  Excellent value for money, and a relaxing 4-night stay.

  I’ve stayed at many hotels in Osaka for food-hopping and have visited this Okawa riverside many times during cherry blossom season. This time, I had a very satisfying 4-night Multiple Night Stay. What I liked and would recommend: - The bathtub is spacious, and the bathroom layout is very convenient: the bath area is separated from the sink/toilet area, but they share one entrance (not the common cramped unit-bath style). - There are three high-end, multi-function Panasonic massage chairs that you can use freely at no charge, which made my stay very relaxing. - The large lounge on the first floor is quiet. The automatically brewed coffee tastes good, and I was able to use it many times along with a healthy cold tea (I believe it was tartary buckwheat tea). If I had to mention some downsides: - If more guests from mainland China return, it may affect room rates as well as how quiet it feels—and how freely you can use the massage chairs and lounge. - If you’re walking from Sakuranomiya Station on the Osaka Loop Line, it’s in a quiet residential corner. However, if you walk from Kyobashi or from the Mint/Don Quijote side, there are quite a few buildings and facilities along the way that aren’t very pleasant. It won’t be an issue if you don’t mind.

We were delighted to read that you enjoyed our spacious, separate-style bathroom, the complimentary massage chairs in the first-floor lounge, and authentic coffee and healthy teas—perfect in the morning or after a bath—and that you were able to relax and refresh both body and mind. Thank you also for your valuable feedback regarding objective drawbacks (possible impacts depending on future occupancy levels, and differences in impressions of the surrounding area depending on the access route). As you noted, as we welcome more guests, maintaining the “quietness” of our property and the convenience of shared Facility areas is an important challenge for us as well. Regardless of circumstances, we will continue striving to create a comfortable environment and provide attentive guidance so that every guest can enjoy their stay. We will also use your comments about differences in atmosphere depending on access routes as a reference for future guidance, along with highlighting our quiet setting.   A bit disappointing

  The twin Room was spacious and convenient. It was close to Sakuranomiya Station, about 7 minutes away. We appreciated being able to use the two parking spaces for free. It was disappointing that breakfast wasn't in buffet style. Drinking hot coffee from a glass felt a bit odd. Although the toilet and bathroom were separate, I wonder why there was no door for the toilet?

  Good value for money.

  I chose it because it was close to the destination. From the lobby to the Room, it was neat and tidy without any extra items, which was nice. The bath was spacious and nice. I don't think the morning bread was handmade by a bakery(?), but there were croissants, pancakes, salad, and soup, which were quite filling. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again next time.

  - The tablet in the room was not powered on, and when I turned it on myself, it forcibly shut down after about 10 seconds. I couldn't view any information. - I couldn't tell if the refrigerator was on or not... the drinks were not cold at all. - Since it was still a hot day, I used the air conditioner. Even from a distance, I could see dust accumulating, and when I checked the filter, it was in a terrible state... It might have been unavoidable since it was the end of summer and perhaps before cleaning season, but I was quite taken aback. - The showerhead was not to my liking. The water pressure was weak, and the center part seemed to have no holes, so the water came out in a donut shape, which allowed for a wide range but not the center... It was a showerhead that felt awkward. - The front desk at check-in was not bad, but it was straightforward and lacked friendliness. The foreign staff member next to them seemed more amiable. - The front desk at check-out also seemed unfriendly. Other than that, I had no concerns during my stay.
