    Conveniently located near the station.

    It was very convenient because the property is close to the station, and we traveled by train often. The Room had a massage chair, and the foot massage in particular was excellent, which made me feel much better the next day. I also enjoyed being able to soak and relax in the bath. The tea was very delicious, and I was happy that you provided such a nice selection. Thank you very much.

    The beef tendon curry served at breakfast is exquisite.

    Since there is no bath, I went to a public bath before checking in. It’s close to the station and has a laundry room. There’s also a convenience store nearby, and in the building next door there’s a sushi restaurant where you can enjoy reasonably priced sushi for lunch. I was happy to be able to choose and drink KEY COFFEE drip packs. I usually have trouble falling asleep at a Hotel, but I slept very well. The breakfast curry was incredibly delicious. I made another Reservation.

    Sounds good.

    I stayed here on the day of a concert. It’s in a convenient location, with Midtown close by. The Room was designed to be practical and comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary water service, and the amenities were well stocked—overall, it was great.

    Relax in the massage chair

    I was a bit worried because I had seen some negative Reviews about the bathroom, but that wasn’t the case at all, and I enjoyed the rain shower. However, there were a few things that bothered me, such as an odor on the bed throw and visible wiring behind the bed. As for the cups, I understand plastic is unavoidable, but they weren’t clear—they were beige—and I just didn’t feel like using them. That said, the massage chair was clean and white and loosened me up nicely, and it reminded me that choosing REM was the right decision. There were many international guests at the front desk, so I worried it might be noisy even in my Room, but it wasn’t noisy at all. Even with late check-out, I couldn’t hear any hectic cleaning sounds and was able to relax. And I enjoyed Tokyo Tower more than expected—overall, it was a very good-value Plan!

    Great value for money

    Average accommodation cost: Approx. JPY 24,000 per night Room type: Approx. 24 (spacious) What was good: The Room was approximately 24 m² and spacious, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The bathtub was comfortable, and it was great to be able to soak and relax. There was a massage chair in the Room, which was a major plus for relieving travel fatigue on the spot. Located right in front of Roppongi Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around and dining out. There are many restaurants nearby. A convenience store is within a 2-minute walk, which is very handy for quick shopping. The night view and cityscape from the Room enhanced overall satisfaction with the stay.

    Thank you for your hospitality. Since I had the Room to myself, I was able to stay comfortably. I was satisfied with the shower water pressure, and the firmness of the bed was good. The slippers are a matter of personal preference, but I would have preferred disposable ones. The staff were courteous and attentive. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

    A great location and a Room with everything you need.

    Due to a typhoon, I stayed overnight near my workplace. There are several Hotels in the area, but this one is right by the subway exit and conveniently located with convenience stores and restaurants along the street nearby. The Room is compact but has everything you need, and the shower booth was easier to use than a unit bath. The water pressure was also strong enough. I used the massage chair in the Room and it felt great, though I couldn’t find where the instructions were.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    Conveniently located near the nearest station. When I stayed before, the toilet and bath were separate, and the bathroom was spacious for a Business Hotel, so I chose it again this time. Three other friends also liked it. (Two twin Rooms) We had a comfortable stay for 3 nights and 4 days. I would like to stay here again when I come to Tokyo.

    Cleaning is…

    It was very convenient and close to the station. However, in the Room I was first shown, I found hair in three places, so they immediately changed my Room. The staff handled it well, and at that point I felt I would be able to stay comfortably. But after going out and returning late at night, while taking a moment to relax, I found hair again coming out from a gap in the arm of the massage chair. Since I was tired, I didn’t have the energy to report it on the spot and just let it go. I admit I can be a bit sensitive, but hair is something I simply cannot tolerate. Finding it twice left me feeling uncomfortable, and after that I couldn’t relax during my stay. The location was great and the staff were courteous, which made the lack of cleanliness especially disappointing.

    Excellent access!

    Just steps from Roppongi Station—an excellent location. There was also a convenience store very nearby, which was convenient. During this stay, I planned to get around mainly via the Hibiya Line, as well as the Yamanote Line, Saikyo Line, and Yurakucho Line, so transfers and overall access were very convenient. As for breakfast, I’d like to say it was neither good nor bad… but given the reasonable price, it was more on the positive side. One personal note: I would prefer disposable slippers. Even if they’re disinfected, it still made me a bit uneasy. Thank you for taking care of me for 2 nights and 3 days.

    I slept well.

    Thank you for your hospitality. The moment I stepped into the entrance, there was a lovely fragrance and a relaxing atmosphere. There was no bathtub, but the rain shower felt wonderful, and the amenities smelled great. I usually can’t sleep well in a Hotel, but the bed mattress was very comfortable and I slept soundly. It was a Hotel where I could relax as if it were my own Room, it’s close to the station, and I’d love to stay again. Even after returning home, I’ve looked at your website many times and find myself thinking how much I want to visit again. I look forward to staying with you again.

    My go-to Accommodation in Minato City. Great access, Facilities, and value for money.

    Right in the heart of Roppongi, I love this Hotel for its easy access to both buses and the subway. Even though it’s a Business Hotel, I can’t do rooms under 20 m², so I keep coming back to Remm because it offers this space at this price in this location. Above all, the bathtub is spacious, the bathroom is easy to use, and even a twin room doesn’t feel cramped. It’s also quiet at night with very little noise. If I had to nitpick, I’d wonder whether the massage chair—which isn’t very effective—is really necessary. Check-in and check-out are mostly self-service, but the staff are kind and efficient. It’s also pleasant to see how well they take care of international guests.

    An unbeatable price for Roppongi.

    It’s very clean and stylish. The location is also great—just a short walk from Roppongi Station on the Oedo Line, and there are plenty of places to eat around Midtown, so you won’t have any trouble finding food. The Room is a bit small, but still acceptable. I stayed for two nights. It’s nice that the cups in the Room are reusable, but I was disappointed they weren’t replaced with fresh ones. Also, there was a sticker left on the wall by the previous guest, so I threw it away. I also wished there were Rooms without the massage chair, since it takes up more space than you’d expect. The Hotel staff kept a comfortable distance and that was nice. I was happy to enjoy drinks while looking at Tokyo Tower. Next time I stay, I’ll definitely choose a tower-view Room!

    Extremely convenient.

    It’s close enough to Roppongi Station that you won’t need an umbrella in a light rain. Best of all, it’s just a 3-minute walk to my regular hair salon, so I stay here often.

    The location was convenient, and the breakfast was good.

    This was my first time staying here. Although it is located amid the bustle of Roppongi, once you step into the Hotel it feels calm, and you can’t hear any outside noise. I felt that this attention to detail is thoroughly implemented. However, in the Room—perhaps due to the air conditioning or insufficient cleaning—I couldn’t stop sneezing and experienced symptoms like a house dust allergy. (I don’t normally have hay fever, and my symptoms went away when I was out of the Room, so I suspect the Room may have been the cause.) I managed to stay until the end with some over-the-counter allergy medicine, but even if it’s a relatively new Hotel and looks clean at first glance, I feel more effort should be put into daily cleaning. Breakfast was very delicious. Because the location and view are excellent, I hope to stay again in the future, so I wanted to share one candid point for improvement. I would appreciate it if you could consider this.

    This has been my regular accommodation for about 6 years.

    Accommodation fees have been increasing year by year, but I always choose this convenient and nearby hotel to attend an annual event. There is no bathtub in the bathroom, but the shower booth is clean and easy to use. I also appreciate that a massage chair comes as a standard feature. The breakfast is buffet-style and quite satisfying. For those on a multiple night stay, it would be nice if the menu changed daily. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Roppongi.

    Convenient Hotel, Enjoyable Breakfast.

    This is my second stay. I appreciate the location and breakfast. The room's facilities, including a bathtub and separate toilet, are especially convenient for older guests (average age 70...). The reception staff provided courteous service. However, there was one concern this time: the room cleaning. There were stains near the closet by the entrance (photo #3). The bathroom drain was also quite dirty (I always remove hair after use). As an older guest looking forward to enjoying my remaining hotel stays, I hope this can be improved. I will visit again.

    Every New Year, I stay at this hotel. Despite being close to the station and facing the road, it is incredibly quiet, allowing for a restful sleep—truly living up to the concept of "remm." One reason is the high-quality bed, which is so comfortable that even my elderly mother finds it easy on her body and enjoys sleeping here. While it may be limited to higher floors, you can enjoy views of Tokyo Tower and stunning nightscapes. The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere not found in international chain hotels in Tokyo, along with excellent accessibility. Additionally, its proximity to Midtown and Roppongi Hills allows for convenient shopping on foot. Considering its great value for money, this is one of the most highly recommended accommodations in Tokyo.

    Stayed for 2 nights ...

    Stayed for 2 nights to watch the Empress's Cup final. Great access from Tokyo Station and convenient for reaching the National Stadium, making it perfect for my stay. The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with a massage chair, allowing me to relax comfortably. The bathroom and toilet were separate; while the sink area was slightly small for placing cosmetics, it wasn't an issue. The bathtub was large enough to stretch out and soak in—another great feature. Perhaps due to the New Year holidays, breakfast had the same menu for two days but was delicious nonetheless. The pork miso soup especially warmed me up. On the day of arrival, I visited Hikawa Shrine to pray for my favorite team's victory—and they won! Truly felt its blessings. Looking forward to staying again if I have another opportunity!

    Convenient and clean

    The separate bath and toilet were a great feature. The facilities seemed new, and the bathroom area was clean. I didn’t have high expectations for the view, but the large windows provided a sense of openness. It was also conveniently located near the station, making it both practical and comfortable.

    The location was excellent, and the 12:00 PM checkout made the stay very comfortable. It would be great if the vending machines and VOD card machines could accept new 1,000 yen bills.

    Very satisfied.

    The room had the view I hoped for, and I could even enjoy the night view from the bath. Considering this location and price, I was very satisfied. Personally, I think a comfortable chair and table would be better than the massage chair in that spot. Overall, I had a wonderful time. Thank you very much!

    I was upgraded to a spacious Room during my first stay, and this time as well. It's within walking distance to Nishi-Azabu, the location is great, and the bed was very comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

    Honestly surprising!

    First Stay at Roppongi Remm A hotel known as "a place to sleep in the city that never sleeps." Affordable and perfect for a quick stay—just needed a place to rest, so I made the Reservation. On the day of arrival, standing in front of the Hotel: Wait, it's right in front of Roppongi Station! And it's so clean! Entering the Room → Surprisingly spacious! Comfort → I could actually sleep well in this city that never sleeps! Result → Excellent. I've already made my next Reservation.

    Weekend Relaxation

    Conveniently located near Roppongi Station. The Room was just the right size, and the bed was spacious. The bathroom had an outer glass wall, allowing morning sunlight to brighten it up. I would love to visit again!

    First Cabin Roppongi

    I usually stay at REM Hibiya for convenience when work requires an overnight stay, but this time I chose REM Roppongi due to work circumstances. As always, it was compact, clean, and quiet. Although it was just one night, I had a very comfortable stay. The light meal I had at CEDAR in the evening was delicious with great service. I was also impressed by the stylish art in the room and would love to know the artist's name. I will definitely stay again!

    First-time user.

    Conveniently located near the station, this new Hotel offers reasonable prices, which was greatly appreciated. Both check-in and check-out are done via automated machines, but with staff always on hand to kindly guide you through the process, even beginners can operate smoothly. Breakfast offered a mix of Japanese and Western options with just the right variety, and everything tasted great—especially the curry! The Room cleaning felt a bit careless, which was slightly concerning, but considering current staffing shortages, it might be understandable. Having a massage chair in the Room was an interesting touch; I made sure to take advantage of it. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity!
