    Stayed with a breakf...

    Stayed with a breakfast-included Plan. The Room was somewhat old but simple and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There is a supermarket next to the Hotel, so perhaps assuming guests will bring their own food, the refrigerator is empty, and there are shared microwaves on several floors, making it suitable for long stays such as business trips. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious. The cost performance is good, so I would like to use it again.

    Definitely better than a regular Business Hotel.

    Recommended for those looking around Machida Station. As it is a hotel that also hosts weddings, it is generally better than a regular business hotel. Depending on the train you use, it may be a bit far from the station, but I didn't feel the distance was significant. The single room is not spacious but has enough space and is designed to be user-friendly and comfortable. They seem to have made efforts in areas they can renovate, such as adding more power outlets. The bathroom remains a unit bath like other hotels due to renovation difficulties, but all rooms have ReFa showerheads, which earns points in small details. Regarding check-in, they are quite strict with time accuracy; even if the room is ready, it's difficult before 15 minutes prior unless you opt for early check-in at an additional 1,000 yen or more. While I don't expect this service necessarily, being able to check in 20 or 30 minutes earlier depending on the day's situation would be helpful. Although I've included some negative comments with hopes for next time's improvement, personally I was satisfied with my stay. This time I couldn't relax as much due to an early morning schedule; next time I'd like to take it easy and will definitely use this property again when visiting Machida.

    Static electricity

    I stayed in a Room on the 10th floor, and perhaps because it was a cold winter day, I experienced static electricity when opening the doors to the entrance and the bathroom. This is not uncommon in a Hotel, so I asked the Hotel staff to lend me a tool to discharge the static electricity before going out. "I have been working here for 30 years, and this is the first time I've received a complaint about static electricity." I was surprised. Even though I wasn't asking in an unpleasant manner, and it's something that could happen in a building of a certain height, they dismissed it because there was no precedent. "If we don't have it, we don't have it," would have been an acceptable response.

    Used for a business trip.

    It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there are supermarkets like Tokyu Store, Daiei, and Bunkado along the way, which were convenient for buying dinner during a Multiple Night Stay. The room had convenient features like a USB jack by the bedside, a mini table, and a hanger in front of the mirror, which were nice touches. I usually fold a bath towel to use as a pillow, and I appreciated that they left it as is after cleaning. In recent times, amenities are often placed at the front desk or not available in variety, but I was very pleased to find a full set including cleansing oil, lotion, cream, and cotton. The only issue was the room's refrigerator. It was a bit inconvenient as it would slide along with the non-slip mat when opening and closing. The front desk service was appropriate, and I had a pleasant stay. I will use it again for a while. Thank you very much.

    Front Desk Service

    I use it every month, and the front desk service is always excellent, making my stay very pleasant. The room is always thoroughly cleaned by the housekeeper, so I use it with peace of mind.

    The bathroom drain overflowed again. I have used it four times recently, and it happened twice. The shower curtain also smelled for the first time this time. I don't mind if the Facility is old, but I would like proper maintenance and cleaning.

    This is an Executive Twin Room for exam use. First of all, it's spacious! In addition to two beds side by side, there is a sofa long enough for an adult to lie down, a table set, and a desk and chair set where you can spread out books and notebooks, and still have enough space to open a suitcase comfortably. The window is also wide, providing a sense of openness. The amenities are also abundant. There is a coffee maker with three servings each of mild and dark flavored coffee. There are also green tea sticks and a pot. The washbasin has skincare sets such as lotion and cleansing, which are pleasing for women, for three people. There are also bath additives for the jet bath for two uses. There were three bathrobes as well. Regarding amenities, I don't think it was mentioned much on IKYU, so it was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. The shower could be turned into a mist, which was enjoyable. However, it was a bit disappointing that the paint on the bathtub was peeling in some places, making it look a bit shabby. Also, the drainage of the washbasin was a bit slow. Overall, I was satisfied. Having a supermarket next door that is open until 1 a.m. is helpful, and if you go a little further, you can quickly reach Tokyu Twins and Machida Station. The parking fee is also 1,000 yen, and overall, I thought it was a cost-effective Room.
