    It was great.

I had planned to stay for three nights, but my flight from Nemuro was canceled, so it suddenly became a two-night stay. Even so, the staff kindly accommodated me, which was very helpful. Also, everyone on the staff (front desk, breakfast venue, and housekeeping) greeted me pleasantly, and it made a great impression. The location was also excellent and very convenient for going out, so I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    As a Diamond member,...

As a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a Premium Twin Room. It was spacious and comfortable. The large public bath was also very nice. The shower with a mist setting was excellent. The building itself felt a bit dated, but the Room was well cleaned, and the bathroom fixtures had been renovated, which was great.

I didn’t have high expectations, but it was a good Hotel.

Hotel rates in Sapporo have been soaring lately, so I made a Reservation for two nights at this Hotel, which is relatively affordable considering it has an Onsen. It’s clearly an older Business Hotel, and perhaps because I booked a smoking Room by mistake, the cigarette smell in the Room was quite strong, which was disappointing. Aside from that, the amenities and loungewear were sufficient, there was a safety deposit box, and the toilet-and-bath unit bathroom was decent for a Business Hotel. In the lobby, drip coffee packs are available freely, which is a welcome service. However, there was no complimentary mineral water service, so I had to buy it at a convenience store—unfortunate. Possibly due to the aging Facility equipment, the elevator is slow and takes a while to arrive. Since both the bath and restaurant are in the basement level, you end up waiting fairly often. The large Onsen bath has its entrance on the basement level and then requires taking an elevator up—an unusual layout that feels like they did their best with what they had. The changing area is small and there are only two hair dryers. The main bath itself is quite spacious, with a sauna, cold plunge pool, and three lounge chairs for resting. There’s also an Onsen bath and a bubble bath as well—I really enjoyed them. The cold plunge is very cold; sauna lovers will appreciate it. The open-air bath is on the rooftop and requires going up two floors via an indoor staircase. It’s a pleasant spot; if there were several washing stations installed there as well, it would be convenient to wash up even when it’s crowded. The indoor washing stations are fewer than expected—there aren’t even ten—so I imagine it could be difficult when busy. I only used it during times that seemed less crowded, so it was comfortable. I didn’t have high expectations for breakfast either, but there was more variety than I expected and I enjoyed it. Having sparkling wine in the morning was also a nice surprise; above all else though—the seasoning of the dishes was excellent. Grilled fish such as salmon and Ezo deer curry were delicious too. A slightly unusual touch was an ice cream corner with eight flavors. Something like bread pudding was also very good. Next time I stay here, I plan to request a non-smoking Room.

    The location is excellent.

I stayed for one night starting Monday. As soon as I entered the Hotel, there was a distinctive smell like an adult entertainment venue. The Room seemed to have no windows, and the bathroom was a unit bath. Overall, it felt old. The good points were the sauna and the Onsen.

    Excellent

I stayed here the last time I visited Hokkaido and loved it, so this is a repeat stay. Although it’s a bit of a walk from Susukino Station, the price is reasonable and the bath and amenity quality is excellent. The large public bath is especially spacious, and with the open-air bath included there are plenty of baths to choose from. The natural Onsen feels amazing! The sauna also allows you to do loyly freely, and you can adjust the temperature as well. Even the toothbrush was sturdy enough that it felt wasteful to throw away after one use, and the skincare amenities were Sekkisei! The Hotel itself may be older, so there are some inconveniences like slow elevators that take a while to arrive, but overall it’s a very good Hotel. I’d like to stay here again when I come back to Hokkaido.

The Facility is old, but the meals are excellent.

When I entered the lobby and my Room, I was disappointed and thought, “Is this really IKYU?” Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, the staff service was not at IKYU level.

    Slightly below expectations

The entrance had a noticeable smell of tobacco, which did not give the impression of a "good Hotel." However, the Onsen was excellent (soaking in the Onsen while snow falls was amazing), and the buffet-style meals were reasonably delicious.

    Delicious and satisfying breakfast

The breakfast was incredibly delicious, featuring delicacies like salmon roe, sweet shrimp, cod roe, Hokkaido milk tasting, and luxurious yogurt. I had stayed in Tomamu the previous day where there was no Japanese cuisine available, so this made me especially happy. The accommodation also has an onsen, and I would love to stay here again. If I were to mention any drawbacks, it would be that the location is a bit far from the station and the facility is slightly dated with towels that felt a bit stiff from frequent use. However, the reception staff cheerfully said "Have a great day!" which made me very happy—especially after staying at an international hotel the previous night where communication in Japanese was challenging. Thank you very much!

I stayed at the same accommodation again as I had stayed there before. It was a bit disappointing that there was no breakfast buffet, but I would like to stay again.

    Great Onsen!

The facility is old and the unit is small, but the Onsen was excellent. The open-air bath, in particular, was very relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you very much.

The building is a bit old, but the Onsen and breakfast are excellent.

I chose this accommodation because it was close to my work the next morning, and it turned out to be a great choice. The ramen shop recommended after check-in was also excellent. I will definitely use this place again if I visit for work.

    Aunt's Onsen Trip

The Room was clean and comfortable! The bathwater was nice, but the open-air bath was far away, about 2-3 flights of stairs, and it was cold since it’s winter. The pot bath was great! We had a very enjoyable one-night trip! We definitely want to visit again! Thank you very much!

    Sightseeing

I was happy to see champagne at breakfast, but I couldn't drink it because I had to drive. There were many appetizing creative dishes, but the taste was not great. The Onsen was extremely lukewarm. The changing room was small, yet there were three hairdryers. I wish there were some thoughtful touches to make post-bath care more enjoyable and relaxing.
