    I still think Room 203 is the best choice.

    As before, the Room was very clean, and the staff were kind and pleasant, making it very comfortable. However, the only thing that still bothered me a little was the noise. I had been staying in a corner Room on the second floor (probably 203), but this time I stayed in 301 for the first time. It felt a bit smaller. Overall, I have no complaints. I would like to stay again. Thank you.

    A great-value Business Hotel

    I stayed for two nights at a Business Hotel within walking distance of Tachikawa Station on the JR Chuo Line. Since it was a Room with a double bed, I was able to sleep comfortably and relax. The bathroom is a unit bath, but the tub is reasonably sized. While I couldn’t fully stretch my legs out, I could soak up to my shoulders. I used the eco Plan (no Room cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay), and towels and sleepwear for both days were provided in advance, so there was no need to request towel replacement during my two-night stay (they said the front desk can replace them if needed). It was very affordable (in the 12,000-yen range for two nights), so I was satisfied. I would like to stay again next time.

    The front desk staff were excellent, and I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the Room and the amenities. I left my suitcase in advance, and at check-in I was told, “Your suitcase is in your Room.” The service was pleasant, and it made me want to stay again within the year, so I made a Reservation.

    It’s convenient to be able to make a Reservation for parking.

    While many facilities offer parking on a first-come, first-served basis, this Hotel allows Reservations, so we could drive with peace of mind. The Room was spacious for the price, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we would like to stay again.

    Noise may be an issue.

    The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was comfortable, and the refrigerator had a freezer compartment. The bed was wide and very comfortable, and the pillows supported my neck well so I slept soundly. However, this was my second stay, and I did notice some noise. It can’t be helped that there’s no view from the window. Overall it’s very comfortable, so I’d like to stay again.

    It was great.

    I stayed for one night with breakfast included. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Tachikawa Station, and the downtown area is very close, so I had no trouble finding places to eat or shop. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and the Facility was clean and comfortable. What impressed me most was how delicious the freshly baked croissants at breakfast were. They were replenished frequently, so I don’t think you’ll miss out. I’d like to stay again.

    The bathroom floor h...

    The bathroom floor had trash and hair, making the cleaning feel insufficient. There was an unpleasant odor, possibly coming from the drain. The bath towels were rough. The cushion on the bed had an odor, possibly due to inadequate washing.

    Stay with my daughter and grandchildren

    The breakfast offered a variety of options, enjoyable for three generations, and was very delicious. Since I use a cane, I was cautious about the steps in the Room's bathroom and the stairs at the back entrance from the parking lot, but everything else including the front desk, elevator, and Room was comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

    Stay with Children

    Child Sharing Existing Bedding for elementary school students was free, which was appreciated. The proximity from the parking lot to the front desk was convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff provided courteous service.

    Thank you very much.

    I stayed here for my child's activities. Although it was a short stay from arriving at night to leaving early in the morning, I had a comfortable time. The front desk staff had a calm demeanor, which made me feel very at ease, even though I was nervous about my child's upcoming exam. Thank you very much. While it is not located directly in front of the station, I did not find the walk to Nishikunitachi Station to be far. I would like to stay here again when I have business around the Tachikawa area. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff are very pleasant. The breakfast is very delicious. It's nice that you take off your shoes at the entrance of the Room, separating indoor and outdoor footwear. The large screen TV is also a plus. It's a pity that the toilet floor could be a bit cleaner, perhaps with something like Domestos.

    I went to eat without any particular expectations, but the breakfast was very delicious. It was a buffet style, and the vegetables in the salad were excellent.

    I requested a non-smoking room, but ended up with a smoking room. The smell was terrible as soon as I got off the elevator.

    It's not close to the station, but it was nice.

    I used it for the first time. I thought the shower water pressure was a bit low, but everything else was good.
