    The Room was spacious and comfortable.

    We stayed for one night with three people. In addition to the three beds, there was a table and chairs, and we were able to open two suitcases on the floor. It was also nice that the toilet and washbasin area were separate. The hair dryer in the Room was a Dyson. Unfortunately, the springs in the extra sofa bed were so painful even just sitting on it that it was hard to sleep. Also, one of the chairs was wobbly and unusable. If the sofa bed and chair are replaced, it would be perfect. My family said that when the public bath is crowded, the changing area is small and difficult to use. I used it comfortably when it wasn’t busy. It would be nice if we could check how crowded it is from the Room.

    Convenient for business trips and sightseeing in Sapporo

    I used this hotel for a golf trip with friends. The location is convenient, close to the station. Since we rented a HiAce Grand Cabin, we couldn’t use the affiliated parking lot due to the height restriction. It would be extremely convenient if you could partner with the adjacent flat-rate coin parking lot as well. The breakfast menu at Yayoiken basically has three set patterns, so if you’re staying three nights or more (Multiple Night Stay), you may want to eat elsewhere sometimes. I’d also be happy if the large public bath opened from around 5 a.m., but considering today’s labor shortages, that may be difficult.

    Clean and no issues.

    The breakfast could use a better selection of bread. There was no salt available for the fried egg.

    Thank you for the kind and attentive service! The large public bath was also available, and I was very satisfied. In particular, it’s conveniently located near Sapporo Station.

    New and comfortable

    The Facility was new and comfortable. We left the Room assignment up to the hotel, but we got a twin Room that was a bit spacious, which was nice. The view was just the neighboring wall, so we kept the curtains closed the whole time. The large public bath in the basement is not an Onsen, but it was larger than expected. There is also a lounge where you can enjoy free coffee and other drinks, which was great. Breakfast is limited to set meals from the attached Yayoiken restaurant, so it didn’t really feel like part of a trip… It’s close to the station and very convenient, so I’d like to stay again.

    Mineral water!?

    Used for business. It was nice that it’s a new Hotel, but… There were very few amenities, and the only in-room drink provided was tea bags. There was no bottled mineral water in the room (these days, are guests expected to fill up from the sink or bath?). Also, the in-room information was available via QR code, but it was hard to understand and difficult to read. For details such as massage services, I had to call the extension directly… The public bath was also lukewarm, which was disappointing. Breakfast was just a standard set meal from Yayoiken… Overall, it didn’t feel like a hospitable stay.

    Thanks to the free rental of various types of pillows, I was able to sleep soundly. This is a very delightful service.

    It was excellent.

    The room was clean and efficiently designed as it is new. Although there was no bathtub and only a shower, it was sufficient. There is a large public bath in the basement where you can enjoy an Onsen-like experience. It was convenient to walk around the facility in room wear and slippers. Next to the public bath, there is a lounge with unlimited coffee. The breakfast was worth the price. Being close to the station, I would like to stay here again.

    The room was clean, and the cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay was done thoroughly. The large public bath was also clean. The room was a twin, but it was spacious.

    I had a relaxing time.

    Last year, I had a great impression of JR Inn Sapporo North 2nd Street, so I decided to try this nearby location. The Room only has a shower, but there is a large bath in the basement, so it was not an issue. The bath even has a reclining area where you can stretch out and relax. Next to the bath is a lounge with plenty of comics available; I noticed some people reading them intently. The complimentary coffee in the lounge was also delicious. Breakfast was served at "Yayoi-ken" on the first floor, fulfilling my wish to try dining there once. Located midway between Sapporo Station and Odori Park, it’s conveniently close to attractions like the Clock Tower, Odori Park, and the Former Hokkaido Government Office during a morning walk. This trip was meant as a refreshing break from my usual weekends spent caring for my parents, and I truly enjoyed relaxing here.

    Clean and Convenient Hotel

    The Facility is clean, and there is a convenience store across the street, making it a great Hotel. Most of the staff are polite, but it was disappointing that one staff member gave a very unkind response to my question. Other than that, I think it is an excellent Hotel.

    Reliable JR Inn

    If the price exceeds 10,000 yen, it would be appreciated if additional amenities could be provided. It was the reliable JR Inn as always, but the neighboring room was noisy.

    It was full of foreign guests.

    At a price about three to five times the usual rate, with no change in amenities. If it's this expensive, I hope the cleaning staff's wages are increased. During my stay, I noticed a neatly placed paper on the coffee cup, which is a very Japanese touch, and I hope it continues. I sincerely wish for a wage increase for the cleaning staff, as I believe it must be challenging with many overseas guests. The lobby was crowded with overseas guests, and the complimentary pillows were all gone, leaving no choice, and the amenities were minimal, possibly because they were taken in large quantities. I assumed the bath was also crowded with overseas guests, and the bathtub seemed likely to be dirty, so I didn't go. Usually, you can stay for 6,000 to 7,000 yen, but if it's over 30,000 yen, it would be nice to have something that justifies the price.

    I stayed for a live ...

    I stayed for a live concert at Makomanai Sekisui Heim Arena. The location is about halfway between Sapporo Station and Odori Park. I realized after staying that there is a bus stop near the hotel with a direct bus to the venue. Therefore, it was very convenient! The hotel is new, and the room was clean and comfortable. The large public bath is also attractive, but it seems that another artist's live concert coincided, and the large public bath was very crowded late at night with guests returning from the concert. (It was the first time I lined up to use the washing area) The bath is not that large, so caution is needed in that regard.

    Relatively new, with a large public bath and lounge space. Check-out time is slightly early.

    A relatively new hotel that opened in 2016. Within walking distance from Sapporo Station. It gives the impression of having all the necessary facilities for a business hotel. Features include: (1) a lounge space for guests where you can read newspapers, magazines, and comics, and enjoy free drinks such as coffee; (2) a large public bath; (3) a service that allows you to choose additional pillows. Breakfast is served at Yayoi Ken, which is directly connected. A drawback is that the checkout time is a bit early at 10 AM (from experience, many business hotels have an 11 AM checkout). If you oversleep, you may find yourself rushed for breakfast, getting ready, and packing. In my case, I was a few minutes past 10 AM and was prompted to leave by a call from the front desk.

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    The room was a "leave it to us" type, but they prepared a spacious twin room, allowing me to enjoy a luxurious and comfortable stay alone. I didn't use the dining options this time as there are convenience stores and department store basements nearby, but it seems there is a menu with four choices at a good value, and it was crowded with people other than hotel guests. The room only had a shower, but you could go to the large public bath in room wear, and the underground large public bath was very clean. Next to the large public bath, there were three laundry machines, and on the same floor, there was a lounge where you could always have coffee and tea, so I enjoyed a lot while waiting for laundry or took it back to the room. I was able to spend a very comfortable time. I would definitely like to use it again.

    Convenient and cost-effective.

    The price was reasonable for such a convenient location. The Room only had a shower, but there was a large public bath which was satisfying.
