

    The Room bath was nice. The large public bath was crowded, and it was mostly cold baths, so I couldn’t really enjoy it. The worst part was the Room Facility. All of a sudden, we were told that water had stopped running throughout the entire Hotel, so the toilet and sink could not be used. The only notice was an in-house announcement just a few minutes before check-out. At check-out, there was no guidance about any partial refund or compensation. It makes me wonder why this Hotel is listed on IKYU.

    Clean and beautiful, delicious meals, heartfelt service and hospitality.

    Located near Obihiro Station and close to the nightlife district, this Hotel offers an excellent location where you’ll never have trouble finding food or drinks at night. The parking lot includes a multi-story facility and partnerships, making it perfect for those who wish to park their car and head out again. The lobby, front desk, Onsen, and guest rooms are all exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The Onsen features the famous moor hot spring water, which is a rare treat at this price point. Breakfast is served as a buffet packed with delicious specialties from the Tokachi region. Every dish was incredibly flavorful—truly impressive. Having visited Hokkaido multiple times before, I can confidently say that this Hotel offers some of the best cuisine in its price range. Additionally, when I contacted them later regarding forgotten items left behind during my stay, their response was extremely kind and thorough. Thanks to their attentive service, I was able to retrieve my belongings without disrupting my travel plans. This Hotel truly lives up to its name as a premier destination with outstanding rooms, dining options, and service—a perfect combination for any traveler!

    Very good Hotel.

    The front desk, breakfast area, and other staff members were numerous, which left a strong impression. The breakfast was very well-prepared. This time, Obihiro beef steak was served in the morning; it was incredibly tender and seemed to be very popular as it disappeared quickly every time it was replenished. The Onsen is located underground, but the open-air bath has an open ceiling, making it reasonably bright. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we could only faintly see the mountains from the 13th-floor restaurant. Without the fog, I’m sure the view would have been beautiful. I look forward to staying here again next time!

    The Onsen located underground and the breakfast were excellent. However, the non-smoking room had an unpleasant smell of tobacco, likely coming through the ventilation system.

    Strong pungent odor

    I stayed for one night, but the odor in the assigned Room was overwhelming. I used the deodorizing spray provided in the Room, but its effect lasted only 20-30 minutes against the strong, irritating smell that stung my eyes and lips. When I returned at night and went to bed, I had to open the window, turn on the bathroom ventilation fan, and leave the bathroom door open for air circulation. Due to low outside temperatures, the Room became cold, and I ended up dozing off intermittently until morning without proper rest, leaving me exhausted. It seems likely that all fabrics such as carpets, curtains, and bed mattresses were unhygienic. I urge Hotel management to inspect and improve these unhealthy sanitary conditions for guests' well-being.

    The breakfast was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen.

    The building and facility itself are old, so I thought it was an ordinary business hotel, but the renovated large public bath in the basement was clean and spacious, allowing me to unexpectedly enjoy the moor Onsen. The breakfast was also hearty with plenty of options and satisfying. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Obihiro.

    Hotel with Onsen

    Obihiro is famous for its moor hot springs, and this Hotel also features them. It includes a sauna, making it very comfortable on cold days. The Room is a standard Business Hotel type, but its proximity to the station and dining areas makes it highly convenient.

    We stayed as a group...

    We stayed as a group of three. Unlike other hotels where the third bed is often a simple one, all three beds here were spacious and comfortable. The moor onsen baths and open-air baths were very relaxing, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, which was highly satisfying. It was so affordable that we almost felt guilty. It was extremely comfortable. Thank you very much!

    Face towel

    Onsen towels are delivered to the Room, but when I used one for my morning face wash and tried to borrow another for the bath, I was met with very unkind treatment. Three female staff members said various things, and reluctantly told me I could borrow one at the front desk. However, just as I was about to go there, they brought out a spare towel from the bath area, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Usually, face towels are not reused and are prepared as one per person. Until last year, they were freely available in the bath area, so this change is quite disappointing. Other than that, I was generally satisfied with my stay and hope to visit again if possible.

    Onsen

    The Onsen water was slightly slippery and lukewarm, but the quality was excellent. Despite not being hot, it kept me warm for a while, and my skin felt smooth afterward. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, almost too many to finish, and I especially enjoyed the local specialties (milk, yogurt, and pork rice bowl) with detailed descriptions provided. The Hotel is conveniently located with restaurants nearby, making the location very favorable.

    It was my first visi...

    It was my first visit. I arrived a little early, but I was grateful to be allowed to proceed with the check-in as the preparation for the Room was already complete. The authentic moor Onsen with a large public bath, sauna, and open-air bath was very relaxing. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet at the top-floor restaurant with a great view. There were plenty of tasty options, including roast beef. However, I felt it would have been nice to have some seafood to add a touch of Hokkaido's uniqueness. I will visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I stayed here for a business trip. Although the bath had a limited number of tubs, the temperature was just right, and I was satisfied with the sauna and cold bath. The breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options. I was so satisfied that I couldn't eat lunch after having seconds. I would definitely like to use this place again.

    This is my second stay. There is a natural onsen that is reasonably satisfying for a business hotel. There is nothing particularly noteworthy, but it is affordable and convenient, so it is a good option if you are not too particular.

    This was my second stay. The food is delicious and the bath water is excellent, but the bath next to the open-air bath always has dirty hair floating in it, which makes me not want to enter, so I hope something can be done about it. Other than that, I am satisfied.

    It was conveniently located near Obihiro Station, and we could walk to the pork bowl restaurant we were aiming for. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. We were satisfied because we could also enjoy the Onsen called Moor Onsen. The only disappointment was that the previous guest's trash was left on the carpet in the room. If I have the opportunity to visit the Obihiro area again, I would like to stay here.

    I am satisfied with being able to enjoy the Onsen.

    Since we are staying with three women, a large public bath is essential. We are happy that this is an onsen. The breakfast was delicious, and we all got full. The room had a strange layout, but it was just big enough for three people. It seems we didn't know how to use the refrigerator, as the ice packs we intended to freeze were not frozen at all... Anyway, thank you for taking care of us!

    The hot springs are great!

    The hot spring in the basement was great! The sauna was a bit dim and hard to see, but the not-so-hot hot spring was nice! Also, the restaurant upstairs offered a 270-degree view, making it a pleasant place to enjoy breakfast! It was also great that I could park my bike!
