    The Onsen is of excellent quality.

    I visit Asahikawa several times for personal reasons, and I stay at this Hotel each time. The Onsen is excellent, with silky, smooth water that leaves my skin feeling soft. I also use the relaxation services every time—the body scrub and oil massage are high quality and very satisfying. This time I wanted a non-smoking Room, but only a smoking Room was available for Reservation. On top of that, the building next door was being demolished, so it was quite noisy from around 8 a.m. every morning, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the location is great and the staff service was very good, so I had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

    A Satisfying Stay

    I made a Reservation for my family’s stay. They said the breakfast was delicious, there was soft-serve ice cream, and the Room was comfortable.

    A wide variety of delicious breakfast options.

    The highlights were the breakfast and the Onsen. The disappointing points were the condition of the Room, and that there was a large item left behind by a previous guest, which made me wonder if it had been properly cleaned.

    It was crowded.

    The location was excellent—right near Asahikawa Station and close to AEON. We stayed over Golden Week on a two-adjacent-Room Plan. First, there was a line at check-in. The parking was in a nearby affiliated lot that we were directed to use. On top of that, the elevators were slow. When we came back after eating dinner out, it was extremely crowded with people returning and others heading to the bath, and everyone was lining up in front of the elevators again. Since we had plans early the next morning and needed to get the kids to sleep early, I had been looking forward to the Onsen, but I gave up because it didn’t seem possible. I also heard there are only a few washing stations, so you have to line up before you can even wash. At least having stairs would help, but some people were looking for them and it didn’t seem like there were any—maybe they can only be used in emergencies. Be careful during peak periods.\nBreakfast was very delicious.

    We stayed for two ni...

    We stayed for two nights with our family for an event in Sapporo. The Onsen was also a big draw, and it was very soothing for our tired bodies. The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which left us satisfied from the morning. If we have the chance to visit Asahikawa again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    The location was convenient—just a 5-minute walk from the station.

    The Hotel was very convenient for staying in Asahikawa, with direct access to Asahikawa Station and a large supermarket. The supermarket also had a well-stocked Hokkaido souvenir section. There were famous ramen shops nearby, so we had no trouble finding dinner. Breakfast was great, with rotating local specialties each day; the seafood rice bowl and curry were also delicious. The amenities were plentiful, and we even received face masks, which helped prevent dry skin. I chose this Hotel because it has an Onsen. However, the instructions for how to use the Onsen for foreign guests seem to be placed in a hard-to-notice location. If there were also notices in the indoor bath area, I think it would have been easier to point them out and remind guests about proper etiquette when needed. For a long stay, it was difficult to store clothes because there was no furniture such as drawers. We stayed 4 nights, and the value for money was good, so I would like to stay again.

    The Onsen is amazing!!

    I stayed at this Hotel again because I had a great experience last year with the Onsen, body scrub, and oil massage. This time, I also enjoyed the body scrub and oil massage, which were as excellent as before. The quality of the Onsen was outstanding, providing a very relaxing experience. The sauna also has a great reputation. I will definitely stay here again next time.

    First time using this service.

    This was my first trip to Asahikawa, and I stayed here. The service was excellent, and the Facility was well-equipped, making it a very satisfying experience.

    Relax and unwind with your family.

    My son came from Tokyo, and after dining out, we enjoyed the Onsen, relaxed, and had a restful time. The meals were varied, easy to eat, and very satisfying. However, the flushing sound of the toilet was unusually loud and made it hard to sleep. This needs improvement.

    Take it slow!

    I was able to relax with the hot springs! However, I was a bit surprised that Asahikawa charged for parking, as the Obihiro Cabin I stayed at the previous day allowed me to park my bike for free. But I was able to take it easy, so that was good!
