    We had a wonderful time.

    I stayed one summer night at Hotel Awina Osaka. For dinner, I bought my favorite ingredients at a great price in the basement food floor of the Kintetsu Uehommachi Department Store right before closing, and ate them in my Room. I was very satisfied. The large public bath on the 5th floor was crowded with about three families with small children, but the pleasantly warm water was nice. The bed was comfortably firm. What I especially liked was breakfast. I made a Reservation in advance. The selection was plentiful and everything tasted great. Breakfast started at 7:00, and I selfishly wished it could start a little earlier—but I know preparing it must be a lot of work. Thank you for a wonderful time.

    Conveniently located near the station, yet quiet and relaxing.

    The road in front isn’t very busy, and it’s quiet and pleasant.\nThe Don Quijote across the street is also convenient for shopping.\nThe Hotel is always clean and well equipped with everything you need, so you can stay with peace of mind.

    It was my first time.

    Although only my husband stayed, I accompanied him into the Hotel. I was worried because it seems to be an older property, but I felt reassured after seeing the front desk service and the Room. It seems the indoor bath was also nice, so I’m glad we chose it. We’ll use it again.

    A valuable Hotel that hasn’t been swept up by inbound tourism.

    I stay here when visiting my family home. Recently in Osaka, prices have risen due to inbound tourism, and even Business Hotels can be priced similarly to city hotels, making it harder to book. Hotel Awina has not raised prices excessively, which is truly helpful.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I often stay here when visiting my family home. It’s conveniently located for the airport limousine bus and Kintetsu trains, and there are convenience stores, Kintetsu Department Store, and Don Quijote nearby, so shopping is easy. The Room is well maintained and always comfortable. I’m sorry for guests who smoke, but I would appreciate it if the property could eliminate smoking Rooms and make all Rooms non-smoking. When making a Reservation, I often see that non-smoking Rooms are fully booked while smoking Rooms are available.

    Though old, it is well-maintained.

    I stayed here again as I had fond memories from attending a relative's wedding in the past. The location is a short walk from Uehommachi and situated in a quiet area. While the building is somewhat old and not new, the Room was clean and comfortable (though the air conditioner, an old model with L, M, H settings, might be due for an upgrade). The breakfast selection was sufficient and everything tasted great. However, I found it inconvenient that the bread and toaster were placed far apart; it would be better if bread could be moved closer to the toaster. The rice, curry, and coffee were all delicious as well. The bathroom felt quite cold to me—almost enough to catch a chill—so perhaps some adjustments to increase room temperature would improve comfort. Additionally, having access to morning baths would be greatly appreciated!

    Great value for money with excellent amenities.

    The staff's service was excellent. When I mentioned that I had mistakenly booked a smoking Room, they deodorized it for me, and there was no noticeable smell. There were also complimentary water and makeup amenities, which were great. I would love to stay here again!

    A comfortable local Hotel

    The building is indeed old, but it was well-cleaned and had a sense of cleanliness. The staff were pleasant and matched the charming atmosphere of Uehommachi, making it a wonderful hotel. Coincidentally, despite the Expo peak season, I was surprised that most of the guests were Japanese. The room I stayed in had a very clean bathroom. Additionally, I was touched by how kindly they responded to issues like feeling cold or forgotten items—so sincerely too. I felt safe staying here, and it made our family trip to Osaka a memorable one. Thank you so much!

    Not suitable for this context.

    My university student son used the accommodation with his friends to visit the Expo. Since there were six of them, they booked two Rooms and added extra beds, which made their stay comfortable. They appreciated the large public bath that helped relieve their travel fatigue. However, they mentioned feeling uneasy as someone with extensive tattoos (not just light ones) was in the bath area with children. Since each Room has a private bath unit, it would be better if tattoos were prohibited in the public bath area.

    When we stayed with our family during the New Year, they provided a bed for the child, and we were able to spend our time comfortably. The building itself seems old, but it is quiet and calm, and having restrooms on floors other than the guest rooms was appreciated as a Hotel user. Later, when my elderly mother stayed alone for business on another day, she was satisfied with everything, including the location, hospitality, and breakfast. We will use it again when staying in Osaka.

    This is a hotel I want to become a repeat visitor to.

    We stayed with two adults and three children (elementary school age or younger) this time, and the room was much larger than expected. There were two beds and three futons lined up in the Japanese-style room, so I highly recommend it for those with small children. There is a Don Quijote and a station right in front of the hotel, so I think the convenience is good. However, the bath is not very large, and there is no open-air bath or sauna. The breakfast buffet was also not very impressive, so the rating drops a bit.
