    We had a great time exploring Nagoya!

    After reading other guests’ Reviews, I learned that the bathroom and toilet are separate and that there is a shower chair, so I made a Reservation. I had been standing for a long time at my favorite artist’s concert, and it was extremely hot, so by the time I got back to the Hotel I was exhausted, but I was able to relax in the bath and soothe my fatigue with a bath salt I chose on the 1st floor (it said it helps you sleep well). The next day, since checkout isn’t until 12:00 p.m., I could take it easy—going out for breakfast and enjoying a morning bath. There was also a coffee machine next to the amenities on the 1st floor, and I appreciated being able to drink coffee freely. I’d like to stay again.

    On closer inspection, the overall finish shows noticeable imperfections.

    I chose this place because it was close to the Shinkansen exit and, importantly, it was the only option I could find with a bathroom that has a washing area. When I first entered the Room, it smelled like someone else’s home—it wasn’t odorless. The Room also had peeling wallpaper in places. Most disappointing of all, the bathroom—the main reason I booked—was in terrible condition. It looked as if no one knows what mold cleaner is: the caulking, the gaps around the tub apron, and the drain were covered with red and black mold. Just imagining what it might look like inside the apron is horrifying. If you offer a bathroom where guests can not only shower but also use a washing area and soak in a bathtub, isn’t that an area that must be thoroughly cleaned? I usually choose Hotels with bathrooms that have a washing area, and near the Shinkansen exit there were no other nearby options meeting that requirement. I was hoping to return if this stay went well, so this was extremely disappointing. Please inspect and clean the bathrooms in all Rooms.

    Simple is best.

    We stayed in a triple room, so it was definitely a bit small, but the beds were spacious and the bathroom had a separate washing area, which made it relaxing and very comfortable. Everything was clean, and even the windows were spotless—excellent. I kind of wish I had tried the Matsuya breakfast. Next time I will!

    It was unpleasant.

    As soon as I entered the Room and opened the bathroom door, a used body towel fell out. It was probably hanging on the door handle. Whether it was left there by the previous guest, hung there intentionally, or used during cleaning, it was simply disgusting. I picked it up with my bare hands and threw it in the trash, but it was awful. The moment it fell, I was shocked and didn’t know what had dropped. As for the Facility, there was only one towel per person, which was inconvenient. At minimum, I would like two face towels and also a small hand towel for drying hands. This was my second stay. I choose Hotels with separate bath and toilet elsewhere as well. It’s a clean Hotel overall, so this was disappointing.

    I stay here every ye...

    I stay here every year when there’s a live show in Nagoya. When I stopped by before check-in to leave my luggage, I asked whether you could lend me a hair iron, and when I returned later to check in, it had already been prepared for me. It may seem like a small thing, but even at high-end Hotels, communication doesn’t always go smoothly—so I really appreciated how well everything was coordinated. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Nagoya!

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near the station, I felt safe getting around even at night. The room had a separate bath and toilet, which was very practical and comfortable. The view from the window was also great and became one of the highlights of my stay. The only minor issue was waiting for the elevator—during busy times it could take a little while. Still, overall it was a very satisfying stay.

    The night view was very beautiful. When I visit Nagoya again, I would like to stay in the same Room.

    Both the breakfast quality and the service were poor.

    I don’t like small rooms, so I made a Reservation thinking a double Room would give us more space. The location near the station and the separate bath and toilet are positives, but the living area felt small for a double—fine for one person, but really too tight for two. There was only one set of towels as well, so it seems like this is essentially a single-use Room with just a double bed. Breakfast at Matsuya in the same building had plenty of food, but the quality and service were typical fast-food level. I regret not skipping breakfast and going to nearby Komeda Coffee instead. You do need to step outside once, but having a convenience store in the same building was very convenient.

    The bathroom is separate, which is very nice.

    This was my first stay. Great location, a 4-minute walk from Nagoya Station. The Room is standard, but it was very nice that the bathroom and toilet are separate. If I had one request, it would be perfect if the amenities included cosmetic cotton pads. When I visit Nagoya again, I plan to stay here again.

    It was comfortable, but! Currently, there is major construction in front of the station, and I felt the access directions on the website were insufficient and not very helpful.

    A very comfortable Hotel

    It was a very comfortable Hotel. It was close to the Shinkansen exit, and I felt safe checking in at night. A 12:00 checkout was also very helpful. I will use it again when I stay in Nagoya. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    It was excellent.

    Although the space is somewhat compact, the large window prevents any sense of confinement. The pajama set includes pants, and the bathroom is separate from the toilet, which is a nice feature. Above all, it was very clean and pleasant. This time I used it for day-use, but since it's relatively close to the Shinkansen exit, I would like to use this accommodation for an overnight stay as well.

    No issues except for customer service.

    Close to the station, with excellent Room amenities and facilities. The price was also reasonable! Breakfast was at Matsu-no-ya, so I couldn't have tonkatsu in the morning. The issue was customer service—very poor attitude during both check-in and check-out. For a hospitality business, this is disappointing. As long as you don't interact with the front desk staff, there shouldn't be any problems. I might use this place again when visiting Nagoya.

    Ease of Use

    It was my first stay, and the bath was excellent. The water temperature adjustment was easy, and I could fill the bathtub and use the shower simultaneously. There were also a chair and a washbasin, with perfect water pressure from the shower. A large foldable mirror on the wall in front of the desk in the room made it quick to get ready. I highly recommend this hotel as they truly understand guests' convenience. I had requested a room with a nice view, and it was absolutely perfect. I'm looking forward to my next stay!

    Great value for money

    The pricing was helpful, especially considering the recent rise in costs. The Facility is relatively new and good, but there was a bit of dust buildup, so more thorough cleaning would be appreciated.

    It was excellent!

    I stayed here again for a LIVE event trip to Nagoya, and I was very satisfied! The Room was clean, the view outside was great, and although I spent only a short time in the Room, it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya!

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station and exceptionally clean, the separate bath and toilet were a pleasant surprise. Despite being a Business Hotel, it exceeded expectations in every aspect.

    Comfortable to stay

    The night view was beautiful! Although I checked in at night, they kindly stored my luggage from the morning, which was very helpful. The Room was very clean and I had a relaxing stay. I appreciated that the toilet and bath were separate. The desk was spacious, and with reliable Wi-Fi, I could work efficiently on my PC. Thank you! I also used the coin laundry and felt safe and secure while using it. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Would love to stay again.

    I chose a Plan with a 12:00 checkout. The bath and toilet were separate, allowing me to relax in the bath and feel very refreshed. It wasn't very spacious, but I felt comfortable. I woke up early in the morning and was able to explore the area around the station using the Hotel as my base. Thank you very much!

    Annual tradition

    I stay at this accommodation every year when I visit Nagoya. Having a separate bathroom and toilet is amazing! I plan to visit again next year.

    It was comfortable!

    I stayed here during a concert at Nagoya Dome. The hotel is easily accessible from Nagoya Station, and I really appreciated the separate bath and shower area. It was perfect for relaxing in the tub after the concert. For an additional 1,000 yen, I was able to extend my check-out time by one hour. They accommodated my request even though I asked on the same day.

    New but disappointing

    The cleaning seemed insufficient, with minor dirt left in the corners of the bathroom and on the desk in the bedroom. While it might be overlooked by some, those who pay attention to details will check if corners have been properly cleaned. Just because something is new doesn’t mean it doesn’t need disinfection. This was very disappointing.

    This is my second stay. It is close to the Shinkansen exit, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The bed was also comfortable.

    The amenities have been overly simplified.

    The room size and amenities do not justify the price at all. While construction is ongoing, it is not as close to the Shinkansen exit as one might expect.
