    Very clean!

    A male front desk staff member recommended a great place for dinner. He was very courteous, and I truly appreciate his help. The Room and the entire property were clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

    I was very satisfied!

    I stayed for one night with a friend. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage. The check-in process was completed at that time, so we could smoothly enter the room in the evening. Of course, our luggage had already been brought to the room. The lounge was comfortable, and while I don't drink alcohol, my friend said the beer was very delicious. They even mentioned that the beer in the lounge tasted better than what they had at an izakaya during dinner. It was convenient to take only as much amenities, bath salts, and shampoo bars as needed to bring back to the room. There were free coffee and tea available next to the front desk with a wide variety of teas to choose from, which made me happy as a tea lover. The bed was very comfortable and helped me recover from fatigue. Breakfast was also delicious and satisfying. The location is excellent but quiet without any noise disturbances, making it a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were all friendly with warm smiles and left a great impression on us. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity for accommodation in this area! My friend enjoyed it too, which made me even happier!

    Between Susukino and Odori Park

    Located just north of Tanukikoji in a quiet area. However, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding a meal won't be an issue. It is also close to Nijo Market, making it convenient for those looking to buy souvenirs there. The Room was more spacious and comfortable compared to standard Business Hotels. The cleaning was thorough, ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast is served buffet-style; while the only Hokkaido specialty was soup curry, the variety of vegetables made it satisfying. In the evening, alcohol seemed to be available at the lounge on the first floor, but I did not use this service and cannot evaluate it.

    100% Cancellation Fee will be charged for reservations canceled 3 months prior.

    Although I admit it was my mistake for not reading carefully, I have been using IKYU.com for 30 years, and Cancellation Fees were free up to 3 days before. However, when I tried to cancel a one-night stay at this Hotel 5 days prior due to an expected bereavement, IKYU said it was no longer possible and told me to call them. Yet nearby Hotels on IKYU still allowed cancellations up to 3 days before. They blamed IKYU for the policy. I ended up being charged ¥13,000. The female staff provided good service at the Hotel, but I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

    The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Tanukikoji was nearby and enjoyable.

    Terrible Hotel

    Upon entering the Room, I found that the trash bin was not emptied, and used tissues were discarded outside of it. The air conditioning was not working, and when I complained, they said there were no other available Rooms and brought a small electric heater and blanket, telling me to sleep with these in the minus 5-degree weather. I couldn't fall asleep until after 3 AM due to the cold and anger. It's a miracle I didn't catch a cold. The next day, they changed my Room, but the staff member at that time showed no expression or sincerity at all. The humidifier still had water left by the previous guest halfway through, which made me feel uncomfortable. At checkout, the aforementioned staff member only whispered "I'm sorry" once. This is the worst Hotel I've ever experienced in my life. It's terrible! If you don't want to have a similar experience, I recommend not staying here. My overall score is about 0.001.

    Good Points - The availability of a free lounge. - The Accommodation Fee was affordable, and the Room was spacious. - It was convenient to reach the Hotel within walking distance from the ticket gates of Odori Station (Toho Line, Tozai Line). It is a bit farther from the Odori Station on the Namboku Line. Disappointing Points - There were long hairs on the spare toilet paper in the toilet and on the bed in the Room, indicating insufficient cleaning.

    Convenient for skiing.

    There are many resort liner buses from the hotel to the ski resort, so I enjoyed daily skiing. Although it is located in a bustling area, it was very quiet and comfortable. The free lounge offers soft drinks and some snacks, which is nice to stop by and take a break before going up to the room. The room was spacious enough and was cleaned beautifully. With the ECO Multiple Night Stay, even without cleaning, garbage collection and towel exchange are available, which is appreciated. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The front desk staff were kind and attentive, making my stay pleasant. I look forward to staying again.

    The front desk service was extremely courteous. The staff took care of my luggage with great care and were very pleasant. The location is also good, and I would like to use this Hotel again.
