    Essential Facility and hospitable service

    Due to a road closure on the Tomei Expressway caused by heavy snow, we ended up staying here at short notice while traveling back from Mie to the Kanto area. The man at reception was pleasant. If you park in the downtown parking lot, you’ll receive parking discount vouchers worth 600 yen. It was already reasonably priced—under 10,000 yen for three of us (parent and child) including breakfast—so getting a parking discount voucher as well felt like an incredible deal. We were provided with a spacious Room. There were no odors, and the Room felt clean and well maintained. I also appreciated that there were power outlets everywhere, including by the beds—it was very thoughtful. We slept soundly until morning. Breakfast had a simple selection, but it included some local dishes and we enjoyed it. At checkout, the woman who assisted us also provided very pleasant service, and I honestly felt glad we stayed here. Highly recommended.

    The staff provided excellent service.

    The staff provided excellent and pleasant service from pre-inquiries to check-in and check-out. The Room was clean, and the bathroom felt more spacious and user-friendly compared to other branches in different prefectures. Additionally, I always request extra towels at any Hotel, but here they were thoughtfully provided in a bag instead of being handed over bare. The breakfast exceeded expectations with more variety, quantity, and quality compared to other branches in different prefectures. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed eating to my heart's content. I would love to stay here again when visiting Toyohashi. Thank you for your hospitality!

    I had a very pleasant stay.

    The location, room size, and cleanliness were very satisfying. The bathroom was also clean and very nice. One disappointing point was the self-checkout system at departure. The front desk staff apologized to everyone with "We apologize for the inconvenience," even though the checkout process went smoothly without any issues. It felt a bit unpleasant to be apologized to unnecessarily. A simple "Thank you" would have made for a more pleasant departure experience.

    Not highly recommended???

    The equipment, Facility, and rooms are average, and the amenities are a bit disappointing (the toothbrush and razor are cheap and bad). The meals have the worst tableware, and the food is tasteless, but the smoothie was good. Overall satisfaction was at level 2. The woman at the front desk was about average. Mobile phone chargers are available for rent at the front desk.

    Cleanliness of the Room

    Low price with breakfast included. Close to the station, and the service attitude was very good, but perhaps because I was a woman or because I didn't register as a special member, the Room I was given was on a lower floor, next to the elevator, with no view. The Room had many stains on the carpet and chairs, lacking a sense of cleanliness. The built-in safe was broken, and the toilet was the automatic flushing type, which was unsettling. Although it was a stay of several days, I wanted to leave immediately. I will not use it again in the future.
